Lots of ground is covered in this episode. First, Shicka tells the origin story of her impromptu opening jingle. Next, a listener question is brought to the table: is Billy Zane an actual actor or just cast to be himself? This sparks the campaign to have Billy Zane as the first official guest on the show. Shicka shares some tips on body wash and gets us the hot gossip on donkey milk soap. Emily floats the idea of an all-you-can-eat-egg-buffet then gives an update about the cookbook she’s been using lately. Shicka talks about the Pioneer Woman, shares a teaser to her cookbook app idea (don’t steal it). Emily names her favorite food to have at a shower, then shares a story about smoking a lot of cigars. Shicka discusses part games played at baby showers and the benefits of a co-ed party. Finally, Emily introduces a hypothetical line graph of the frequency of use of the word “nipple” for new mothers.
If Billy Zane didn’t want to be a guest on the show before, he probably does now after hearing this episode.
