On this week's episode we talk about the importance of never settling whether it be in fitness, school, relationships and life in general. Sarah opens up about her own mental health struggles and how adopting this idea of never settling has helped her keep going and achieving things she never thought possible.

On this week's episode Miguel and I talk about the importance between the connection of mind and body. How to trust your capabilities and not get too ahead of yourself during the excitement of a race, training day, work day or any other event.
