Host Martin Spurgin (Spurge) tells the story ofhis brain tumour which I've called 'Chonk', I'm not a media person,it is my hope that learning how to produce content will help towards my rehab. Warning, Iwon'tbe holding back on discussions of medical things orfacing my own mortality, when I was first diagnosed I couldn't find anything like this. so my hope is to tell a story that might be useful for someone who was just as scared as I was at the start. still am really, got a little weepy writing that out.
This week I've been researching what I can do with my diet and exercise to support my oncological treatment. We also look forward a bit towards a very busy few weeks coming up.

This week I explain the latest updates on my treatment plan and a little bit about how that is likely to overlap with our son's birth. In short, it's going to be a cycle of radiotherapy first followed by some chemo, unsure what that part will look like yet.
