In today’s episode I had the honour of speaking to the founder of The Happy Broadcast, Mauro Gatti.

Mauro is a creative at heart and spoke openly and honestly about NOT monetising his passion and the freedom he felt when he returned to employment.

You don’t hear that very often and honestly, it was refreshingly honest.

What is fulfilment?

Do you know what you need to be happy?

And how do you deal with online trolls when all you wanted to do was make the world a happier place?

These are just some of the topics we covered in this must listen conversation.

You can follow Mauro here and if you do nothing else today, follow The Happy Broadcast!

Wouldn't it be great if change could happen in an instant? However, in reality, that's not how change works. It’s not a one-time action, it’s a continuous process.

In this episode, Emily talked about three truths about change that most coaches don't mention in the coaching industry because of the twisted marketing and aggressive sales structure.

Emily opens an honest conversation on what change looks like and how understanding the process of change can help you rise to your greatness.

In this episode, you’ll learn about:

  • How the realisation is not the change but the change that happens
  • The power of constant self-realisation and taking action towards change
  • What it means to have a community that supports you throughout the process of change

In this week’s episode I speak to Emeli Paulo.

Emeli is a five-time social entrepreneur, diversity, equity & inclusion speaker and social impact consultant. With two decades of facilitation, she has reached over one million people globally over 15,000 workshops and events. She has spent time advocating for change with Oprah Winfrey, Sir Richard Branson and His Holiness Dalai Lama.

Emeli is also the Founder of Power Bias & Neuro Care; a Diversity Equity & Inclusion program that teaches emotional agility to HR leaders, VC’s and startups to become aware of, and present with trauma and bias (in the self and others). This unsaid bias, dangerously lowers productivity in product teams & dictates the unsurprising 0.03% funding allocation to WOC start up founders in Australia.

Emeli’s mission is to continue to empower people through her social enterprises, Collective Potential & The School for Social Change to speak their truth, build socially inclusive workplaces and connected communities.

In this episode, you’ll hear us talk about

  • Burn out
  • Money! Are you in control of your finances?
  • The power of being ‘Allowed’
  • The importance of being messy
  • The next conversation around inclusivity, equity and diversity
