JJ Flizanes is an Empowerment Strategist and the creator of the Empowering Minds Network.
She works with people in therapy or coaching situations to support them in feeling empowered. She works with people who want to expand their consciousness, who want to feel good and have a good time - people who want to feel love, feel free, feel peace and joy. JJ Flizanes works with conscious, spiritual truth seekers who want to remove emotional blocks to success.
JJ knows that emotions are the most important things. From ages 0 to 7 years old, we want to get our needs met. Later in life, we still seek to get our needs met that were not taken care of by our caregivers. Core wounds embed a belief about yourself.
She helps people identify sabotaging patterns and transmute struggle into joy. Through a series of clarifying exercises, she helps people look at what’s running their lives. Someone may devalue themselves because of a pattern of being devalued. She helps them to choose the right therapy for the right reason. Otherwise, people keep the same story going.
JJ is passionate about empowering people with the knowledge and awareness of how they can live the life of their dreams.
From personal trainer to Empowerment Strategist, she has been empowering people in the areas of health, relationships, healing, and business since 2005. Susan Zummo 's purpose in this life is to be a guide and teacher along the path of evolution to higher consciousness hand in hand with the Soul. Her greatest joy is teaching others how to do the same as we navigate “The Great Shift” into 5th dimension consciousness.
As a person who has lived her life with one foot in the 3D world daily life and the other in the world of metaphysics, Susan Zummo has a unique perspective on merging both to live a soul-directed successful life. As a result, she's used her knowledge of higher consciousness and spirituality in every arena of her life. Her purpose is to share practical application of a Soul Directed Life to help others accomplish their unique purpose on Earth.
As a visionary for humanity's evolution, she originated Soul Patterning Harmonics®, an ascension energy technique in the early ’90s. After teaching Soul Patterning for two years, she was guided to put it aside as the world was not ready for its frequency. Then in 2019, her guides gave me the go-ahead to bring it forward in its current evolved form. During this waiting time, she continued to learn about the Soul, made contact with her own soul, and worked on releasing her fears while evolving spiritually.
Her online and in-person workshops focus on a deeper connection to the Soul and Creator/Source along with quick and easy techniques to be used in daily life. As we move into higher frequencies with joy and greater awareness of the universe around us, we create a life filled with love, joy, and prosperity for all.
She believes the practicalities of everyday life must be guided by spiritual principles or our existence is flat. Spiritual practice must have practical application in daily life in order to be truly valuable.
On the first Monday of each month, she hosts a free guided Zoom meditation at The Higher Consciousness Café after which they share, laugh and connect as a spiritual community.
Detailed information on Soul Patterning Harmonics®, Soma Pi™ healing workshops and Intuitive Consultations can also be found at Susan's website.

Birgitta Visser is a Light Empowerment Coach, Divine channel and Light Language Healer, delivering messages from the many master teachers across the multiverse to aid humanity. She has been through many traumatic life experiences, some utterly sour and distasteful, having to sweat these created experiences, while others were sweeter - bringing immense joy. She says she must have been off her rocker when signing her soul contract prior to incarnating, having checked all the tick boxes for every experience you can think of - from the abuse as a child, to the loss of my father, my stepfather, the bullying in high school including the workplace, to being assaulted in the superficial modeling industry, to a short stint with drugs, and having rolled into several dysfunctional relationships, all the whilst starving herself, battling many inner demons. Yet she soldiered on, holding down many different jobs wherever she planted her feet in the world.
She was like SpongeBob, soaking up the vibes of everyone around her as she drifted along on her journey of self-discovery. But this sponge knew it was time for some boundaries and truth. The long and winding road to finding her true self was not always easy. There were twists and turns, ups and downs, but she absorbed the lessons, good and bad. Even when progress felt slower than a snail, she kept moving forward. She inserted boundaries and lived in a far more authentic version of who she was to who she is now and ultimately is still becoming. It took many years, and truth be told she is still learning. She studied and taught many healing modalities, still making many of the same mistakes because she was a bit of a turtle.
Life is a journey of self-discovery and empowerment. We must take responsibility for who we are and who we want to become. Within each of us shines a radiant light - our true essence - that has often been dimmed by painful experiences. It is time to reclaim that inner glow and unleash our power to heal. When we come to that place of acceptance and embrace accountability, we can transform hardship into wisdom. We can shed the unnecessary baggage that weighs us down and step into a life of abundance and joy. Our light still shines, ready to illuminate the path ahead. We only need to take back the reins and steer our lives toward truth. By owning our power, we can recover the wholeness within and shine brilliantly once more. The journey begins when we choose to walk forward with courage and hope.

