Have you wondered how to evangelize properly, only to get the sense that something is off about our modern methods? In this video I give at least one example of why our evangelism might stink. The Daily Wire has just revealed their "Daily Wire Plus" content expansion and among the new content is their bringing on of Jordan Peterson in an official role. In his first Podcast on the platform, he interviewed his friend Dave Rubin and they talked about the "Promises and Pitfalls" of gay parenting. Is this the sign of some sort of "woke trend" on the part of The Daily Wire? How should Christians react to situations like this within secular conservative media?

What do I mean when I say Christianity and positivity are not synonymous? I often hear Christian content creators describe their contribution to the internet as a space where people can find "positive content" as if this is their foundational purpose, directly resulting from their Christianity. Christian leaders will often exhort their hearers to "worship god with your life!" What does this actually mean? I've come to whole heartedly agree with the sentiment. However, I feel that many who say it, haven't fully processed what they're affirming or why it's true that all of life can be worship? Let's talk about it.
Unless you've been living under a rock, you're probably guaranteed to have heard about the incident at the Oscars last night where Will Smith slapped Chris Rock over a joke about Will's wife, Jada Pinkett Smith. I joined in the understandable meming and laughing over the incident. But I think it may deserve some deeper reflection as well. What can this incident teach us about the current state of men in America, their lusts, their shortcomings, and the gospel of Jesus Christ?

I take a more Calvinistic approach to the doctrine of human sin, and hopefully I will be helpful in articulating it in a way that makes it understandable and biblical.
