I truly believe we all have a purpose, and I wake up every day determined to fulfil mine because I was never satisfied with feeling like “surely there is more than this!”.No, I wasn’t born with some magical gene that makes me happier than the next person - I make a conscious decision each and every day (as hard as it may be) to be this way, because I trust that whatever I can dream, I can achieve. My mind-set has led me on a fun, lesson-filled (and often messy!) journey to find joy and the feeling of fulfilment in all the new things I try to do. It’s also given me the strength to work out how to overcome whatever obstacles life throws my way. I am not there yet - there is still so much I want to do! I’m not perfect (hello I named this podcast The Motivated Mess) or coming from a place of “look at me and my perfect life”, but I hope my stories, advice and guests will inspire you and help you achieve a life that is not only fulfilling, but filled with abundance, kindness, and gratitude, and that we learn a hell of a lot along the way! We’re building a community of like-minded souls who, like me, recognise our passions are too important to be relegated to the sidelines of our lives, and want to break the habit of saying “one day”. If you believe that we all deserve to be living out our destinies, and are looking for the tools you need to turn your dreams into reality, then let’s do this together! PS. Feel free to tell me what you want to hear about, or guests you would like to hear from, and I will try to make it happen xxx

So, there you have it! Don't forget to tune in for the next episode where Megan promises to catch up with listeners and share more insightful tips.
In this episode of "It’s the Vibe Podcast," your host Megan explores the universal fear of judgment, aiming to empower listeners to love themselves unapologetically and disregard others' opinions.
Acknowledging the universal experience of feeling judged, Megan emphasizes the need to break free from fear and step into personal power. She highlights that judgment often reflects the insecurities and fears of the person judging, not the individual being judged.
Megan delves into the psychological roots of judgment, often traced back to childhood experiences like teasing, parental criticism, bullying, and self-judgment. These experiences resurface during adulthood, impacting situations like public speaking or going against the majority.
The episode discusses the consequences of not embracing one's true self, including limited self-connection, unfulfilled potential, and a perpetual battle with self-doubt and negative thoughts.
To overcome the fear of judgment, Megan suggests a gradual process involving self-reflection, mindset shifts, and intentional actions. She outlines specific strategies:
Megan concludes by reminding listeners that overcoming the fear of judgment is a personal journey, encouraging patience and celebrating small victories along the way.
In this episode, I express my excitement about restarting the 75 Hard challenge, a 75-day program that focuses on both physical and mental transformation. The challenge entails two daily workouts, progress pictures, reading 10 pages of a self-development book, consuming a gallon of water, and adhering to a specific diet with no cheat meals or alcohol. According to its creator, Andy Frisella, the primary goal is to build skills like determination, self-esteem, confidence, and discipline, transcending physical changes.
I share my personal motivation for taking on 75 Hard again, driven by a desire for routine and structure in my life. Previous attempts were hindered by challenges, especially related to food. Reflecting on my journey, I highlight a positive transformation in my relationship with food. I've reached a point where I can sit in a cafe, watch others eat, and not succumb to overeating—an accomplishment I attribute to my improved mindset.
Despite initial success, I recount a recent setback during a weekend where I fell asleep before completing the required reading. Instead of dwelling on it negatively, I showcase my positive response and commitment to self-integrity. I share observations about coasting through the initial weeks and the empowerment gained. Although feeling fulfilled, I appreciate the ongoing challenge for its learning opportunities and personal growth.
The key takeaway centers on the importance of becoming unstoppable in life by consistently following through on commitments. Learning to rely on oneself without question is emphasized. As an invitation to listeners, I encourage them to follow my journey on Instagram (@megancoleman____) during the second round of 75 Hard. I wish everyone success in their 2024 goals and express gratitude and love for the audience. Signing off, I look forward to reconnecting with listeners in the next episode.
I am thrilled to have Caity on this episode talking all things quantum leaps, mindset shifts and why focussing on the WHO before the HOW is a game changer when you're stepping into your next level self.
You will feel all the things after this one!!
Welcome to another episode of "It's the Vibe" podcast, where we dive into fascinating conversations about life, self-discovery, and everything in between. I'm your host, Megan, and today, I'm joined by the incredible Grace for a behind-the-scenes peek into our recent collaboration on crafting an upcoming podcast episode.
In our planning session, Grace and I delved into the nitty-gritty of podcasting, covering everything from the introduction to the intricacies of Natural Language Processing (NLP) topics. We were particularly excited about incorporating real-life examples to illuminate complex concepts, all while maintaining a conversational vibe that allows for spontaneous contributions.
One intriguing aspect of our discussion centred around the timing of releasing the podcast episode in relation to Grace's upcoming workshop, "Elevate Your Expression." We pondered the potential impact of sharing workshop content in the podcast, contemplating whether to release the episode before or after the workshop to maximise its resonance with our audience.
The heart of our conversation, however, revolved around the profound concept of light, dark, mask, and fem energies. We emphasised that these energies transcend gender and are inherent in all individuals. Digging deep, we underscored the importance of understanding and balancing these energies within ourselves, shedding light on how childhood conditioning influences our predominant energy. We explored the immense benefits of embracing and utilising different energies for personal growth.
Our dialogue also touched on the necessity of direct communication in everyday interactions. Megan and Grace stressed the need to cut through the fluff and adopt a more straightforward approach in conversations. It's all about being authentic and fostering genuine connections.
Grace took the opportunity to introduce her upcoming workshop, "Elevate Your Expression," where participants can explore various energies and expressions to enhance authenticity and confidence. Grace shared her personal journey of self-discovery, revealing how it led her to create this empowering workshop for others. The conversation highlighted the importance of conscious awareness and intentionality in our behavior.
As we wrapped up our discussion, Megan and Grace underscored the significance of establishing entry points for individuals to step into Grace's transformative world. Experimentation with different formats was deemed essential to identify the most effective approach.
Stay tuned for the upcoming episode where we'll unpack these enlightening insights and bring you an engaging conversation on self-expression, energy balance, and more. Until then, keep vibing!