Kate Heartsong is an author, speaker, entrepreneur, life coach, financial coach and Reiki Master/Teacher. She is honored to facilitate the process of evolution on the planet. Kate shares from her unique gift of receiving profound and uplifting wisdom while meditating, as well as the understanding she gained from successfully overcoming her childhood trauma.
Kate's journey has provided the passion, dedication, authenticity, and compassion she has to empower her readers, clients and audiences in knowing their brilliance, helping them create the positive change they desire, and living more joyful lives.
After a deep meditation, she heard loving words - so she started taking dictation for guides for her life. In the days, months, and years following, she became more trusting. She realized the writings were messages not just for her.
Since childhood she dreamed of making the world a better place for all. It's not surprising she has received the inner guidance to create her empowering articles, and workshops. Her books are "Humanity’s Cry for Change" and "Deeply We Are One".
Her childhood trauma has been a springboard into the life she now lives. She lost most of her hearing and the age of 2½ when she fell out of a window and landed on a patch of grass. The hearing loss caused great shame and a low self-esteem. Family dynamics caused a lot of upset as well. In her early 20's, she realized that she did not need to live with that level of anxiousness. She witnessed other people being happy. Tired of being unhappy, she made a shift in her life to have more joy in her life. She started self-healing and over time, she became equipped with the capacity to help others heal as well. Her Joy and depth of compassion for others came as a result of this journey.
She was involved in transcendental meditation, and this helped her connect with spirit. Having practiced for over 25 years, she recognizes that her day is off without meditation. It connects her to her inner guidance. It helps her to center.
Kate has the heart of a true humanitarian. It’s her knowing that when we start with one person at a time, a ripple effect occurs supporting peace on a global level, because we are all interconnected. Kate's own inspirational quote says it best: "Peace within, peace on earth."
A lot of Kate's workshops have a theme to embrace our greatness. Kate discovered Reiki 18 to 20 years ago. She started feeling warmth in both her palms. The chi (life force energy) was coming through. She was drawn to learn Reiki. She moved to the teacher level about 15 years ago. She does long distance reiki as well as reiki on herself.
In her book, there are chapters devoted to authenticity. She invites readers to embrace their greatness, and the shadow side as well. She encourages people to live a life of purpose. She believes it’s such a joy and honor to be of service! She encourages people to transcend difficulties in life.
Kate has a loving relationship with her guides, such as Archangel Michael and Mary Magdalene - who helps her to write books. In her meditation, she can feel immersed in that love energy. Through Mary Magdalene, Kate gets feminine energy, kindness and a deep sense of compassion. From Archangel Michael, she gets strength, conviction, knowingness, and communication. Kate feels anchored, aware and alive when connecting with these guides. She emanates love and joy.

Liza Swedarsky, MD currently practices as a gynecologist and minimally invasive surgeon, and is dedicated to eliminating gynecologic and surgical option disparities for women of all races and socioeconomic backgrounds. She is an Associate Gynecologist at Brigham and Women’s Hospital and the Founder and CEO of Heath Vows. She is also a clinical instructor at Harvard Medical School. Liza has been named as one of Boston’s Top Doctors for the past five years.
As a teenager, she thought deeply about how women can live healthily. Her mother was her greatest teacher about faith and taught Liza that God is real, and faith is foundational. She saw her parents' light and love, but also the dark side and the challenges that then penetrated Liza's own being, and her own body. She had an inner knowing at a young age about this internal power. Things would show up in her physical body when there was discord in the home. She started writing letters to God at the age of five.
In her first year of medical school, she became educated about the relationship between the environment and the body. She had her own health challenges at age 23, and she realized - after a mystical experience - that the experiences and energy that we navigate directly affects our health.
Liza is also a licensed practitioner through the Centers for Spiritual Living and is a seeker and mystic who affirms her consciousness as one with God/Spirit informs her assignment as a medical doctor. She believes in the art of spiritual healing as well as conventional modalities and bridges both worlds to facilitate healing.
One of Liza's mystical moments that she shared is when her father was big into corporal punishment. At six years old, she had a very tough day. That night, an energy woke her up. The Presence told her (without words) that her life is so much bigger than this. She looked for that Energy. She worked on her spiral graph in the middle of the night. Energy was the way she first experienced God.
Another mystical moment Liza shared was when she was a third-year medical student. She started having stomach pain. She tried to convince the doctors there was an issue. Her father was of Ashkenazi Jewish descent, and she had an inner knowing that she had an inflammatory bowel disease. No one would take her seriously. She was having a pity party, asking God why she is experiencing this colitis. She got a message in the middle of the night to go to Jubilee Church on Sunday. The service was about healing and sickness. The pastor talked about how disease shows up in the body to teach us something. A Buddhist friend and she talked about intuition. He invited her to ask it what it is showing her. She had an insight. She went into clinical remission and has been for 20 years. She learned to listen to the voice.
The voice told her diet is everything. She became conscious about how her body felt around certain people and in certain environments. The process of birthing a baby and the expectations on the doctor when so much happens in the womb, and the team dynamics was hard for her. So, she stopped doing obstetrics. She is internally guided.
She also studies ayurveda and is currently a student at the University of Metaphysics pursuing a degree in the Art of Spiritual Healing and Metaphysical Sciences. She has presented workshops bridging understanding of how to apply medical knowledge and spiritual practice to set goals in optimizing health. Her true passion is to care for the whole woman: mind, body, and spirit. She facilitates weekly workshops and presents activities to inspire behavioral changes to help women navigate the social determinants of health. She empowers women to recognize and harness their internal power. Find her on healthvows.org

