Shree Krishna explains about two different kinds of men in the universe first wise and second the ignorant. Those who follow the righteous path seek out light and purity, and are courageous and active. This is how Aryans live their lives. The other group of men lives in ignorance, are driven by sinister desires, walk in the path of the devil, and experience sadness and hopelessness. This is how Aryans live their lives.

Culture: It is a tacit social order of an organization that shapes attitudes and behaviors in multiple ways.
It has the power and energy to move the organization in the right direction and can unleash tremendous power to steer the organization.
Culture is residing in 2 primary dimensions:
- How people interact with each other: How the activities are performed.
Orientation of the activities can either be highly independent or highly interdependent. Independent culture promotes standing on their feet.
Interdependent culture promotes people to help each other.
- How do we respond to change: Some cultures will emphasize flexibility, adaptability, and deceptiveness.
Those who face stability tend to follow rules.
Those who favor flexibility tend to prioritize innovation, diversification.
Culture has 2 attributes:

Highly interdependent on the stability side (Order): They want to maintain order. It will ensure improved official reduction of conflict, overemphasis of the rules. Order side is basically Rule abiding, respectful, and corporative.

Highly independent on the flexible side (Enjoyment): More focus on enjoyment. It is expressed through fun and tends to do what makes them happy. Playful, instinctive, fun-loving.

Highly independent on the stability side (Result): Result-oriented cultures. Tends to Believe in goal focus, capability building. Achievement driven.
