Shame is this disgusting sensation in your body that wants you to contract and hide underneath a stone and never feel it again.
And it is something that has a huge impact on your life. If you feel shame around your body, you don't feel comfortable in your clothes, you can't fully relax and receive during sex, you find new ways to hide and make yourself smaller.
I've felt a lot of shame for my body and sensuality for a long long time and have spent the past 5 years working intensively with Shame. Rewriting my story with it. Releasing it. Learning to accept it and actually see it as an indicator.. where I need to give myself more love in my life & body.

Shame is one of the lowest frequencies on the hz chart, it's a sensation that none of us like, we wish we could just push away, but it's also something we've all experienced at least once in our life.
As women there is so much shame that we have been programmed to feel and hold towards ourselves, our bodies, our pleasure, each other etc.
Shame is something that deeply disconnects us from ourselves, from source and from our love. Shame makes us feel unworthy of who we are, of love and of what we desire.
If we keep holding on to shame in our bodies, we'll never truly feel pleasure, orgasmic or worthy of being ourselves.
With my clients I work deeply on releasing shame from the body and the relationships that we've created with our bodies. Today's episode is a guided practice to release shame.

Somatic Healing is the Method of healing from within. Healing WITH the body. Our Nervous System controls how our bodies react throughout life. It stores our Trauma Responses like Fight / Flight / Freeze. Most of us live with a dysregulated Nervous System in different areas of our life and thus experience a lot of anxiety, depression, stress, unhealthy relationships etc.
When we learn what our Nervous System is, how it reacts and how we can learn to regulate it we can change our life. We know what to do when trauma responses like fight, flight, wanting to escape, shying down etc. come up. We get to create a healthy and loving relationship with ourselves and our bodies.