Introduction:
"Hello my loves and welcome to another episode of It's the Vibe Podcast. I'm your host, Megan Coleman, and today we have a special solo episode that delves deep into a topic close to my heart – embracing vulnerability. So, grab your favourite beverage, find a comfortable space, and let's embark on this journey together."
Opening Thoughts:
-"I'll admit, I'm not an expert at vulnerability. I can struggle with it, often defaulting to 'nah, all good, I've got it.' Today, I want to share my experiences, especially in a relationship where vulnerability is not just encouraged but demanded."
Defining Vulnerability:
"Before we dive in, let's clarify what vulnerability means. It's often seen as a weakness, but in reality, it's the birthplace of creativity, connection, and growth. Vulnerability is about being honest with ourselves and others, showing up as we are, and owning our stories.
The Power of Vulnerability:
"Why embrace vulnerability? It's the key to authentic living and connections. When we allow ourselves to be vulnerable, we open the door to genuine connections and experiences. Brene Brown once said, 'Vulnerability is not winning or losing; it's having the courage to show up and be seen when we have no control over the outcome.'"
"Now, let me share a few personal stories where embracing vulnerability has made a significant impact on my life. From facing fears to opening up to others, these moments have shaped my journey and allowed me to connect with others on a deeper level."
Overcoming the Fear:
"It's natural to fear vulnerability, but it's important to recognize that it's okay to be imperfect. Embracing vulnerability requires courage and self-compassion. We'll explore strategies to overcome the fear, including the importance of self-acceptance and the role of gratitude in fostering vulnerability."
Vulnerability in Relationships:
"Vulnerability is the glue that holds relationships together. Whether it's friendships, romantic relationships, or family ties, opening up and being authentic strengthens the bonds we share. We'll discuss the role vulnerability plays in building trust and fostering intimacy."
Cultivating Vulnerability in Daily Life:
"Let's explore practical ways to incorporate vulnerability into our daily lives. From journaling to mindfulness practices, there are simple yet powerful techniques that can help us embrace vulnerability and live authentically."
Practical Tips for Cultivating Vulnerability:
- Acknowledge and celebrate your successes, no matter how small.
- Embrace failures as opportunities for learning and growth rather than as reasons for shame.
- Share your stories with trusted friends or family members, emphasizing growth and resilience.
- Practice self-compassion, treating yourself with kindness and understanding.
- Express your needs openly in personal or professional relationships, asking for support when needed.
- Regularly check in with yourself through journaling or meditation to track your progress in embracing vulnerability.
Conclusion:
"As we wrap up this episode, remember that embracing vulnerability is not a one-time event but an ongoing journey. It's about allowing ourselves to be seen, heard, and valued. So, let's continue to unmask our strength, foster connections, and live wholeheartedly. And to the guys who are with hyper-independent gals like myself - shout out Cody. Thanks for joining me on this vulnerable journey. Until next time, it's the vibe!

