I really believe that the majority of people spend FAR too much time caring and worrying about what people think of them, their life choices and what they're doing day to day.

I'll be honest with you I am one of them, or I was until recently.

Caring about what other people think can really hold you back in life and tbh its really NONE of your business WHAT people are thinking about you. It doesn't/shouldnt concern you. As long as you're not harming anybody why should you give a damn?

Concentrate on you and your awesomeness and forget about the rest! This bitesize episode will give you reasons why you should give up worrying about what people think and how to do it! Hope you enjoy

"So why did I start a Podcast? I was diagnosed with MS in 2017and it gave me the kick I needed to FINALLY create something that could not only help me BUT other 30-something year olds in Ireland by focusing on the issues that are really affecting people today"

I didn't realise that when I sen that tweet a mere 24 hours later I would be a guest on LMFM radios The Late Lunch talking about my diagnosis, what I've learned and why I started the podcast. Very unexpected but great to be amongst friends when discussing my illness for the first time. No going back now folks! Hope you enjoy and get something from it!