Seph Deitlin (http://www.talktomyangels.com) is a human potential activator and a new thought leader. He is a conscious filmmaker, content creator, certified hypnotherapist, an intuitive teacher, an angel psychic medium, an author and an energy healer.
Seph lived the good life as a successful realtor. He had a huge breakdown regarding a relationship and a couple of business matters. He felt deflated and depleted. In his upheaval, he wanted to leave the planet. While he had been a normally positive person, he asked God if he could leave. He had enough. Since he got no response, he asked for angels and proof that angels were there. Instantly, he felt peace. He had a knowing (and heard): "Seph, everything is going to be better than okay." It unlocked the angels' voices. They communicated through thoughts. They told him they had an agreement to work with him. Miracles began to occur. They would send him places where he could help people and help create miracles. He felt and feels like an ambassador on Earth.
They let him know that God had bigger plans for this world than what it would become. He was told that through a collective spiritual awakening, we would move into a more powerful state of being. The existing structures will fall away.
Awakening to his higher self, he has been downloading insights, energy signatures and codes to help humans become aware of the New Earth. He wants to help people have smooth transitions so they can be heavenly guided.
Seph turned his back on a life about making money to a life that is about working with the Light and assisting humanity with an important transition.
Seph is a human potential activator who assists people in living new paradigms where they are living from their highest self.
He is the author of the “Ascension with the Angels Tarot,” he facilitates courses and events designed to empower others to access higher levels of conscious awareness through communication with their angels and the quantum field of intelligence.
As an angel communicator himself, Seph’s message focuses on their revelations and guidance for humanity in heralding the new earth (a collective conscious revolution) and the transformational process that humanity is currently experiencing.
By awakening to your higher self and are aware that the New Earth is coming, we become heavenly guided. When you are connected, you will be at the right place at the right time, so you have everything you need. For those who do not wake up, it may not be as gentle for them. He works with the Light, the Divine Creator and the angels to help people through the transition.
There is the spiritual (right brain) that is more infinite than the ego. When uniting through the divine marriage - we are uniting our Highest Self with our body. In this linear civilization, humanity has taken a long trip into darkness. When we illuminate Who We Truly Are and unite with the part of us here on Earth, we live powerfully and serve the Light very powerfully.
Storytelling was an art given to shaman to illuminate others. Through creating content to help people find their Higher Self, he created a production company to uplift humanity. He also does hypnotherapy as a deep dive into the Higher Self. He uses it to access the Higher Mind. It silences the human mind so we can hear and know things that are otherwise eclipsed. From there, miraculous things happen. This helps us get to the quantum field - the source of all miracles. We can get to the part of our mind that is very powerful. We have multiple paths, but it takes spiritual awakening to access our good.

Martin Theis is a spiritual teacherwho focuses on the art of shamanic journeys and the application of the Medicine Wheel, a holistic approach to finding well-being, balance and inner peace in life. His coaching practice Light Trails Co.'s mission is to assist others on their journey from suffering to joy. He helps people with seeing life itself as the greatest teacher. He is a facilitator in a high vibration. In his own life, that doesn't come as easily.
Martin has learned from his encounters. He sees himself as a student. He asks how he may serve and how can he be more loving. As a spiritual teacher, he finds inspiration and growth in his personal life. He has been studying with Eckhart Tolle about Presence.
Over the last year, he has been in many conversations about shamanic journeys. These shamanic journeys are not always plant medicine-induced. Martin does shamanic journeys that are not plant medicine-induced. His teaching is from the Great Plains Lakota. They use the drum to facilitate their journey into non-ordinary reality. In North American shamanic journeys, there is less plant medicine usage for approaching the shamanic journey. The non-ordinary reality is similar to dreaming - the context of reality is not ruled by the physical laws. They can communicate with plants or animals, and they can shape shift into animals and beings, and learn from different aspects that they are meeting in this journey. They can do this astral travel while their bodies are still in the physical reality. Depending on the journey, they may or may not be noticed.
He has gone through this life before and desires to help others find empowerment.
He is in the process of building a decentralized network of non-profit organizations that aim at building low entrance barrier refuges for people to find healing and regeneration all around the world. People can go to ayurvedic clinics, but they are expensive. The vision was to build a sanctuary in Hawaii. Others may be interested in building similar spaces. There can be different locations that people can learn different tools. There are different approaches. Martin uses coffee as an income to set up the sanctuary - as opposed to raising donations. The network can support each other in building these spaces without the need to follow certain rules. We carry wounds and we need more places to heal. This network can help change that paradigm. As a spiritual coach, he helps his clients and the people around him through Presence in combination with shamanic education.
He lives with purpose and incorporates a strong set of values that are the result of his journey and experiences. His life is a statement of love and being of service. His heart feels most alive when he is in Hawaii and near the Pacific Ocean. The feeling, the energy feels like home. The Aloha spirit is the core of the community - making sure everyone has enough. There is a high frequency, a lot of energy there. Surrender to it or leave.
Martin used to try to run from the pain and to find remedies, peace or happiness elsewhere. The opportunity to reinvent himself was appealing. A new environment and exploration helped him to let go and find peace.
He used to hate Germany (where he came from), but now when he returns to Germany, he sees the beauty of it. Martin can find compassion there now. Coming back helped him to find more peace with himself.
Martin values animals. He does not consume animal products where animal exploitation is involved. It breaks his heart to see the state that a lot of plants and animals have been in. He chooses to stand up for the things he believes in because he sees something that is not right. He does his best to not add to that.

