The Original Female Entrepreneur Podcast was created for high achieving, ambitious Christian women gather to find safety discussing their business, finances, marriage, motherhood, friendship and most importantly, what God says about all of it.
Whitney Kroneberger is a Life Coach for Christian Female Entrepreneurs. She teaches the modern day Proverbs 31 woman to grow her confidence in decisions, discover safety around money and find joy in rest.
Have you ever felt that overwhelming sense of guilt while hustling to build a business or managing the balancing act of a working mom? It's an all-too-familiar struggle. But why should these vital roles feel at odds with each other? In today's episode, Whitney shares a recent experience that triggered this conversation among some amazing women, realizing we're not alone in this struggle.
The truth is, we're caught in a whirlwind of choices. We're mothers and entrepreneurs engaged in various commitments, and it often feels like we're stretching ourselves too thin. We begin to experience the infamous 'mom guilt .'It looms over our heads as we strive to build a business or pursue our careers while nurturing our families. But here's the truth: these roles have no inherent contradiction. What's really at play here is the overwhelming feeling of trying to do it all.
The decision to pursue a career or build a business doesn't negate our role as mothers; it's a call from the Holy Spirit to be deliberate and intentional about our choices. And here's the truth: this burden of guilt is not part of the plan. We were not meant to carry the weight of guilt on our shoulders while juggling our chosen responsibilities. God has a plan. He's given us the ambition and calling for a reason.
So, for those who feel the tug of war between motherhood and a career, know this: it doesn't have to be a struggle. Let's shed the guilt, set boundaries, and choose our commitments wisely. We are not designed to fail in either role; we are designed to excel in both.
Motherhood and entrepreneurship are not contradictory. They are complementary.

Whitney reflects on her journey and unpacks Proverbs 31:29 through her story of having a home birth. She acknowledges the undeniable mental component involved in the process. During such challenging moments, Whitney discovered a profound strength within herself.
In today's episode, she shares her experiences and encouragement in ditching the shame that often comes with feeling defeated and recognizes the incredible strength already there. This is a testament to the resilience of the human spirit and its capacity to rise above adversity. This perseverance isn't applied only to home births but to our journey in entrepreneurship.
It's easy to get lost in a whirlwind of self-doubt when things don't go as planned. However, as we reflect on our experiences, we often find that we possess an incredible inner strength. Whitney's story showcases this strength as she did something remarkable. She managed her mind and stayed committed to her homebirth journey for an extended period, demonstrating that it's possible to overcome the challenges that come with it.
It's essential to remember that we are held to a higher standard. It's not a time to play small or retreat from the challenges we face. Instead, it's an opportunity to step into the person we are meant to become, stay in our lane, and fulfill the calling we've been given. Doing so can prevent the enemy from taking over our thoughts. Whitney leaves us with a message of hope and resilience. She reassures us that, despite our challenges, it's possible to triumph. The key is not to give up and never quit. We're constantly juggling various commitments and responsibilities, leaving little room to be fully engaged in the present moment. But how do you manage to stay present while also prioritizing your time effectively? Whitney welcomes guest and client, Sara who we can learn valuable lessons from as she has mastered the ability to be fully present by shedding what doesn't serve her and embracing her calling allowing her to priotize her time with God.
One of the most valuable lessons we can learn from Sara is the art of letting go. She emphasizes that sometimes, in order to move forward and be fully present in the moment, you have to let go of the things that are holding you back. Sara attributes much of her personal growth to understanding her identity in Christ. By letting go of the need to please others and focusing on her faith and values, she has been able to strip away layers of distraction and embrace the present moment.
Sara journey teaches us that being present is a conscious choice, one that requires prioritization, self-awareness, and a willingness to let go of what doesn't serve our greater purpose. It's not always a comfortable path, and there are hard lessons to be learned along the way. Her story serves as a powerful reminder that being present is achievable, even in the midst of life's chaos.

We all have seasons in life when we feel the need to work on ourselves actively. It's an essential part of personal growth, and it's something that has been resonating with the women around me lately. The desire to be better versions of ourselves, especially when juggling motherhood and entrepreneurship, is a common theme.
In today's episode, Whitney unpacks Proverbs 31:28 and seamlessly reminds women that they aren't alone in the juggle of motherhood and entrepreneurship. A relentless pursuit of perfection leaves Whitney feeling like she can't win. Somewhere along the way, we've been prioritizing the wrong things. We've allowed ourselves to believe that our success in business should overshadow the success we achieve as mothers and partners.
Whitney hones in the power of shifting our perspective to caring for our homes first. But what does it truly mean to prioritize the health of our home? It's about facing the hard stuff head-on and following up with actionable steps. It's about reevaluating our priorities and making sure our homes are our sanctuaries.
It's essential to understand that prioritizing the health of our home doesn't mean sacrificing our business aspirations.

In our fast-paced, unpredictable world, it's easy to find ourselves consumed by worry and anxiety. As we navigate the uncertainties of life, especially as female entrepreneurs, it becomes crucial to break free from the grip of fear and embrace the possibilities of the future.
In today's episode, Whitney welcomes her incredible friend, Leslie. Together they unpack Proverbs 31:25. This verse signifies trust and confidence in God's guidance. It implies this woman does not allow worries, anxieties, or uncertainties about the future to consume her. Instead, she approaches life with a joyful and hopeful spirit, finding peace and contentment in the present moment.
To navigate the challenges of entrepreneurship and overcome worry, it is crucial to recognize and embrace our unique set of skills. Leslie guides listeners through the power of acknowledging these skills so that we can approach life and business with confidence and purpose. These skills become the foundation upon which we build our resilience and overcome the fear of the future.
Fear of the future often robs us of hope and prevents us from moving forward. However, when we have a deep-rooted understanding of our identity and embrace our skills, we gain the ability to face fear head-on. Even when we see others succeeding while we face challenges, we can rise above comparison and disappointment. Our identity, grounded in our God-given skills, becomes the anchor that propels us forward and allows us to persevere through adversity.

