I struggled with writing newsletters for so long, I actually didn't start taking them seriously until I was 3 and a half years into my business. However it's so important to create content and have data that you own within your business - so I did some journaling and came up with this formula for creating value packed emails for my audience, which are still a great sales tool for me, all without burning myself out.

I'm here with a truth bomb for ya, but all businesses lose clients at some point or another.
Whilst I'm a big believer in the universe and trusting what it has in store for us, it doesn't mean that self doubt doesn't rear it's head and that I don't have to put effort in to replace clients when they leave for whatever reason.
I want to show the flip side to business, it's not all champagne, sell outs and celebrations. There are moments you'll doubt why you're doing it, you will lose clients (and probably sleep) and there is for sure a process to signing new clients - they don't fall into your lap.
I felt it was time we were more honest about the burnout, the doubt, the journey and the process.
There are millions of Instagram accounts out there, and it's not physically possible to follow them all. Plus I'm concious of keeping the noise I consume to an acceptable level to me, so here's how I sort through the people I'm following and stop myself from getting overwhelmed on Social Media!
There are thousands upon thousands of coaches out there, for almost every reason and struggle you could possibly think of. So when you're parting with your pennies, you need to ensuring that you're investing not just your money but also your time into the right coach for you.
Different teaching styles, different goals and different personalities mean that no one coach can serve everyone, but I talk you through what to look out for and how to find a coach who you truly align with and who can unlock the most from within you.
