☑️Do you feel like you’re walking through the wilderness but can’t see a way out?

☑️Do you struggle to hear God’s voice when you’re dealing with anxiety, worry, fear, or grief?

☑️Are you constantly asking God why your life turned out like this?

☑️Would you like to find true rest and peace in God + joy in your weariness?

☑️Are you a quiet person who’s sensitive to emotions and feels things so deeply that they seem too big to handle?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, take a deep breath. I got you! This podcast is full of resources just for you!

I’m here to help you learn how to manage your emotions and calm your thoughts so you can find peace of mind in the messy middle of pain and suffering.

As a highly sensitive introvert and certified life coach, I understand the unique challenges of dealing with overwhelming emotions and negative thought patterns during hard times. I’ve helped hundreds of women keep and strengthen their faith when their world was crumbling around them.

However, keeping my own emotions in check was more challenging than I thought. I had to figure out what I was feeling, why I felt that way, how to calm down, what part my faith played in all of that, how to embrace the gifts of being a highly sensitive person and an introvert, and so much more.

My journey hasn’t always been easy. I’ve faced my fair share of obstacles and setbacks, including questioning everything I thought I knew about God. I know how difficult it can be to wonder if God even hears your prayers, to struggle with feelings of overwhelm and despair because life is just too hard, and to be tired of feeling like you’re desperately trying to claw your way out of a pit of hopelessness.

That’s why I created this podcast, to share my journey and all the tips, tools, and mindset shifts that helped me manage my emotions, cope better with hard times, find true rest in God, and restore my hope for the future. That’s also why I’m passionate about helping other introverted and highly sensitive Christian women find their way to peace of mind.

Through my podcast, you’ll learn how to:

💜 Manage overwhelming emotions like anxiety, hopelessness, shame, and grief

💜 Control your thoughts and renew your mind with journaling, prayer, and scripture

💜 Trust that God is in control and has a plan even when you don’t understand why life is so hard

💜 Understand how being an HSP or introvert affects the way you deal with stress and emotions, and anything else that I can think of that would help you.

No matter what life has thrown at you, my podcast has something for you! So if you’re ready to get control of your overwhelming and negative emotions with confidence and a strong faith join me on this journey. Let’s become women with peace-filled minds!

“Do I just have anger issues, or am I a highly sensitive person?” If you’ve ever asked yourself this, you’re not alone. As an HSP, your emotions can feel intense, and anger might be the one that gets your attention most.

But here’s the truth: HSPs experience all emotions deeply, not just anger. And often, what looks like anger is really fear, grief, or shame underneath. In this episode, I’m sharing how to tell the difference between HSP emotional intensity and true anger management challenges.

We’ll talk about signs of aggression, why HSP is a temperament (not a mental health disorder), and how emotional regulation skills can help you feel calmer and more in control.

If you’ve struggled with emotional overwhelm, overthinking, or feeling misunderstood in your reactions, this episode will help you find clarity and compassion for yourself.

For a long time, I thought the healthiest thing I could do was just “get over” my feelings and move on.

As a highly sensitive introvert, I didn’t want to feel stuck or overwhelmed, so I tried to push past emotions as quickly as possible. But instead of helping, it left me more exhausted, anxious, and disconnected from myself.

In this episode, I’m sharing the turning point that helped me stop stuffing my feelings and start learning how to process them in a safe way.

You’ll hear why trying to “get over” emotions doesn’t work for HSPs, and the simple practices I use now - like journaling and naming emotions - that help me regulate, build emotional resilience, and feel more at peace.

If you’re a highly sensitive introvert, you probably know what it feels like to get stuck in your head. Maybe you call it overthinking, but here’s the truth: a lot of what we label as overthinking is actually emotional avoidance.

In this episode, I’m breaking down the 3 signs that show you’re not really overthinking—you’re avoiding your emotions. You’ll learn how looping thoughts, seeking reassurance, and “logic spirals” are actually ways your brain tries to protect you from feeling overwhelmed.

And I’ll share a simple but powerful tool that helps you step out of avoidance and into emotional awareness. This small shift can help you reduce anxiety, calm your inner world, and stop spinning in circles.

You’ve probably heard the phrase “feelings aren’t facts” before. Maybe from a therapist, a friend, or even in a moment when someone was trying to help you calm down. But if you’re a highly sensitive or introverted woman, that phrase can actually do more harm than good.

In this episode, I’m unpacking why dismissing your emotions leaves you doubting yourself and feeling disconnected, and how to reframe it in a way that honors your sensitivity.

You’ll learn why your emotions are valuable messengers, how to start listening to what they’re really telling you, and simple journaling prompts to help you process instead of pushing feelings away.

If you’ve ever felt invalidated or “too much” for your emotions, this conversation will help you see your feelings as wisdom—not weakness.

Do you automatically hide how you feel, without even thinking about it?

If saying “I’m fine” has become your reflex… even when you’re anything but fine, this episode is for you. As HSPs and introverts, many of us learned early on that being emotional wasn’t safe. So we got good at pushing it down, staying calm, and not making it a big deal.