Rev. Celeste's guest is Reverend Elzia Sekou, the Senior Minister at Centers for Spiritual Living Denver, Colorado. Elzia serves as the lead application engineer at LTCI Partners, LLC, focusing on IT strategy, process improvements, and system transformation. Elzia serves on National Financial Partners' Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging Advisory Board and is the co-leader of the Black Professionals Business Resource Group. He is a former college professor, past chair of Cultural Diversity and Human Relations commission for the city of Lakewood, Colorado, a special focus young adult minister at Mile High Church and was formerly an Islamic Imam. He is an avid student of ancient wisdom traditions focusing on ancient wisdom, Kemet, Islam and the Dao. He has lived in five states and Australia giving him a unique perspective on relationship building and cultural differences.
Being an engineer gives him a systematic approach to trying to understand some of the spiritual principles. He is curious and trying to solve the mystery. He looks at spirituality as putting the pieces of the puzzle together to see the whole picture.
Elzia has been involved in diversity for a long time in corporate America. There are now metrics showing progress with the intention of creating a culture of belonging.
Elzia's journey to becoming an Imam came when in college he worked with the incarcerated in prisons in Florida. Though confined, he supported them in having a relationship with God. Elzia grew up in the 60's when the Black Panthers were around. Reading Malcolm X and Claude Brown elevated his consciousness about Black evolution. He was also influenced by John Henry Clark, Ivan Van Sertema and Dr. Joseph Ben-Jaciman.
A workshop presenter at "Celebrating Our Soul", Elzia shared the roots of Science of Mind being in the idea of oneness and mentalism as referenced in the Kybalion with Egyptian gods like Thoth (Djehuty) and Greek gods like Hermes. Ancient wisdom teaches the law of correspondence. In these ancient wisdom teachings of African spirituality, we regain a sense of multiple dimensions of existence.
Elzia's mystical moment goes back to his mother's transition when he was six years old. She gave him a dog before she died, and that dog was with him through the end of high school, meeting him at school at walking him home. He felt his mother through a palatable connection.
Elzia wants young people to know spirituality as an active life experience.

Rev. Celeste's guest is Corrine Zupko. Her specialties are mindfulness-based stress reduction classes, mindfulness meditation training, "A Course in Miracles" mentoring, stress reduction, and wellness enhancement.
Corinne chose to be a coach because she feels drawn to helping people. She chose to major in psychology and went on to get a counseling degree. She now supports people through spiritual teaching. She still has a stress hormone, and is a human who goes through challenging times, but now she has tools that work. She comes from a growth expectation. She knows there is something to learn through every challenge.
Corinne was diagnosed with her first anxiety disorder at a very young age and struggled with debilitating anxiety for nearly two decades. Her mother kept encouraging her to look at the spiritual text, "A Course in Miracles ". (ACIM). The ACIM phrase: "Nothing real can be threatened, nothing unreal exists" caught her attention on her journey. Because her anxieties have been existential, ACIM has taken her to the depth of her anxieties in meeting the questions of why we are here. The Course internally resonated with her. ACIM encouraged her to look at what is coming up for her. She refers to the Holy Spirit as her inner therapist.
She no longer needs to read ACIM every day. She approaches her life with defenselessness. She gets radically honest and is willing to look at her ego, be shown by Spirit how to make a shift, and open up to Love. Cultivating the relationship by dialoging with Spirit has been the antidote to her fear and anxiety. When she recognizes she is not alone, a sense of purpose comes and a deep fulfillment comes from that that is enormously nourishing.
When she is in her inner peace, she feels absolute love and connection with everything. It's a feeling of pure acceptance, of oneness with God and every other living thing. She feels a radiance that cannot be contained.
She started to write down what was helpful to her and it took seven years to write her book. It contains the foundational tools that helped her heal.
As a mindfulness teacher, she has found that multitasking is a myth and is not efficient. Paying attention on purpose moment-to-moment, using our senses, using our breath, and doing a body scan helps us tune in. Being mindful even brushing our teeth can help us stay focused. Coupling mindfulness with a spiritual journey helps her watch her mind, and be honest when the ego-self pops up.
Corinne is the author of the award-winning book, "From Anxiety to Love" (https://www.amazon.com/Anxiety-Love-Radical-Approach-Letting/dp/1608685055). The book is also on Audible. She is an Adjunct Professor of Counselor Education at The College of New Jersey (TCNJ) and teaches weekly mindfulness meditation classes at a major U.S. financial institution. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor, a National Certified Counselor and Board Certified Coach.

