So much life experience and still I find myself staring into the face of body issues this week.... so when I saw an invitation from my dear friend Bobbi about body image issues I sent a message to her lightning fast to see if she would come on the show to talk about it with us... yay! she said yes!
Bobbi's life mission is to expand peace, health and well-being by practicing, teaching and spreading daily life actions that foster these capabilities. She shares her creative and effective "life pie" system that guides you to your life ingredients for optimal peace, health and well being for your unique life. She especially serves those who are seeking greater meaning in their lives and who because of this deep longing may sometimes or often find themselves experiencing feelings of restlessness, anxiety, depression, or low self-worth.
Over the past 25 years Bobbi has facilitated classes, seminars, public presentations, and retreats offering her services to hospital wellness programs, holistic health centers, community centers, religious/spiritual organizations, corporations, schools, and private groups and individuals.
Bobbi also works with children diagnosed with autism, and other behavioral and developmental challenges within the Conejo Valley Unified School District. She provides paraprofessional services which include behavioral therapy methods and instructional support within school classrooms.

Not all of us may be political activists or even weekend environmentalists. Many of us don't have the time to be as involved as we might like, however, when it comes down to that moment of spreading cream, cleanser or brightener onto our bodies, into our mouths or onto the tender skin of our children, more and more of us are realizing that companies might not be as interested in our health as they are in their bottom line.
Gratefully we welcome the rebirth of the home "maker"
The art of apothecary is making a strong comeback and group gatherings that support bartering of these goods are also helping to support local economies and environments.
Tonight we talk about the wonderful consequences of this trend toward awareness in the home.
:) Monica Today.
As many of us know, it is not enough to simply attend an art class or buy a fancy new box of paints to become an Artist. Being creative is a willingness to explore other realms of possibility, to take the risk of removing (even temporarily) the filter of our pre- existing notions and to question notions that might be deeply ingrained in our belief systems.
The process of lifting the veil of perception can be scary to the human body and the ego... and not necessarily our own ego either. When we start to question what we see with our eyes that can sometimes make others uncomfortable as well.
Artists as intuitive is quite common as the processes of awakening are very similar. Tonight we share stories of artist seeing beyond the physical realms of perception.

Gratitude will always guide us back to love and peace. Stepping out of the space of judgment is such a rich experience. Tonight, stand in front of another person and look directly into their eyes and express to them how much they mean to you... watch what blooms in front of you.... Maybe that person is in the mirror.
xoxo Monica.

I was inspired to create this segment by a facebook friend of mine who was brave enough to express his challenges in caretaking for his mother. I will be dedicating the rest of this week to honor inspiring Caregivers. If this post has appeared on your page, someone finds you to be an inspiring caregiver. Whether you are caregiving for a gravely ill loved one or experience the daily challenges of caring for another in any form whether an autistic child, a mentally ill relative or even serving as primary caregiver for a child/children.. whatever the form of your specific circumstance, the daily struggle can sometimes seem overwhelming. When a crime is commited a true detective or truth seeker will ask.... who had something to gain? What was their motive? But what about in our everyday lives?... commercials bombard us with propaganda, our government tells us if we question the "official" story we are conspiracists and our doctor tells us that a drug is best for our health. So I now create this new segment to assist truth seekers called Who's to Gain? Tonight on "Who's to Gain" Many states have a Ban on the sale of Raw milk. Raw milk distributors in some areas are being arrested and imprisoned facing bail amounts that far surpass those of heavy drug users and thieves... so why the crackdown on Raw Milk? Tonight i share very interesting research regarding the dairy industry and help you to better find the answer to your question of "Who's to gain?"
Tonight I will set aside ego and judgment to allow myself to be an open channel through connection with my spirit guide "infinity" Call in with your questions.

This is why I have created Tea with Girlfriends...So that we can have a place to remove ourselves from the sometimes competetive and painful nature of relationships with other women and to enter a space that allows Candid and healing talks about everyday life, an online support group where we uplift and remind one another of our personal power, a place where tears are not only allowed but encouraged, and where each woman's innate wisdom becomes a beacon of support for another while being a reminder to herself of the power of her own words.Possible Topics: Allowing spirit into your life, breaking through fear and limitation, recognizing your gifts, trusting your intuition, saying yes to yourself and no to others without guilt, recognizing the mind body connection, developing creativity based versus victim based thinking, finding ways to love yourself wholeheartedly. I am so excited about our show.. thank you for taking part.. Love, Monica
