How would we try to explain what the Monster Hunter series is about...
So you hunt monsters (wyverns etc). Carve their bodies up to forge armor and weapons. Use said armor and weapons to hunt tougher monsters. Carve THEIR bodies up for better armor and weapons. Use those armor and weapons to hunt EVEN tougher monsters. Carve...

But on a serious note, the Monster Hunter series is a long running franchise that's been around since 2004. It's mainstay is a series of games across multiple platforms but it has appeared in other mediums such as anime, manga and that movie that we don't acknowledge.
Join the Gamer Dads and their hunting buddy Zi Jian/Tristan as we attempt to scratch the surface and talk about the complexity and depth of the game.