Charles Geddes is a founding member and current President on the Board of Directors for the Big Sky Retreat. His steady guidance and profound love for this annual event are evident through his years of dedication to those who volunteer and attend. In his 50+ years of ministry he served what are now Centers for Spiritual Living, (CSL) in Tucson, AZ, Southern California, and Florida. He received an honorary doctorate for his contributions to New Thought through CSL and the Affiliated New Thought Network (ANTN).
Charles says he went into ministry for all the wrong reasons - he wanted to prove himself and bring about a sense of worthiness within himself that he didn't feel. He wanted to overcome that feeling that he was an abhorrent person being a gay man. Now, he accepts his soul as the sum total of male and female.
He knows it was his destiny to be in ministry because of the feelings he gets in relationship and purposefulness sharing universal principles about the oneness from which we all have come. Charles says we are gifted to be part of the presence that created everything.
As a young man, Charles studied Edgar Cayce but it wasn't until he was bartending to make ends meet, did he find out from a fellow bartender about the Science of Mind. Before then, Charles was adverse to church because he felt worse afterwards than when he came in.
Once going to the Religious Science center, he was enthralled by Dr. Laura Holman and became an integral part of the center. An anonymous donor paid for Charles' first two years of classes. He continued classes and entered ministerial training. Before he completed, he was called to minister in Tucson, Arizona. He continued to trust and after 11 years, he became a staff minister in Inglewood California while working by day as an executive legal secretary - becoming grounded. After 11 years, he went to Ft. Lauderdale to co-pastor with Dr. Arlene Bump. After a couple of years, he created Bridges of Wellness for aftercare recovery and addiction. He reassessed where his heart was and created Bridges Spiritual Centers which existed over a decade.
Charles has been on the board of the wonderful Big Sky Retreat in Montana for 47 years. To get $50 off the registration, register before July 15th at BigSkyRetreat.com
Black Lives Matter, COVID, the insanity, divisiveness and rage propelled him. Knowing he couldn't ignore it anymore and because he wanted to spend the final portion of his life in the mountains, in 2021, Charles moved to Clancy, Montana and launched a new non-profit to honor his latest calling “Mind Your Own Becoming (M.Y.O.B).” It’s primary theme – “Standing for all lives that have not mattered” and addressing key social issues. Its goal is planting seeds for future generations to awaken to a world that honors equality, love, and regard for all, without exception.

Rev. Celeste (CelesteFrazier.com) mentions the book, “The Essene Jesus”. She refers to the Our Father prayer where it says: “For thine is the kingdom, and the power and the glory forever.”
Thine means thee. What makes up the kingdom – the higher forces, the spiritual world, the material world, the cosmic oceans of life and thought, is humankind, life, cosmos, Creator – all of It. We are part of that kingdom. Thine is the power. The power is ours. Jesus the Christ wasn’t just referring to the followers who were with him at the time. He was referring to all of humankind. The Power of God exists in every single nucleus of every one of the trillions of cells that are within us.
Glory means delightful, wonderful. We are full of Glory! We are able to receive great praise. great honor. We have resplendent beauty, magnificence, and are in a state of great splendor!
We are brilliant and excellent. We prosper. We live in happiness. We are miracles, marvels, phenomena. We are awesome and gratified. We get to celebrate our glory! We are dimensions of the Cosmos, expressions of the Creator. The kingdom lives in us. The Power of the Father-Mother God is our Power – to use, to embody, to explore, to express, and to accept.
Perhaps the story of Adam and Eve that caused us to think of ourselves as simply physical beings. We live in and are paradise. They became aware of limitations. Once humans bought into limitations, the kingdom appeared to be outer. Powers are maintaining, and spiritual powers, natural forces, wisdom, love and life are in us.
We were born amid the animal forces, but do not have to be attached to our anima aspect. We have a spiritual dimension too.
This whole idea of proprietary creates an illusion of separation. It creates mine and yours. It’s all ours!
We don’t have to be confined mentally or emotionally or spiritually. We don’t need a group of politicians threatening us with what will be taken away. emotionally or spiritually. We don’t need a group of politicians threatening us with what will be taken away.
Do not assume defeat. Expect victory. It seems that’s what winners do. Assuming defeat comes after an accumulation of losses. You are a spiritual being. You are an expression of the Divine. You have within you the molecules of Majestic Magic. The Presence of Spirit lives, moves and has Its beingness in you.
Disappointments can compile and convince you into thinking that you can expect more of the same. But every moment of our lives is not defeat. Disappointment comes to give us an opportunity to grow, to be more – to learn tenacity, to overcome the difficulties – to gain new perspectives. We must know that there is always a possibility for more. Or else we would stop trying. And maybe you have stopped trying.
The former US president refused to concede – knowing that he didn’t want to categorize himself as he had categorized so many others – as losers. Sometimes we do lose. But it doesn’t mean that we will lose every time. That’s important to know. Just at the moment when we give up and assume that we will lose, we have put ourselves further behind. Doing your best – well, that’s why we were made. We were made in the image of our Creator. But the Creator hasn’t stopped creating. And we get to be co-creators!
Because our minds are one with the Mind of God, we never stop creating!

