In this episode I will be introducing you to someone who I had the honor of meeting through the Powerhouse Women Community. We both have been through Six figure School with Lindsey Swartz (shout out), that was such a great Opportunity full of great connections and I wouldn’t of known or met her if it weren’t for that community. She has inspired me with her desire to create her own brand and to become the founder of Trudevata CBD all while working full time in education.
Michele Liggett has been an educator for 24 years, owns Trudevata CBD and is currently expanding into coaching as an Anxiety Reduction Specialist with Trudevata SELF.

In this episode I share more about where I left off in Part 1 of my Story. I have shared that this podcast will be a Seasonal episode so this Episode 10 will actually be the last Episode of Season 1! As much as I thought sharing my story would be easy and simple, it actually had been difficult for me to share so much of my life and to actually record this all from my heart. It can truly be a lot to put it all out there. I actually had to record a few times because it was difficult for me to get through. As much as it is very emotional and overwhelming for me, I am grateful for those who take the time to listen and to know this may impact someone in some way.
I share about:
*Where I left off on Part 1 of my Story.
*How I met my husband and how I ended up where I am today.
*One of the most traumatic experiences in my life and how I overcame so many obstacles along the way.
*Wrapping up Season 1 of Beautifully Resilient Podcast. Season 2 will launch in the Fall of 2022.

In this episode I am chatting with Kelcy Valletta, the women who seriously help me put this podcast all together and I am so grateful that our paths has crossed and that we have cried on each other’s shoulders the very first time we met each other in person at the Powerhouse women Event.
To see so much growth has come from this woman over this time we have known each other has been amazing!
Kelcy Valletta is a Self-Love Coach who has a specific goal to help women break free from stigmas and define what self-love means to them, so they can feel sexier in their own skin just as they are RIGHT NOW. You shouldn’t have to change anything about who you are (inside or out) or achieve any particular goal in order to “earn” or be “worthy” of self-love. Kelcy also is the host of Find Your Sexy Podcast.
We talk about:
-3 Pivotal moments in her life that have lead her to where she is today and shaped who she is.
A time in her life when she suffered from a really scary eating disorder.
Doing the work on herself has helped her quickly bounce back from difficult situations.
How she learned to love her body for what it is and to love herself.
-Her dream of being in Hollywood working in the film industry and what this experience has done for her.
-Ending up in a toxic relationship that left her frozen and she didn’t know if she would ever escape this horrific time in her life but this lead her to deep dive into finding her true self.

In this episode I decided to get on just by myself with a solo episode! I’ve been wanting an opportunity to share with you a little more about me and to share my story. I have mentioned in my Introduction episode that I will share my story in episodes to come and because this Season is ending soon, I decided to make this episode to where I shared about my story. I also wanted to share about this podcast being a Seasonal podcast. I decided to make this a Seasonal episode mostly because I didn’t want this to be too much for me to keep up with and to be consistent with which is why I have a new episode released just bi-weekly instead of weekly, but I also decided to make it a seasonal podcast because I am having my third baby very soon. This will be my third child, my third daughter who may be coming a lot sooner than we expect but we are also still unsure and there is no confirmation yet. With her soon arrival I just decided to release 2 more episodes and it will end this season and I will be back in the Fall.
I share about:
*Who I am and where I am from.
*What it was like growing up and about my childhood.
*What’s to come with the Beautifully Resilient Podcast.
I truly want to thank you for all of your support so far with this podcast and for taking the time to listen. I truly hope you are enjoying this as much as I enjoy creating these episodes for you.
I would love it if you could leave some feedback. I will be back with the last 2 episodes soon and then again in the Fall. Thank you so much again.
I would love to connect with you! Here is how you can connect with me:

In this episode I will be introducing you to my new friend Caya De Leon. I’ve had the pleasure of meeting Caya through mutual online friends. We literally had just been connected on social media for some time and after realizing that we relate on so many things and after finding out that she is also a podcaster, I just knew I had to have her on the podcast. What I love about this space and finding friends online is the collaboration that happens. It has been so great getting to know Caya and hearing her story and after knowing more of her story I really knew it was needed for this podcast episode.

