Through a family connection the couple have made contact with a colleague whose grandchild is currently enrolled in your program. Interestingly, her daughter also attended the program 25 years ago. (This happens!) The couple set up an opportunity to speak with her as their search for childcare continued. She willingly shared with them her experiences as both a parent and now as a grandparent who often drops off and/or picks up her grandson from your Program. What did she tell the couple?