In this solo episode, Rev. Celeste discusses the murders by police of environmental activist Manuel Estaban Paez Teran (The family of a 'Cop City' protester who was killed releases more autopsy findings : NPR), and motorist Tyre Nichols (Tyre Nichols case: 4 officers charged with murder are decertified : NPR). She also references the murder of Kaylin Gillis (What we know so far about the driveway shooting of Kaylin Gillis (nbcnews.com)), and attempted murder of Ralph Yarl (Ralph Yarl Deserves Justice Beyond What the Criminal Legal System Can Offer - Truthout) when lost. Celeste discusses the fear that prompted these murders. She also references a Facebook post by a minister friend: "If the news doesn’t influence you to pray, I don’t know what will.”
She states that a grievance contaminates, is a negative emotional energy that distorts your awareness of an event or influences the way you behave toward someone – even though the grievance occurred in the past. She notes how the venom of that un-forgiveness will cause dis-ease.
Celeste mentions the police officers in her life and the humanity of us all. Referencing Jesus' crucifixion, she invites us to let our Higher Self inform our lower-level thinking self. She recognizes what happens when you give someone the power to affect your happiness, and the imprisonment. She invites us to choose Freedom.
Rev. Celeste states that evil is an experience and experiences are temporary. What is necessary is that we get a lesson with every experience.
She invites us to release judgment and use the archetypes to recognize polarities and embody dynamic equilibrium as a deep, inner guiding factor.
Rev. Celeste notes the forgiving nature of God as Love and encourages us to let Love guide and direct us, do our forgiveness work and be free - now.
Celeste references Roger Teel's book, “This Life is Joy” about opportunities disguised as challenges. Crisis and opportunity are partnered so that we reach a crucial point in our lives as a catalyst for evolution.
She uses PEACE as the acronym: Powerful Energy Accessing Compassion Everywhere and reframes THEM as an acronym for “Those Hurting Evoking Me.” Rev. Celeste references Rev. Dr. Michael Beckwith's book “Manifesto of Peace” about the soul pilgrimage of a vulnerable heart to authenticity,
She references a conversation with Presidential candidate Marianne Williamson where Celeste asks about Williamson's intentions regarding killing us with guns and killing our finances. And how Williamson replied that we will do it together.
We grow in God, and we are greater than we know. We are connected to one another by this Light of Love. The Spirit in me acknowledges the Spirit in you as we push through fear and embrace the magnificent possibilities for our lives. We radiate what we are vibrationally. Look around you and see who you have attracted.
She invites us to pay attention to the lesson. There is only one of us here.
The Creator is offering you more possibilities for your life. It wants your Joy, your Peace and your Divine Power to be completely expressed!
She uses the Gospel of Mary, where Jesus invites the disciples to seek the child of true Humanity within themselves and gain inward peace.

