Roy offers a great message of hope for post-divorce listeners who are hoping to find true love.
Roy also has a great book called Relationship Bootcamp which offers a startling truth: The types of people we attract, and the quality of our intimate relationships, are a direct reflection of our relationship “fitness.” Therefore, Roy contends that we shouldn’t be concerned about where or how to find a partner. What does divorcing well mean?
I can tell you that It doesn’t mean taking your EX to the cleaners and seeking revenge.
It doesn’t mean “winning” in court.
It definitely doesn’t mean making sure your children think you are the better parent.
What it does mean is approaching your divorce from a holistic perspective where you learn tools and knowledge to support yourself legally, financially, mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually. The Divorcing Well Podcast aims to help provide listeners with all of these tools. You will hear interviews with divorce experts including lawyers, therapists, mediators, coaches, matchmakers, and financial planners. You will also hear from non-divorce experts such as nutritionists, personal trainers, reiki practitioners, stylists and other people how can help empower and support you through this challenging time.