But over time, that survival strategy becomes an exhausting pattern of emotional suppression.

In this episode, I’m unpacking why hiding emotions becomes second nature—and how to begin gently reversing the pattern. You’ll learn how to spot your emotional default settings, practice safe expression like journaling or voice notes, and give yourself permission to feel without fixing or explaining.

Have you ever spiraled after something small? Like a text left unread or a weird tone in someone’s voice? As HSPs, it’s easy to confuse our thoughts, feelings, and facts, which only adds to the overwhelm.

In this episode, I’m walking you step by step through one of the most powerful tools I teach: how to separate what actually happened (facts), the story your mind creates (thoughts), and your emotional truth (feelings).

You’ll learn how to stop reacting to mental clutter, honor your emotions without letting them run the show, and start feeling more grounded. I’ll also share the coaching tool that helps my clients untangle their reactions so they can respond with clarity and confidence.

Ever felt like you were carrying a lot emotionally but couldn’t put it into words?

If you’ve ever said, “I know I’m feeling something… I just don’t know what,” this episode is for you. As HSPs and introverts, we often experience emotions in layers but without the language to name them, those feelings can get stuck, swirling inside until we shut down or say “I’m fine” (when we’re definitely not).

In this episode, I’m talking about why it’s hard to name your emotions, especially if you’ve experienced suppression, trauma, or never had emotional language modeled for you. Then I’ll walk you through a few gentle tools to help you start finding the words: emotional check-ins, using a Feelings Wheel, and simple journaling prompts.

You don’t have to name it perfectly. But you can start understanding yourself more clearly . .. one word at a time.

If you’ve ever felt drained, restless, or overwhelmed after spending too much time on your phone or laptop, you’re not imagining it. As HSPs and introverts, our nervous systems process every bit of input more deeply, which means screens can quickly push us into overstimulation.

In this episode, I’m digging into why this happens and sharing practical ways to reset. You’ll learn how to build small screen-free pauses into your day, plan longer detoxes when you need them, and even use journaling as a powerful substitute to help you calm your system and reflect on how screens impact your emotions.

If you’ve been craving more peace, clarity, and energy, this conversation will help you create a healthier rhythm with technology.

Have you ever kept quiet about how you really feel not because you didn’t have words, but because you were afraid they’d be misunderstood?

In this episode, I’m diving into one of the biggest reasons highly sensitive and introverted women stay emotionally guarded: the fear of being misread, dismissed, or told we’re “too much.” When your emotions run deep, and your inner world is hard to put into words, it can feel safer to just keep it all in.

But that silence comes at a cost: emotional disconnection, overthinking, and loneliness.

I’ll share why this pattern shows up, how it affects your emotional safety, and what to do when you want to express yourself but don’t want to feel misunderstood.

Let’s talk about self-validation, bridging language, and creating safer spaces to share your heart without having to shrink it.

If journaling hasn’t worked for you before, this episode will show you how to make it a powerful tool for your emotional resilience.

If traditional coaching calls or group programs have ever left you feeling drained, overstimulated, or pressured to “perform,” this episode is for you.

I’m sharing why I’ve transitioned my coaching to Voxer: a voice and text messaging app that creates a private, supportive space for highly sensitive introverts.

Voxer coaching gives you time to process before you share, lets you reach out in real-life moments (instead of waiting for a weekly call), and removes the stress of being “on” in front of others.

In this bonus episode, you’ll learn exactly how Voxer coaching works, why it’s designed with your sensitive nervous system in mind, and how it can help you feel more supported, grounded, and understood every single day.

Have you ever held back your emotions to avoid making someone else uncomfortable? Or worried that being honest about how you feel would make you seem dramatic or too much?

In this episode, I'm unpacking one of the biggest reasons highly sensitive introverts struggle to express their emotions: you’ve been taught that your feelings are a burden. I’ll walk you through where that belief often comes from, how it quietly leads to resentment and burnout, and what you can do to gently shift the pattern.

If you’re tired of bottling things up and want to start honoring your emotions without fear or guilt, this one’s for you. I’ll also leave you with a powerful journal prompt to help you rewrite the story you’ve been carrying about your emotions.

Do your emotions have to be intense to be worth processing? In today’s episode, I’m sharing why the answer is no and why even subtle feelings deserve your attention.

Emotional processing isn’t just for breakdown moments. The truth is, emotional awareness begins with acknowledging the quieter emotions you often overlook, such as mild frustration, unease, or low-key irritation. Let’s talk about emotional labels. In this episode, I’m sharing why calling your emotions “good” or “bad” can actually hold you back from processing them in a healthy way. When you judge what you feel, it creates resistance—and that resistance makes it harder to move through tough moments.

You’ll learn how to use neutral language, sit with emotional discomfort, and give yourself more space to feel without fear or shame. This is a simple but powerful shift I use with my clients, and it can make a big difference in how you relate to your emotions.