Rev. Celeste's guest is globally recognized luminary, Roxanne Chaput (https://www.roxannechaput.com/). Roxanne is an inspirer, celestial guide, Celestial and Generational Earth Shaman, the Creator of The Illumination Retreat TM and the Host of Soul to Soul with Roxanne.
Since she was a little girl, Roxanne was inspiring her friends and family. She always had a very positive outlook on life and was able to see the beauty in everything. She knew she was called to impact others. She had a full body knowingness that she was being called to serve.
Roxanne had trials and tribulations (unhealthy relationships, a challenging upbringing), but she inspired others around her. This near-death experience happened on a ski trip. During a snowy day on a back country highway. There was a cut in the road. They went over a cliff and should have been crushed on impact. The car went into a body of water. The police said when they get called to the scene, people are dead on arrival or taking their last breath. The cars usually land on the roof of the vehicle. They had missed a massive rock boulder by 2 millimeters. After her first near death experience, she chose not to limit herself to helping only those who crossed her physical path, but to serve at a global level. The people and her crystal amulet were the only things that didn't break.
As a celestial guide, she guides others to their angelic purpose. We all come from Source. She extracts that sacred purpose and brings it to the forefront. She helps them release what no longer serves them. She assists them at the soulular level, connecting at the energy level, in realizing Who They Truly Are, the soul design they have and fulfilling their celestial contract/mission.
She has successfully guided thousands of beautiful Souls to connect with their most Divine Essence by teaching them to alchemize and harmonize their internal medicines and experiences so that they can create everything they desire in their life while experiencing sensations of enlightened knowingness, unconditional Love and unwavering inner peace throughout their journey. She is helping them understand why they are here - what internal medicine they have to serve life.
Roxanne - a generational earth shaman - comes from Canadian healers - the Metis Tribal Community. Her maternal great grandmother called her by dream state for four months straight. She chanted a melancholy song. Roxanne felt the love and radiance and it calmed her. Roxanne had never physically met her. Roxanne connected with an elder (a shaman) who told her that she is calling her to the land to be a healer. She chanted the song to the elder who hadn't heard it for many years. He told her the meaning would come to her in vision.
Roxanne went to see her spiritual mentor shortly after. She also told Roxanne she is a shaman. She had to be patient and be attentive to the dreams. Then, she knew exactly where she needed to go. Her partner asked her to bring something for protection for his sanity.
She drove in the rain to the land. She felt the healing properties of the land. She found a rock and did a smudging ceremony. When she arrived, she cried uncontrollably. She hadn't cried for years and had suppressed her feelings. She reconnected with her emotions, to her ancestors and to her essence. Roxanne chanted the song of her grandmother. She was able to access her emotional body. It rained but Roxanne didn't get wet. Because she healed herself, she needed to heal someone else to confirm herself as a healer. And she did.
Roxanne worked at a cancer center for over 13 years before she discovered herself as a shaman. The patients always turned to her for guidance.
She invites you to her retreat in Italy from November 4-11, 2023.

Jay Rooney is Game & Word’s publisher and lead author, is a lifelong, passionate gamer. For Jay, launching Game & Word: the newsletter is where virtual worlds and the "real" world collide!
Jay fell in love with games at the age of four, when he received his first Nintendo entertainment system. Jay states the game world influences the real world and the real world influences the game world. He compares games to movies: visual media, highly immersive, lots of moving parts, big teams of people with specific roles - each one essential to the success. Video games are not quite seen as an art. That's why Jay started his newsletter.
Game & Word’s content dives as deep as possible into the hobby he loves, highlighting individual games’ connections to humanity and the world. History, culture, psychology, literature, and even philosophy can all shape the games we play and fondly remember.
The title, Game & Word is a pun on Game & Watch (a line of gaming handheld games from the 80's). The newsletter explores the game world.
He aims to demonstrate that—far from being a childish time-waster—a good game can be as creative, powerful, and worthy of recognition as a good book, song, or movie. In learning more, we enrich ourselves while also elevating the medium. He approaches a variety of topics from destiny to free will and time travel.
He wants people to stop blaming the game for kids staying on the games all day and/or all night. His view is that there is a need being satisfied by the game that are not being fulfilled in other areas of the person's life.
Jay is convinced that video games as a storytelling vehicle are unprecedented in their power because they are the only mass medium where the audience is the direct participant in the story. They are not absorbing the material like other media, they are in it. It is more immersive. When you are in the game, you are the protagonist. Video games can instill empathy and communicate people's stories and perspectives. He thinks the world needs more empathy now.
There are games that encourage mindfulness and others that tell stories about loss and relationships and existentialism - deeper, fundamental topics. There are games that make people feel cozier.
Through his publication and podcast, he is revealing the surprising links between video games and art, history, literature, psychology, economics, and philosophy. This has given him a unique perspective on how games and the wider world influence each other, which he brings to every post and episode.
A month ago, his first successful angelic invocation was a real eye opener in many ways. He hasn't looked at the world the same way since. He now knows there is more to the world. There are things we are not aware of and sound fantastical, but his experience is that these things are real. He got a glimpse of it. It opened the doors to his perception, and he can't go back - nor does he want to shut the door. He is more relaxed, less anxious. He worries less. There's a certain zen-ness to his inner voice and thoughts. He is more at peace.
His audience and peers, gamers and non-gamers alike, praise Game & Word for presenting deep and complex subjects in an accessible, friendly, and thought-provoking manner. He aims to show people things they've never heard of, or thought about, before.
Stay tuned for Jay's upcoming series on Mysticism and Magic.

