@mpaya played Mr J this week at the social league at our local Squash Court.

This man has been so kind to @mpaya by bringing him in to play on a weekly basis to play with different adults.

The match went to an epic 5 setter, you are welcome to get the popcorn out, these two had so much fun battling it out.

This is the first video I have posted with scores anywhere online (I did receive permission) so I would love to hear your thoughts on it, way to improve etc.

Excitement is high with us receiving the draw for the KZN Open Tournament this weekend. I will be updating to my account in blog posts.

How often do you take time out to watch the smaller insects in this world?

Often frowned upon in a farming environment because they eat crops, we have learned to embrace these little insects in our Regenerative Agricultural practices. They want to eat dry dead matter so that is what we feed them in the form of mulch on top of the soil. We never plough our soil and in return the Termites will use a specific bacteria in their gut to convert the mulch they remove deep underground into fungus. This fungus is actually what the termites eat and feed their family. This same fungus has the ability to grow around the roots of the plants which aids in extra absorption of nutrients and water, making the plants stronger to fight off diseases and pests which allow us to use less chemicals on our crops (we have actually been chemical free for 5 years).

If we plough, we kill the fungus and destroy the Termites holes which also serve as drainage holes for when it rains.

We love leaving nature to take over and work how it wants to work with very little interfering from us. It shows with the colourful and flavoursome food we are producing.

The sound of silence as you stand alone on the flat lands of the Makadikadi Salt Pans. There are no people, there is no noise pollution, there is just you, the birds calling and the odd Wildebeest grunting.

I am learning how to embed this video into my Peakd post, so hoping I get it right :)
