Wild Heart: Recent Episodes

Bianca

The wild heart podcast is for women entrepreneurs who have made a choice to show up as their best selfs each and every single day. After heartache, heartbreak, rejection, lessons and denial. We are going to pick ourselves up, wash our faces and go back stronger, bolder, and fearlessly. We’re showing ourselves kindness, patience, grace, and most importantly love.

Hey Thrive Tribe welcome back I’m your host Bianca. Now I know we are supposed to be moving into our next element but before talking about the purpose element I felt really compelled to talk about being intentional and setting up our lives with intent. These past few weeks I had been thinking a lot about these elements and I kept thinking about how we need to be intentional in every part of our lives and how we show up and be deliberate about the choices we make in our lives. This episode is one that I’m hoping makes you think and get more clear about the life you say you want.

  • “Work on purpose, play on purpose, rest on purpose don't let yourself or anyone else waste your time.” Izey Victoria Odiase
  • “When purpose is not known abuse is inevitable.” Dr Myles Monroe

Welcome back #thrivetribe. In todays episode we will be discussing element 2 of the 8 week series on living a thriving and successful life. This weeks focus is the soul element. The soul consist of our Mind, will, and emotions. When our soul is jacked up I can guarantee you that your whole life will literally come crumbling down. In society we are taught that we gotta make sure that we look good on the outside that we sometimes neglect doing the necessary inner work to make sure we can sustain the exterior life. So for the soul element we need to make sure that we are showing up intentional every single day checking in with ourselves every single day.

Welcome to season 3 #thrivetribe!!!!! This season we are getting into the core or the heart of this space. We are going to be having conversations surrounding what I am calling the 8 elements of living a thriving life. We believe that in order to thrive in life we need to be intentional and purposeful in the core elements of our lives that’s our faith, soul, purpose, body, tribe, environment, career, and finances. As we go deeper into the podcast we will break down these elements bit by bit and week by week.

In this 1st episode we are breaking down exactly what the faith element is and how here we believe that this element is truly the foundation and what we do here trickles into the other areas of our lives!

None of the elements in this podcast are set in stone because we are all learning and growing together in each element

Welcome back #thrivetribe! So as we approach midway through 2023 I thought it would be great to go back to the very beginning of the thrive podcast and talk about habits. It’s so easy as we get through the hustle and bustle of a busy year that we start to neglect the things we said that we want to accomplish for the year and then we find ourselves trying to accomplish everything in November and December. To avoid this I want us to all reflect and ask yourself what goals did I have for 2022 did I accomplish my goals or have they made their way onto my 2023 vision board and what can I be doing to make sure that the same goals are not on the 2024 vision board!

This is such a special episode! Today's episode will have our very first guest. Liz of Vakay Swim Wear. In today's episode, Liz will discuss her journey to entrepreneurship and how she didn't let fear stop her from launching a swimwear company here in Chicago. Stay tuned!

About Liz: Hey, beauties! My name is Liz, owner of VayKay Swimwear. At 29 years old I’ve done a lot of traveling and like most of us, I shopped each time I went on vacation. I spent days looking for swimsuits, weeks to receive them only to get a top that was too small or a bottom that was too big. I was fed up and soon after VayKay was born. I take pride in the fact that my models represent all body types and strive to create swimwear that is fashionable and affordable.
