Jaap karo, mann ko sthir karo, shant mann se Bhgawan ka simran karo aur fir prarthna karo ki mera sapna poora karo. Aisa karne se dekhna ki apki iccha poori hogi bas yeh nahin dekhna kitna samay lagega. Prarthna ke baad tum karm karna, yojna poori karne ke liye karm shuru karo aur dekhte hi dekhte apka har sapna poorn hoga hi. Bas uski meher hoti hai to sab kaam ho jaatey hain. Sabhi ideas mastishk mein aate hain aur yeh hota jab apka dimaag shant hota hai aur yeh hota hai jab aap dhyan mein baithtey hain.
