I met many others; you were and have been among the highlights. You've been a shoulder---a friend, you've been between brother and a lover. You have tasted all there is to taste of me and it gets scary sometimes.
I love how you show me off to the world, I love how proud of me you are, I love that you love me, I love that it is you and not anyone else. I love you for all you were and all you are.
The human that has known my flaws and scars and stayed. The human that has cleaned my tears and blood and made me pure.
Fill me with love and make my heart beat, be all that you stand for because with you, strength feels like my friend. Never stop being the love that I didn’t have to learn.
I love it when you hold my hands and place life plain to me. I love how honest you make everything seem. I love your words.
I love how you bring poetry to me with the lines of your lips and the words in your tongue, I love how you arrange love in the feel of your touch and the sound of your laughter.
I am all the words in my head yet none of them. I am all the fears that I fear which build my thoughts and form my anxiety.
The first time I thought I had to do everything right and in a certain way was the first time I failed.
This poetry anthology is my first publication for 2022 and my first co-authored piece of art. Writing with Gabriel took me on a journey without first asking how prepared I was, how I felt and what it had been so far, it held my hand and took me all the way out, permitted me to cry and allowed to make mistakes, realize the error and make the correction. all I am is human, and I feel all of these things are part of the condition. I am human and that is before anything else.
Although I made a mistake in the audio, this book was published on the 6th of March.
This is a title to a poetry anthology that contains 19poems. The book talks about a different kind of love and bond that existed between a father and his child.
The word DEATH brings back a nightmare that we all would much rather forget. When the idea played in her head, plans to take the word death for a long while, Smiler can think of nothing else…and she is terrified! She must do whatever it takes to stay out of death. Smiler is convinced that she must not experience it now…or she could. She just might do so in her ink!
But still survive. Stay strong.
