Helping moms find inner peace and strength by sharing healthy mindsets and habits I’ve gained as I’ve worked through my own mental health challenges.
I hope to create a synergistic learning environment by interviewing people who inspire me with their own mental strength and inner peace.
Women are the lifeblood of the home and my hope is that by helping to alleviate some of their inner suffering, this podcast will strengthen families, the lifeblood of the world.

Today I got to ask my brother in law Brock and my sister Nicole for some tips for moms wanting to get their kids to sleep through the night and aren’t sure where to start. Sleep is everything to me and these two are the sleep experts! They helped me with all 3 of my kids and it was extremely helpful for me as a new mom relying on the medical background of my brother in law and the experience of my sister with her 5 kids. So I wanted to spread that help to other moms who may want some advice as well. Enjoy!

I got to talk to my grandparents today about their experience raising 12 kids, growing up in the depression, world war ll, and my Grandpa’s experience as a nuclear physicist. In this episode, I got to chat with Janessa, an adoptive mom of seven kids. Four of which are biological, with three being adopted. Her and her husband are in the thick of starting their own dental practice plus a spa. They have done fixer uppers, condos for airbnb, and live very intentionally. They stay super fit, wake up before the sun and work hard to keep their family united and strong. Janessa also happens to be my sister-in-law being married to my oldest brother. I loved chatting with her today, we got into some very interesting mindsets that have helped her with mothering her adoptive children. She has done coaching and adoption counseling and has lots of wisdom to share. I could have chatted for hours and I hope you enjoy this episode as much as I did!
