Come along the healers journey with Vanessa Klugman MD turned recovery coach. We so enjoyed this very warm and nourishing conversation on Healthcare from the Soul.
We talk about her journey out of burnout and addiction into recovery, resilience and reconnection and her guidance and steps to consider. She speaks to the pillar of self-care and looking after ourselves before we can return to the fullfilment of taking care of others. How she practices self-compassion in her life and with her clients and how we can use it as healthcare professionals. We also discuss the importance of boundaries in the workplace.
The answer to the question: Do I want to return to practicing medicine or do I want to do something different? Something we can all relate to when we're in the thick of the healthcare system and forced or decide to take space away.
