Be entertained by Paschal, an epic and humorous Irish man who has a rather inspiring outlook on life.
James has come from a past which was riddled with illness & dis-ease. From around the age of 4 up until is early 30s. James had tried it all and spend tens of thousands of dollars only to receive little to no relief, life numb & joy was always short lived. The bottom of a dark hole is where his journey to surrender has begun. James was guided into the world of vibration and its remarkable sound healing capabilities. Little did he was also embarking on the quest of purpose. Shortly after James was gifted another wonderful treasure…. Rebirthing Breathwork. The absolute game changer in his healing journey. James now offers his services, empowering others to also embark on the journey to surrender.
For this episode, we have Alan Kavanagh from Dublin, Ireland. Alan speaks on Acceptance as a way of truly living.
As a hardworking, compassionate, ambitious, motivated and flexible individual, Alan has gained knowledge, skills and competencies in a range of areas related to the counselling profession. He possess a strong ability to connect and engage with clients in both one-to-one and group settings, remaining empathetic and non-judgmental. He have an excellent understanding of social issues affecting those struggling with mental health and substance misuse issues, as well as a solid grasp of community development principles. Although addiction can take many forms, not only that of a substance nature. Alan strongly believe in the social determinants model of health & how adverse childhood experiences (ACEs) contribute to the development of issues throughout our lifespan. He believes too often we can individualise the issue thus label the person as the cause & do not factor in:
‘The social conditions in which people live powerfully influence their chances to be healthy. Indeed factors such as poverty, food insecurity, social exclusion and discrimination, poor housing, unhealthy early childhood conditions and low occupational status are important determinants of most diseases, deaths and health inequalities between and within countries’ (World Health Organization [WHO] 2004)
Alan is a passionate & committed life long learner who feels sometimes there can be a strong pressure for people to prove their worth, and that sometimes value can be placed too heavily on pieces of paper & should never outweigh the value within a person to be present. While education is no doubt empowering there is value in all forms not just the ones that are certified; especially, that one we call Life.
Alan shares the most vital thing he has learned, is that without practicing Self-care we will harm rather than help the person that needs to be heard. We got into this work because we care so we need to protect our best intervention to support at all costs, which quite simply is our authentic & empathic ‘Self’; otherwise, we will pay a heavy price.
One of Alan's favourite quotes is "No matter what it's done for your mind your education has been a failure, if it's failed to open your Heart" St.Francis de sale

Gerard is an intuitive Building Biologist with over 20 years’ experience in Building Biology and is also the manufacturer of EMF harmonizing tools/products. Gerard was originally trained in dowsing by members of the Victorian Dowsing Society back in 1998, which is a traditional method of using specialized tools for detecting radiation fields from earth radiation, and electrical and radio frequency generating appliances. Gerard started to manufacture his own harmonizers for his consultancy work in 2000 out of pure necessity, as there were no efficient EMF harmonizers available in Australia. Gerard created his Orgonium® process to produce EMF harmonizers using his developed intuitive skills. Over the last 20 years, he has researched, mainly through his own consultancy work, many different types of radiation fields which no EMF meter would or could measure. This is because EMF meters are only calibrated to measure RF and microwave and electrical radiation, however, with very poor accuracy. The types of fields Gerard has researched and documented were human-generated Bioplasmic fields, and different types of Earth Radiation magnetic grid lines and Geoelectric fields. In the end, what he personally discovered, was that he had found the missing information required to completely harmonize any property with no remaining fields of harmful positive charge. At Orgone Effects Australia, we now consult to a world-wide audience and our products are sold to over 20 countries. We are well regarded by accredited health practitioners who know how to test an EMF harmonizer against the human meridian system, as being the best and most efficient radiation harmonizers available.

For this episode, we have Shaun Doyle. Over the last four and a half years, he's been working on a project called THE RENATURE WAY. The Renature Way is an online program to help people tune into their internal connection with Nature in their everyday lives. The idea to create the Renature Way came in a period of his life where he was experiencing many stress and well-being issues. Even with an extensive background in the health and fitness industry, he struggled to overcome them. The one thing that always seemed to make things better was when he regularly spent time in Nature. The more he learned about connecting with Nature, the more it became clear that the main underlying issue was not so much the stress in his life or what he did or didn't do for his well-being. It had more to do with an internal disconnect from Nature. With more and more research around this, it becomes pretty clear this is a BIG reason why so many of us struggle with stress and various ailments today. Without a feeling of connection (which we can feel anywhere), disharmony will occur on some level. Meaning stress is more easily activated, knocking us around internally preventing us from feeling good and well regularly. Creating a deeper bond with Nature has helped him get through the most stressful challenges of his life and re-discover his spark for life once again. It's so exciting to be able to share this knowledge with others now. The link for more info about Shaun’s incredible offering is: https://renaturingyoureverydayways.com/introvideoandcourseinfo
