Ashy is a health and mindset coach helping women to build better relationships with food and themselves. In this episode we touch on the magic that Ashy offers her clients, we speak about our food stories and we all have a chat about the topic that brought us to wanting to chat in the first place. We have a giggle or two but you can really feel the passion in Ashy's voice when she speaks about helping women better themselves. We really do have the best job on the planet.
Check it out and don't forget to leave a review.
Happy listening.

We are homeschooling our children and in this episode I share the biggest driver behind why we chose to go ahead with it.
Please note that this episode shares some points of view that are very different to others and I speak about some specific behaviour I witnessed in the school that rang alarm bells for us. I am in no way lumping all teachers and schools in one basket, I think and know teachers are incredible but I know that the system is failing them which is in turn failing our children and for me that's not ok. I have the unique opportunity to homeschool my children and so I will harness that with all my power.
I hope you enjoy this episode and I hope that perhaps I can help you open your eyes to a few things.

For years I suffered with a thyroid disease and in this episode I share how I healed that.
Please feel free to leave a review so I can share my story with more people so as to help them heal also. This is such a common issue for women and by sharing my story I hope to spark some internal investigation for anyone that is suffering from an aliment that they wish to heal from.
xx
I literally picked up the mic, recorded and ran with it. It's been years in the making but forever pushed aside, I have shit to share and I will share it in whatever way it needs to. In this episode I chat briefly about my journey and introduce myself to you all. I have literally sat for an hour trying to make the intro all fancy with a jingle but "fuck it". It's raw, on the fly and completely intuitively led but it is the beginning of what will be a podcast that brings your inspiration, joy, laughs and a few learnings along the way. Thanks for tuning in and hopefully the next episode will have a jingle for you.
Enjoy!
Steph xoxo
