It is time to be motivated and get out there and do what it is that you were called to do. There is a whole generation of people depending on your vision, your idea and your skill. Go be Great!
We are sometimes too eager to spill the beans and reveal our ideas to everyone. Let us learn to be mindful and write the vision, make it plain and keep if for the appointed time. There is at least one person bold enough the steal the wind from your sail so use discernment. Sift through the bad ones, find a tribe that you can trust and get out there and be great! Remember to continue to move forward and stay focused on your goals. It is OK to fail, but it is never OK to give up.

There are many programs and initiatives specifically designed for Entrepreneurs in The Bahamas and Internationally and in this episode I briefly discuss two of them. It is important to ask for help and asking for it is not a sign of weakness but a sign of progress and a willingness to be and do better in your personal and professional life. In life we need a contingency plan and we risk failure without one.