Success, simply put, is the accomplishment of an aim or purpose, while failure is the lack of success. But let's take a moment to consider how these notions vary for each individual, depending on their unique goals and aspirations.
For some, success may manifest as a high-paying job, a luxurious car in the driveway, and an impressive mansion. On the flip side, others might find success in a beaten-up van filled with surfboards and a day of catching the perfect wave. So, have you identified what success means to you?
I recently had a significant meltdown that led me to question my definition of success. It prompted me to contemplate returning to the familiar territory of working for someone else because it seemed easier. My perception of success has shifted over the years—from climbing the corporate ladder to becoming a business maven.
Six months ago, I took a leap of faith, leaving a well-paying job to pursue my coaching business full-time. However, my journey didn't unfold as planned. Despite my ambitious goal of building a six-figure coaching business to replace my salary, I found myself unintentionally immersed in marketing consulting to make ends meet.
As I reflect on the last six months, it's clear that I deviated from my intended path. I wasn't careful with my finances, lacked self-discipline in working on my coaching business, and found myself increasingly involved in marketing. While Pink Silhouette Marketing was thriving, I felt like a failure because it wasn't aligned with my initial vision of being a mindset coach.
Fortunately, the incredible support from my mastermind and my amazing VA opened my eyes to the self-imposed limitations holding me back. I realized that my definition of success was too narrow, causing me to overlook opportunities and victories in unexpected places.
Letting go of control became a pivotal lesson for me. I learned to embrace the destination rather than fixating on the journey. What I initially perceived as failures turned out to be significant wins in other aspects of my life, such as networking with influential CEOs, receiving corporate box invites, and engaging in volunteer opportunities.
To fellow entrepreneurs listening, my advice is to cultivate an amazing support system, connect with like-minded individuals, and seek advice only from those with business experience. Nurture a strong mindset, prioritize self-care, and embrace the uncertainty of entrepreneurship—it's okay not to have all the answers.
I'm excited to announce that Pink Silhouette Marketing and Megan Coleman Coaching are now co-existing. I am your bestie in both mindset and business. While 1:1 coaching will be limited, I'm here to support business owners with both marketing expertise and the mindset behind success.
Remember, success looks different for everyone, and you are the only measure of your success. Be true to yourself, value what truly matters to you, and avoid comparing your journey to others. The podcast will continue to be a source of inspiration, integrating lessons from my business ventures.
A heartfelt shoutout to those who cheer me on and support me—I appreciate you more than words can express.
As we wrap up, let's set aside any denial of our brilliance. We're all called to something in life, so listen for your calling. Don't constrict your life; instead, embrace faith in yourself, let go, and allow surrender to pave the way for what you truly desire.
This week's vibe is all about having faith in yourself, letting go, and creating space for positive energy. Clear out the negativity and make room for the incredible possibilities that await you. Until next time, make sure It's the Vibe!

