In honour of St. Patty's Day Ali and Deb are discussing their thoughts on Luck or Manifesting.
How do you drive your thoughts so you can be the lucky one and #manfiest in your dream life.
Here's an Excerpt from Think & Grow Rich ~ Napoleon Hill
“The method by which desire for riches can be transmuted into its financial equivalent consists of six definite, practical steps:
First Fix in your mind the exact amount of money you desire. It is not sufficient merely to say “I want plenty of money.” Be definite as to the amount
Second Determine exactly what you intend to give in return for the money you desire.
Third Establish a definite date when you intend to possess the money you desire.
Fourth Create a definite plan for carrying out your desire, and begin at once whether you are ready or not, to put this plan into action.
Fifth Write out a clear, concise statement the amount of money you intend to acquire, name the time limit for its acquisition, state what you intend to give in return for the money, and describe clearly the plan through which you intend to accumulate it.
Sixth Read your written statement aloud, twice daily, once just before retiring at night, and one after arising in the morning. As you read - see and feel and believe yourself already in possession of the money.”
Go for your dreams and manifest your luck!!

Women supporting other women is something we both love to see. Deb and Ali couldn't resist adding their ideas and what they do for Galentines day.
Galentines Day is great if you're single or in partnership.
Here are some #Galentines Day Ideas:
LET’S HELP GET YOU STARTED.
1. Go Ice Skating
Whether you’re an ex-figure skate0r or haven’t hit the ice since junior high school, skating in the great outdoors is a great way to have a chill day of fun with your girlfriends no matter your skill level.
If being outdoors in the freezing cold is not your vibe—there’s nothing better than catching the latest Oscar-buzz movie at your local movie theatre. Purchase your group tickets in advance, reserve your seating, order your snacks and boom! Girls night your way.
So, you wanna do something active, but you don’t want to be outside? Plan a fun night of bowling for you and your friends.
Nothing says “ladies celebrating ladies” better than a spa day. Between facials, manicures, massages, hair treatments, and more, treating yourself will be even better with your girlfriends.
Visit an Art Gallery or Museum
Have a Fancy Night Out
Pick your favourite fine dining restaurant, make a reservation, put on your “special occasion” dress and head out for a fancy night with your girlfriends.
If you and your girls are in the mood for something with a little more edge, turn your Galentine’s Day into a night of karaoke.
Get into the competitive spirit for a super-fun game night with the gals! With options like Cards Against Humanity and Monopoly, the possibilities for a fun game night are endless.
Looking to break a sweat on Galentine’s Day? Spend the best day of the year at a fitness class. Do something fun and new that the whole group will enjoy, even if they haven’t hit the gym since last year.
Make a difference in your community with your besties as you give back through volunteer work. Not only will it help others, but it will also help your health, too!

How do you vision your future self?
Once you have goals, intentions a vision of where you want to go, a powerful practice to implement is acting as if what you want is already yours.
Deb and Ali discuss their strategies to 'Act as if' their future selves to drive different outcomes in their life.
One of the ways is to write a Life Script. This is a great opportunity to journal and write out what your future life could look like. Listen to today's episode now to discover other powerful ways to visualize and a surprise gift from Deb!
Dream big and believe in what you want! Because it's there for you to experience.
Writing a “life script” is like writing a movie script. You need to create a feeling, evoke emotional responses and create scenarios. You dream up the story, write the lines and act it out. Why? Because you can create your life as you would like it to be. So many people live their life with the concept that they play whatever hand is dealt to them. This can feel un-empowering, and depressing and instills feelings of resignation and pain. You have so much more to do with your life plan than you realize.
What is a life script? It is a written version of the story about your WANTS that is so vivid and real that you can see/feel/taste/touch it as you think about it and write it. In other words, it’s the written story of your life as you desire it to be. What is the purpose? Scription your life gives your life direction, meaning and purpose. Scripting brings pure positive energy to that which you desire. It is the act of co-creating with a Higher Power. We aren’t here to live our lives according to fate and put out one fire after another. We have the ability and inherent power to create the life we choose. It’s like putting your order into the Universe. If you go to a restaurant, you don’t eat whatever they decide to bring you - you place your order! This process is very similar. It follows the principle of “Energy follows Thought”.
This exercise is going to ask you to dream big! What does your best life look like? What are you doing? How do you act? Where do you live? What kind of hobbies do you have? Who is around you and what do those relationships look like? Consider the following areas of your life - physical body, business or career, finances, relationships, intellect, and spiritual connections.
