Ep. 010 - A short poem in memory of the Navajo cultural specialist, Grace Tracy. We've worked together in the marketing department at Tsehootsooí Medical Center. Grace specialized in Navajo food and herbs; she created recipes for Navajo patients, conducted workshops on traditional food preparation, and, in detail, recited the Navajo creation story. She was interested in my studies in theology; we had many wonderful conversations about bringing these teachings to a broader audience. I am eternally grateful.
Grace Tracy passed September 14th, 2023, at the age of 64.

Ep. 008 - In this episode, speak on the occasion wherein Nahookaa Diné’é (The Earth Surface People) are faced with the question of their mortality. Though the people desired to live forever, Coyote intervenes on their ploy to avoid death and provides wisdom as to why death is not only necessary but beneficial for our continuance.
Ep. 007 - In this episode I discuss notes of Shaun I've taken over the last decade and attempt to make sense of it all.
Ep. 006 - This episode just provides some quick updates and thoughts on some future plans. Also includes a few shoutouts. Thank you all for following me and I hope to provide quality content as much as possible over the next few years.
Ep. 005 - In this late night reflection, I talk about the phenomena of loneliness and the anguish it accompanies. I also speak on my experience with trauma and the terror that dictates my response as draw near to unveiling hidden memories. There are many people out there who feel this dilemma, for some it is too late. Let's learn to listen to those in need, not only when we make time, but also when it is inconvenient.
Ep. 004 - In this episode we discuss The Departure of Diyin Dine'é (The Holy People) and their relation to supernatural occurrences such as UFO's, manifestations of lights and humanoids, and the forewarning of disease as of recent; COVID-19. We also explore the context by which Sandoval was speaking and the advent of Tuberculosis in the Navajo Nation. Also we briefly discuss the understanding of Death in the Navajo worldview.
Ep. 003 - In this episode we will explore the interesting figures that appear during the flood of the fourth world recorded in Diné Bahané. The two figures are depicted as an old man and a young man who arrive at a crucial moment when the people of the world exhausted every attempt to escape the flood. The relational correspondence of the old man and young man provide a way out by the father's provision of sacred soil and the son's planting of 32 to reeds which reach the next world. There is something to be said about fatherhood in this story and how a Diné father teachings are necessary for his children's eventual service to the their people.
Ep. 002 - This is part one of the the Education Series: The Mind's Awakening. In this episode we explore the origins of western education and the Navajo People, and we re-center our focus on our creation story, more specifically, the meeting of First Man and First Woman in the Black World. This excursus may help us re-formulate the purpose and direction of education as it currently exists within reservation borders, and in doing so restoring balance to the world.
Ep. 001 - In this episode I want to reflect on my personal journey to rediscovering my identity as a Diné (Navajo) which began as a student for an Intro to Native American Studies class to having a unique experience during a sweatlodge. Furthermore, I take time to explore Literature that speaks on the origin of the Navajo sweathouse in the Creation narrative.
