Clinton Chambers is the current owner of the whole food retail outlet "Taste Nature" which has a 30 year history of growing and retailing healthy, organic fruit and veg. The shop now hosts a restaurant, cafe, bakery, apothecary, health counselling. The Taste Nature Learning Community (TLC) also helps educate the community to make better choices in food and other health matters. Peter Hayden is a man of many parts: actor of stage, screen and TV, journalist, documentary film-maker. Peter reminisces on his entry to the stage, his exit stage left on witnessing the funeral of Big Norm (Mighty Totara), which propelled him into TV journalism. This journalism experience taught him the craft of story-telling which readily transferred into writing scripts to accompany nature films.
