We are Winston, Jack, and Adam, three high-school juniors, speaking with professionals from every field to find insight and inspiration, and eventually, an answer to this question for ourselves.
Mrs. Sanchez is a partner at Sanchez & Sanchez, a criminal defense law firm. She has been practicing law for over 25 years, teaches as an adjunct professor at SMU, and is a proud mother of three boys.

Mrs. Sampson is the McDermott-Templeton CEO and President of United Way of Metropolitan Dallas. She received a BBA from Baylor and has been with United Way for over 20 years, and leads the largest non-governmental funder for programs focusing on education, income, and health.

Dr. Wang is a professor and the chair of the Department of Internal Medicine at UT Southwestern Medical Center. He is a highly decorated, award-winning researcher, leading hundreds of studies ranging from Cardiovascular Biomarkers to Metabolism, earned his degree at Harvard Medical School, and is a father of three.
Mr. Backes is the founder of Provident Realty Advisors, a real estate firm based in Dallas. He channels his creative spirit to develop real estate projects, attended the University of Missouri, and is a father of one.
Mr. McGaughy is a founding shareholder for CPMG, a company managing several university endowments in private equity and public security. He serves as director for several private companies including Reata Pharmaceuticals, attended the University of Texas and Havard Business School, and is a father of two.
Mr. Scott is an electrical engineer for Lockheed Martin, a global security and aerospace company. He works as the program management director, designs fighter jets, attended Northwestern, attained an MBA at Emory, and is a family man and father of two.
Ms. Musselman is the founder and CEO of KOCH and the co-founder of 33.9 sneakers. She attended SMU, a Harvard Executive Education program, inspires girls to be joy-makers and risk-takers, and is a businesswoman and mother of one.
Dr. Malouf is an award winning physician and private practice owner, specializing in Mohs Micrographic Surgery, general dermatology, cosmetic dermatology and cosmetic surgery. He is a Texas native, an established figure in the field of Dermatology, and a father of three.
Mr. Genender is a litigator and court lawyer, leader for Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP's litigations practice in Texas, Duke graduate, enthusiastic MFFL (Mavs fan for life), former Marksman, and a father of three.