Movies have the ability to motivate and inspire people in various aspects of life, including personal growth, overcoming challenges, and pursuing dreams. Movies often present narratives of triumph, resilience, and the pursuit of noble ideals, which can profoundly impact viewers and encourage them to apply those lessons to their own lives. For Whitney, movies provide inspiration and an ability to use the lessons from her favorite films in lessons from the Lord.
While movies may not directly align with reality, they can still offer valuable lessons and themes that resonate with Christian values. In today's episode, Whitney uses lessons from Cinderella the Live Action from 2015 and ties them perfectly with Proverbs 31:22. Whitney shares the lessons she learned throughout the movie.
Here are a few takeaways from today's episode:

Fear is a natural human emotion that often arises in the face of uncertainty, change, or potential threats. While fear can be overwhelming, we have the capacity to limit it. Just as the Proverbs 31 women did, "she has no fear for her household." Whitney brings listeners into practical ways we can experience but not live in fear.
In today's episode, Whitney invites listeners into a conversation on productive and unproductive thoughts but, more importantly, how instead of using affirmations, we can use anchoring thoughts to manage our minds. When we anchor our thoughts in God's thoughts, we shift our perspective from fear to faith, from doubt to trust. We remind ourselves that we are not alone in our struggles and that God's presence and power surpass any obstacle we may face.
By immersing ourselves in scripture and the Holy Spirit and surrounding ourselves in community we can become intentional with the thoughts we let into our mind. Still, more importantly, we can begin to allow our thoughts to mimic God's. Fear is inevitable, but when we encompass fear, we can use anchoring thoughts to manage it.
Anchoring Scriptures:
Matthew 6: 25-34 Romans 12:2 2 Corinthians 10:5 2 Timothy 1:7 Jeremiah 33 Philippians 4:8

As entrepreneurs, we struggle with shame. We make mistakes, face failure and ultimately shame ourselves into believing we shouldn’t be struggling. In today’s episode, Whitney unravels the story of Rebecca, another female hero of the Bible.
Rebecca’s story stuck out to Whitney, prompting Whitney to remind you that just as Rebecca’s mistakes did not define her, your mistakes don’t define you. As entrepreneurs, wives, and moms, we often try to control the outcome and begin to take matters into our hands, just as Rebecca did. And, if we make a mistake, we bury ourselves in shame. Whitney uses this lesson and applies it specifically to entrepreneurs.
In this episode, Whitney gives listeners these takeaways about meeting God in our mistakes and listening to his insight:
God does not meet us with our mistakes or define us by them. When we meet him with these mistakes, he turns them into a beautiful masterpiece.

We live in a culture that seeks external validation and encourages us to believe that our identity is solely based on accomplishments, others' opinions, or the money we make. In today's episode, Whitney unpacks Proverbs 31:16 and challenges listeners to consider not only their work and its fruit but the root of their identity.
Whitney so simply and beautifully delivers a message the Lord continuously places on her heart that we are rooted in Jesus. He doesn't determine our worth based on our incomes or reputations; instead, our peace and identity are solely rooted in him.
While cultivating this identity can feel like being overlooked or misunderstood, she encourages you to walk confidently and hold steadfast to whose we are. Being rooted in Jesus is enough. In Christ alone, your hope is found.

Culture offers us the ability to turn our thoughts into dreams, otherwise known as manifestation. In today's episode, Whitney is diving deeper into the differences between intentional thought creation, manifestation, and what God says about both.
Manifestation says if you think about it, it will come to you. Whitney dives deeper into how becoming fixated on manifesting our dreams instead puts us in the driver's seat, places our priorities over anything else, and we lose sight of the true source.
Whitney encourages listeners to instead focus on intentional thought creation and how it can bring glory to God. She uses four reminders rooted in scripture to help listeners develop the freedom to partner with the Lord and consistently turn to him for advice and guidance and to share their dreams with Him.
Think, plan, dream, and set aside the things you want. Make the plan, and create the goals. Under one condition, bring glory to God.

You'll fall behind and fail if you don't stop moving. Does this sound familiar? Our society has pushed us to always move forward with no time to pause and reflect.
Whitney has noticed a common trend with her clients lately as they share their struggle to slow down. They are always in a hurry to get to the next thing. While we all love moving forward and doing more things, we must remember to pause and be still.
We've been taught to believe there is no value in being still. We must get married, have kids, and make more money without time to sit and enjoy the process. Today's episode is solely a reminder of the importance of stepping back and reflecting on why we are in such a hurry.
Slowing down allows us time to sit and be present with the Lord and find grace in the slower process. Whitney hopes you can remind yourself that it's ok to create intentional time to be still.

In this week’s episode, Whitney discusses being misunderstood, and she helps listeners find the courage to stop the fear.
We long for others to assume the best in us, but ultimately we cannot control others or their thoughts, leading us down the path of fear. When we fear that others will misunderstand us, it prevents us from growing our circle.
We must understand our peace can not come with others’ perceptions of us; instead, keep your eyes on Jesus and focus on your relationship with him.
