Africonaissence podcast deals with matters relating to consciousness or higher consciousness. It deals with working with the internal world, thoughts, feelings, emotions, and the inner man so that having worked with the inner man we might be higher beings who are able to make considerable contributions to the outside world. We are also deeply concerned about the consciousness of Africans because we believe that a colonised society is mentally enslaved as well. We believe that Africa shall be free once it has freed itself mentally and spiritually through higher consciousness and awareness. We therefore believe in African Renaissance but through the expansion of consciousness.
The age of Aquarius is on us. The vernal equinox is aligned with Aquarius this has been observed since last December by Jupiter and Saturn both in the Aquarius constellation ( first time in 800 years that both these return to their natural element). The Pisces age that begins with the works of Christ and is marked with the symbol of the fish has come to an end, thus religious confusion will come to an end. This was revealed by Jesus in luke 22:10 “A man will meet you carrying an earthen pitcher of water; follow him into the house where he goes in”, Jesus speaks about this age. This is the age where all shall be revealed and the veil shall be removed. We have seen many changes that have taken place since last year with the coming of Covid 19, this brought about many changes and displacement in the world which have never been seen and recorded in human history. This great shift will be felt for many years and signifies the start of new energy because it comes with different energy and many changes. The changes that are taking place and the after-effects will force humanity to evolve.

We dive into the intricate subject of the Sabbath with Senzo Mkhize. We explore how Sunday was used to replace the perfect day of God using draconian laws and how we now come to worship on Sunday instead of Saturday. The Sabbath is rest and there is a special day where we should observe and recognize the supreme presence of the divine inside and outside of our lives.
The Sabbath is rest and it is holy. We even explore the African meanings and Zulu word 'uMgqibelo" to show that the African Nguni people already knew and observed the Sabbath precolonial and Christianity in South Africa and Africa.

What else are we beyond the physical? Why are we able to open and close our eyes? what controls and what is the source of that power which controls the physical? Where do we come from? what takes and the power that fuels conception? My thoughts bring me to the realization that the universe that we live in is governed by laws of Energy Energy is what we came from and what we are essential. We look at the smallest particle, the Atom, isn't that energy? if the subatomic is an interaction of energies we are that and beyond, and that is a sea of energy.

The principle of sowing and reaping goes beyond agriculture, it is a principle of the universe, it is a principle of input and output, reception and repulsion. It is the principle that governs Karma. What we put out to the world and universe eventually comes back to us, whether it is good or bad. Words, actions, thoughts are seeds of energy that we should be aware of because they shape what comes to us and makes up our life. We carry on from where we left off in part 1 to expand on this notion of exuding out energies and being mindful of the energy we put out into the universe with words, actions, thoughts and being. We also touch on collective consciousness which sets a foundation for the next episode.