In this episode, I'm sharing how using a planner can be a powerful tool for managing emotions as a highly sensitive person and introvert.

As someone who's been using planners since middle school, I've discovered how they go beyond simple organization to become a vital instrument for emotional wellness. I explain why planners are particularly beneficial for those of us who feel deeply and notice everything, from helping process emotions and reducing mental clutter to creating space for quiet reflection and intentional living.

I also reveal my current favorite planner, the Horatio Dream Planner, and why its clean, simple design and built-in reflection spaces make it perfect for HSPs and introverts who need regular periods of rest and contemplation. Join me to learn how the right planner can help bring calm and clarity to your emotional life.

As HSPs, we tend to overthink and process deeply, which can lead to emotional overwhelm or numbness. I bust myths like "journaling will make me dwell on feelings" and "I need to write perfectly," while addressing mistakes such as focusing only on negative emotions or stopping when emotions feel too big.

I provide practical tips for moving past these roadblocks and using journaling as a tool to process emotions healthily. If you've been hesitant to start journaling or struggling to maintain a practice, this episode will help you transform journaling from an overwhelming task into a powerful tool for emotional resilience.

When we face difficult times, it's easy to view them as punishment for past mistakes or poor choices. In this episode, I share how shifting our perspective from seeing hardships as punishment to viewing them as opportunities for growth can transform our journey through adversity.

Through powerful biblical examples like Joseph, Moses, and Paul, I illustrate how challenges often prepare us for future purposes we can't yet see. Drawing from my own experience of surviving an abusive marriage, I demonstrate how this mindset shift not only builds resilience but can deepen our relationship with God during tough seasons.

I offer practical journaling prompts to help you identify areas where you might be viewing struggles as punishment and guide you in reframing these situations as opportunities for personal and spiritual development.

You don't need hours to really dig into scripture each day. After hearing from so many ladies who felt like they just couldn't get much out of their bible study time in 10 or 15 minutes I decided to show you what's possible.

The key to unlocking the treasures of scripture lies in three steps - reading, praying, and considering. Allow me to guide you through these steps, using the parable of the lost sheep as a practical, relatable example. As we explore, we'll unearth the profound love and compassion that God has for each of us, especially those who feel lost.

This episode is not just about providing a new method for studying scripture, it's an invitation to discover and embrace the transformative power of God's word in your life.

Have you ever played the game whack a mole? You know the little creatures pop up randomly and it’s your job to hit them with a hammer before they disappear. Once upon a time that’s how I viewed God.

Our view of God shapes everything that we do as Christians

  • Our faith walk
  • Ourselves
  • And situations/circumstances

In this episode let's look at how we can have a proper and biblical view of God.

Spending time with God is the number way to grow your faith whether you’re walking through a hard time or things are fine. But I’ve found that we often have the wrong idea about what this time should look like.

Our view of what our time should look like is often shaped by the examples we see around us.  And that’s fine until it isn’t. In this podcast, I'm sharing 3 truths you want to know if you're going to have a successful time with God each day.

Truth #1: Your QT isn’t supposed to look like anyone else’s.

Truth #2: The amount of time that you spend really doesn’t matter.

Truth #3: Your QT isn’t really about you.

Have you ever wondered why God allows suffering?

It's a common question when life doesn't make any sense.  Today I'm chatting about the question of why.

Is it okay to ask God why

What happens when God doesn't answer

And 3 reasons I've learned about why God allows suffering

  1. God Allows Suffering to Make Us Aware of our Sin
  2. God Allows Suffering to Show Us We Can’t Do This Alone
  3. God Allows Suffering to Bring Us Closer to Him

Have you ever wondered how to grow closer to God and strengthen your faith during hard times?

In this episode, I want to introduce to you the Fearless Faith Roadmap. After looking back at the decade or so I realized that I've learned a lot about growing a strong faith during hard times, which you can hear a bit about in episode 1. I’ve summarized my journey into a system or framework.

So today, I’m going to give you an overview of this roadmap and why I think it will help you as well. As you listen, I want you to keep in mind the life cycle of a butterfly: from egg to butterfly.

Step 1: Egg This is when you become aware of your struggles, the fact that you are in over your head, and that you need to turn to God if you're going to make it through

Step 2: Caterpillar Spiritual growth is the focus of this step. Spending time with God in prayer, digging into scripture and other disciplines so that you can grow your faith

Step 3: Pupa in Chrysalis A chrysalis provides a safe place for a caterpillar to become a butterfly. Just like your time in the word and prayer provides a safe place for you to get to really know God

Step 4: Metamorphasis This is the hardest part of the roadmap. Where you have to dig deep and do the hard work of working through your hurts, pains and overwhelming thoughts and emotions

Step 5: Emerge from Cocoon When a butterfly finally emerges from the cocoon it doesn't fly away immediately. It takes a beat to rest. You need to do the same thing.

Step 6: Butterfly Flies Away Even in hard times we can live with joy and peace. Don't forget to keep dreaming and enjoying life no matter what season you find yourself in
