A podcast about everything that inspires me but mostly: self-development health spirituality creativity entrepreneurship
Hello everyone!
On this episode I had the pleasure to interview the Labesse brothers on a topic they both love: Human Design! An astrology based system that helps you to be in your flow state.
There are 4 major types:
Generators Projectors Manifestors Reflectors
Cyrille, who has been on the podcast a few times already, is a Freedom Teacher. And Cassien is an Author & Teacher. He helps people to be aligned with their uniqueness.
They share their own experience with this system, how it helped them with their de-conditioning process and their relationship.
You want to know your type? Contact Cyrille or Cassien in the show notes
Hello everyone!
Many of you have asked, it took us 2 years to record a second episode but here it is! Episode 2! Many things have changed for us, we now live together in Basel, Switzerland. Till is focusing on visual arts and not so much stage stuff at the moment. His work in the show notes. My focus is on holistic health coaching and conversation language classes (English & French). We recorded during our honeymoon in Portugal cause yes in the meantime we got married and we talk about what commitment is for us, what we did during the past crazy year and many other random things. I couldn’t help but ask Till many questions as that’s what I usually do on the podcast so it sounds like I’m interviewing him a bit but hopefully the next one will sound more like a conversation! Let us know if you’d like to hear about something specific in the future.
Enjoy the episode!

Lacey is an Embodiment Coach, she helps women find out who they are.
In this episode we discuss one of my fav topic at the moment: Manifestation and abundance and it was so much fun!
Here are a few gems from Lacey:
We are always manifesting because we are in co-creation.
Fear, doubt & disbelief will repel anything from us!
Leave the HOW to the Universe
Your free will is so powerful it will keep you in your suffering if you believe that’s what you need.
Choose to take responsibility
Accept, let go, change

Sipping coffee at the beautiful Harbor of Bowen Island, BC at the awesome Tell Your Friends Café!
Compromise: an agreement in an argument in which the people involved reduce their demands or change their opinion in order to agree. From the Cambridge Dictionary
Cyrille’s definition: it’s what both people do after a negotiation. 2 people want something but the situation doesn’t allow both people’s needs to be fulfilled so by compromising, both get A BIT what they wanted and both are A BIT happy.
'You’re supposed to take a leap of faith at some point and trust that the universe will provide'.
'What is the risk you are not taking right now?'
It was another windy day, please be aware of the background loud noises, sincere apologies! Cyrille used to be the typical web developer and digital nomad: San Fran, Vancouver, Berlin, Paris, South East Asia, Lisbon, were his homes. He has been moving every 2 months for the past 3 years but had a long time dream : pulling out socks out of a drawer! He finally found it on Bowen Island, where he has been living for about a year now. Today, this vipassana meditation aficionado is helping people go through the same transformation process he went through, via his coaching work. More about what he does here: https://www.thecelebration.ca
It was a windy day, be aware of the noise! Apologies in advance! Julia & Ramona met as they studied Psychology together at the University of Fribourg. They fell in love with the Japanese concept IKIGAI which translates as: making sense of living. It consists of 4 questions: -What are you great at? -What do you love? -What does the world need according to you? -What could you get paid for? Today, using that Japanese tool, their knowledge & background, they help people find the balance between intuition and intellect and know what they truly want! And together they created Solopreneurin! More about their work here: https://www.solopreneurin.ch
Lorina studied health promotion and was always interested in living healthy + she really enjoyed running. Today she mostly walks barefoot or wears barefoot shoes so that her feet can work as they should. Now she offers one-on-one coaching for natural running or Toega. She also works a lot with kids and gives different kind of workshops. More here: https://www.kerngesund-loerrach.de

The idea of doing a podcast about relationships and especially ours, came right after getting engaged in June. We went through a mini-crisis because the proposal brought up a lot of things: questioning, fears, etc. and we felt like society always makes weddings and engagements so perfect but for us (and i’m sure for many others) it was a huge step inwards.
Also we noticed that in general in conversations, when someone shares about their struggles, it gives the other one the opportunity to also open up about theirs.
We also got inspired by ‘Paardiologie‘ from Charlotte Roche and Martin. You could argue that they’ve been together for 15 years so they would be more ‘qualified for the job’ than us but we thought it might also be interesting to start now (after only 2 years) when we are still finding the tools (aka struggling) to grow together and share that building a relationship means hard work in order for it to thrive!
Here are a few topics of our #1 recorded conversation:
-Till’s background -How we met -Find your other whole instead of your other half -The relationship as a Team -If you don’t have it in yourself already, you will never find it in the other > love yourself first -The Tinder Myth -Pleasure vs love & commitment -Expectations -OUR ENGAGEMENT -Giving space to your partner, seeing your partner’s needs, coming from a place of service -Telling your truth vs lying to not hurt the other or because you don’t know how to express your truth in a loving way -Assuming the thoughts and needs of the partner vs expressing your needs = unhappiness about what you give and what you get >>> communication is key -From ‘The subtle art of not giving a fuck‘ > choose your struggles -Life is not about avoiding pain -And more…
Enjoy! And let us know what you think or what you’d like to hear about in the next episodes!!!