WELCOME TO THE BEAUTIFULLY RESILIENT Podcast
THIS IS My very first podcast, thank you so much for joining me. I wanted to share a little bit about myself and why I wanted to start this podcast. Gosh, if you were to tell me last year that I would be starting a podcast in a year, I wouldn’t of believed you. I never would of thought that this would ever be something that I would be doing but I want to share with you how this came about because like I said I didn’t think that this would be something that I would be doing, more or less something that I COULD do. There has obviously been a lot of limiting beliefs and self-doubt that I deal with and not really having the self-confidence but after listening to so many podcasts myself over the years of becoming an entrepreneur and starting my own business, I came about the impact that podcasts have made on me. I will share more about my story in episodes to come but what really pushed me to start my own podcast, had to of been when I started to push myself into the knowledge industry and started to invest in myself and my business. I was recently in a Coaching container where I had the opportunity to be a part of a community of other entrepreneurial women and it was so inspiring to see what these other women were doing. I was so amazed and inspired. When I first started to put myself in these rooms where I felt like these women were doing so much better than me and were doing things that I possibly would want to do, but yet felt unqualified or that I wouldn’t be able to reach that level of success but yet getting to know each of these women and getting to hear their story, it made me realize that they are no different than I am. We each have our own unique story and they all have gone through so many things which has made them resilient to have gone through so many things on their journey but still pushed through to continue to follow their dreams. Many of these women who I had the privilege to meet, have started their own podcast and getting to listen to theirs, it really inspired me and put a different perspective in my head and then you think about, If this one women can do all of these amazing things and have a podcast then I could do this too. I have to say this is what really pushed me to do this but I’ve also seen the importance and value listening to a podcast could have.
In this episode, I will sharing. little bit more about me and the reason why I decided to create this podcast. I truly know the message I have had on my heart is really needed to put out into this world.
Thank you so much for taking the time to listen. Connect with me on Social Media.

This episode is obviously meant to be super special because I am having my first guest speaker on my Podcast and when thinking of who I was going to be having on as my guest speakers, I thought about the people who have encouraged me to go after my dreams or to even start this podcast and those who have really helped me so much on this journey even when I didn’t ask for the help but Heidi was by far one of those people who has helped me in so many ways far more than I can even describe and I am just so thankful. She really is a Hype women and will be your biggest cheerleader. Heidi Busche is an online Business Coach who helps entrepreneurial women get clear on their next steps by using a micro-strategy so they can start making money. She has been seen on ABC & FOX tv channels and she is s Self-publishes Author of Relationship Ready as well as she has her own Podcast The Heidi B Show. I am so Honored to have her on this podcast and share her story with all of you.
In this episode we talk about Heidi and her Beautifully Resilient Story. How she started out working in the service Industry and also started Leasing apartments. Got her Masters degree and started a job in Asset recovery and then worked for the City of Portland in a cubicle which didn’t really excite her. She ended up seeing a shift and people living their dreams so she went into a Relationship Coaching space because of her own experience and journey and she ended up self-publishing her own book.

Hello & Welcome to the Beautifully Resilient Podcast. My name is Amanda Licano your host.I first off want to thank you for being here and for tuning in and listening! This podcast has been on my heart for the longest time but I never thought this was ideal for me or that it would ever be possible. I have to admit I have had a lot of doubts and really thought who am I to do this but after my obsession with podcasts and the impact it has made on me, I felt it was needed for me to go through this because of the impact it could make on someone else.
To let you know a little about me, I am Native to Arizona, born and raised. I am a wife and mother to 2 girls, soon to be 3 girls. I truly know I was meant to be a girl Mom. I will share a little more about me and my story in episodes to come. I have been a licensed Cosmetologist for the past 14 years now and I ventured into becoming a Business Coach for the past 4 years where I now run an online business. My main purpose for this podcast though was for it not to be about me at all or even about my business, I wanted to selflessly put this Podcast together for the purpose of building a community but also to inspire other women to go after their dreams and desires on their heart.
**The reason for that is because I know for my journey it hasn’t been easy. I have gone through so many things in my life and in my journey and I have to say which has made me resilient to have gone through all of these things and I still continued to push through.
The meaning of Resilient is being able to withstand or recover quickly from difficult situations which is the reason why I named this podcast beautifully resilient and Beautiful because Ive been a beauty professional for over 14 years which has led me to where I am today so I felt it was the perfect name.
This is just a welcome trailer to introduce this podcast and to give you an inside peek of what is to come from this podcast.
Thank you so much for listening.
