Do more with less!
Take the time to reflect and make better decisions on the expenses that you are taking on in your business.
Take caution when taking on expenses and give good reasons to every purchase.
Everything has to be funded and that money needs to come from somewhere - every pound can only be spent once.

In this episode we discuss the move from ambition to achievement. Focusing on Dad's three word mantra - Plan. Fix. Do.
When you've spent time planning then you fix the plan and then you ... just do it.
A key take away from this episode is the idea that you have to trust the process and that you can only control what is within you and your reactions to what happens around you. Remembering that perfection is a foolish pursuit and that your plan just needs to be fit for purpose and is not for ever.
This week Paul/Dad talks about financial structures within businesses and how this looks within your business plan.
Quite a heavy episode so grab a notebook and take your time with this one!