We joke about wanting three day weekends, or for it to be a straight swap - 2 day work days and 5 day weekends. But.... till that happens, what can you do to make your weekdays feel more like weekends? To wake up excited for a fresh new day filled with something fun to do.
Megan offers several tips for making weekdays more enjoyable and less daunting. She suggests incorporating self-care and fun activities into the day, such as taking a bath or reading a book, and implementing weekend activities into weekdays. Additionally, she recommends finding ways to make commutes more enjoyable, socialising midweek, and utilising working from home or annual leave days to break up the routine. By intentionally scheduling fun activities and mixing up routines, individuals can find joy in their daily lives and reduce negative feelings associated with the workweek.

Hello my loves!
In today's episode I talk through my biggest lessons and take aways from navigating myself through a period of people coming in and out of my life.
They say that you're the sum of the 5 people you spend the most time with. Are your relationships serving you? Do you only show a certain part of yourself to certain people?
Something to think about as I talk through the lessons and growth, navigating transitions and embracing change from having this experience.
I also go into how only releasing people physically in your life, still wont create the space and energy to bring new people in.
I hope this helps if you, yourself are navigating a tricky time with people in your life.
Megan Coleman discussed the concept of seasons and reasons for people in our lives, highlighting how each person contributes to our journey in unique ways. She shared her personal reflections on this idea, particularly in relation to her difficult journey over the last six months. Megan emphasised the importance of taking time to refresh and rejuvenate, as she shared her productive week and fun weekend spent with family and friends.
She also reflected on the changes in her life and how they have impacted her relationships, emphasising the need to embrace impermanence and accept change. Megan discussed the importance of removing negative energy and appreciating the beauty in the stories that relationships bring to our lives, and how this can help us move forward with gratitude and positivity.

Megan Coleman discussed her experience of spiralling into an overwhelmed state and shared her tips and tricks for how to pull yourself out of it. She recommends forgiving yourself, meditating, moving your body, journaling, and removing the guilt. She also announced that the relaunch of the podcast is coming soon.
Hey my loves, back with a little random episode drop today. I have often talk about pulling myself out of a downward spiral after the fact but today I wanted to run you through what it's like right in the middle of it and how I do to pull myself out. This happened to me after I spent a weekend of doing no work, eating and drinking too much and not being able to get out of bed this morning.
Here are my tips:
- Forgive yourself - what's happened is done with, time to move on and be kind to yourself.
- Do a meditation with intention. Find a meditation that is going to clear your mind or my personal fav - cut energetic chords with how you were feeling before
- Move your body - even if its just a few mins of walking - shake off that bad energy and you'll feel much lighter
- Journal or write out your to do list - clear out your pretty little mind and get it out on paper
- Take the first step... whatever is next on your list go for it!!
Let me know if this helped you. Much love x

We also got an awesome tarot reading from her! See below transcript.
The page of swords, which I think is very accurate right now is we need to stop overthinking everything, and trying to figure out what situation, what current situation, what the outcome is going to be, and planning out every possible outcome. It might be all these? What if scenarios basically might be a negative might and positive, But we're not sure. So we could keep thinking of like worst case scenarios and stressing about it and causing ourselves extra stress that doesn't need to be there because we have no idea what the outcome is going to be. And we're just causing all this stress and chaos inside ourselves, because we're overthinking.
Note to self, don't do an ep like this full of caffeine! lol
In this episode I go through why some people don't respond as you think they will when you share your achievements and how to make sure you're clapping for yourself. Also my favourite technique ever to lock those achievement feelings endorphins in so you can use them later when you need them.

The Motivated Mess Podcast is back for 2021!
I've really missed podcasting but I had to take some time to myself to recover from surgery and just take a minute to chill!
On this episode I give an update on my surgery recovery and all the things that I learnt along the way. I really struggled to give myself a break and take the time I really needed to fully recover because I kept telling myself that I should be doing more, I should be back at work and I should be able to recover more quickly!
As hard as it's been, my health has once again taught me that I am not in control and sometimes I need to surrender and let my body so what it needs to. I was also very burn out mentally from a tough year so that added to me putting even more pressure on myself.
I hope that someone can take something from this and take it easy on themselves when it's most needed.
Here we go 2021, let's do it!