He deepened his meditation and did more yoga. He learned more about meditation in India, where there are centuries of practice. The vibration was perfect for him to do so.
He didn't do yoga for hyper flexibility and a tight butt. He was attracted to kundalini yoga because of the deep spiritual depth. He saw others who made a deep spiritual connection through kundalini yoga.
He put on a turban 20 years ago and loved it. Wearing it is a lifestyle choice - not due to religion. It helped him to focus and he felt great wearing it. He feels religion has become a hollow thing based on the faith of your family of origin. But, he was attracted to the Sikh way of life because he likes uplifting others and serving those in need. He sees religion as how to become a better version of one's self by helping people. The meditation practice and prayers allowed him to go deep and live a very righteous life. He wanted to be kinder to his environment. He wanted to stand up to injustice. Sikhs carry a kirpan (a sword/knife). It is a reminder to Sikhs to fight injustice and oppression, but is not to be used as an instrument of violence.
Amrit sees prosperity not simply as money in the bank but as health, his family's health, living in beauty and warmth. He can order what he wants on a menu without worry or give to charitable organizations. More importantly, prosperity is about going into deep trust in the Infinite (God). Serving others, he knows he will be taken care of and that is living a prosperous life. With that mindset, he can make more money. As his income doubles, he can do more good in the world.
Amrit has experimented with all kinds of diets. He understands not to overeat, don't overdo it with sugar, white breads, gluten, fat, etc. He is a vegetarian because he does not enjoy eating meat. Eating vegetables keeps you light, keeps you connected to your higher chakras, to your lightness and doesn't hold you so much to your body. Diet is an important tool but needs to be used right.
The Miri (temporal) Piri (spiritual) Academy founded by Yogi Bhajan was cult-y. He liked that it was a place for teenagers to become leaders. It is like a boarding school. Amrit learned a lot in his 20 years there. Amrit saw a lot of strong human beings emerging from the Sikh Dharma of the Western Hemisphere.
Amrit's most profound experience of "mystic" was during a meditation course. On day 4 or 5, something happened. He sat and did not move a finger for over an hour. Time and space disappeared. When coming out of it, he did not know if it was real. He did some stretching afterwards. Suddenly, his body was so flexible that he put his head between his legs effortlessly. He touched enlightenment.
He realized it is daily work. It is about showing up, doing your work, serving others, sitting in internal reflection and it is something all of us are capable of being.
In India, when COVID hit and everything stopped, he questioned what to do next. He realized that he loved to listen to people and guide them, and decided to do it professionally. He did the marketing and now is being paid for what he loves to do!
He makes a video daily on TikTok.

D. Neil Elliott (https://www.dneilelliott.com) is highly educated, owned a profitable consulting firm, and had a successful career and an amazing wife and family. Neil was facing a lot of challenges. He was in a dark place. He saw no hope, regardless of how much money he had or what he owned. Through lessons of suffering, his journeying soul gained self knowledge, and he discovered a higher road by discarding his ego. As he traveled that road, he asked questions about his life purpose, and he became curious as to why and how he had created this misery, and how he could turn his life around.
He had to learn science as a bridge to spirituality. Neil realized that his judgments were based on beliefs that are hard to dissolve. His process was beyond willpower. He had to break up the erroneous beliefs about life and himself and rebuild them in alignment with where we come from and where we return after death.
His book: "The Higher Road" (https://www.dneilelliott.com/the-book) is about coming back to Who We Truly Are. We are Unconditional Love. We are meant to be open and purified channels of the Divine, to express unconditional love. We are to completely accept and understand that everyone is here through the evolution of our soul. It is not our place to judge or condemn. We are to accept people for who they are and their process and their journey. We are to support them and love them so they can awaken to who they are meant to be.
He grew up agnostic. His rudimentary knowledge was if you are good, you go to Heaven and if you are bad, you go to hell. He learned about hidden things. He learned that we create our experience through the law of cause and effect. We must understand these mechanisms. Beliefs in separation are not in alignment with Who We Really Are.
We know that at a subatomic level, we are energy. We identify with the body and follow egoic mechanisms. We are co-creators and use our thoughts and emotions to create everything in our life. When you come back into an awareness of unity with the Divine, you create things in your life that bring love, peace and Joy. We are burdened by our past and project our past events into the future. We are living in our past or what we think will happen. We need to live in the present moment and be guided by spiritual energy. Then, we can live in Peace and Presence.
The intention is to bridge this mental gap between body and soul - our Reality. You begin to live from your soul as the master of your life. In his book, "A Higher Road", he describes seven steps: 1) understanding consciousness, 2) unveil truths, 3) reflection (writing yourself a letter being truthful with yourself and seal it), 4) cleanse your consciousness of false beliefs, 5) rebuild your consciousness in alignment with Unconditional Love, 6) learn meditation (to enter the silence so you can connect to Source), do inner cleansing, raise your vibrational level and feel spiritual energy, 7) rinse and repeat. He shares the material for free.
He wants people to live the way they are meant to live - in an utter state of peace, love and joy - and help bring this world into a new era of love and peace where we no longer have hate, racism, judgmentalism, denigration of others, and wars. We should be caring our planet (Gaia) with Love. She will, in turn, treat us with love and respect - as she does. But we get in the way of that.
When you go through this process, your Presence around other people - when you hold them in Love - Who They Really Are, you help heal them.
Neil’s goal is to share the knowledge. Another book is coming!

Over the past 35 years, Agape Garcia has navigated through domestic violence, privacy, safety, vulnerability, and the mindset to endure personal adverse events in life.
Agape moved 1,000 miles away to join her mate who had relocated. Eight months pregnant, Agape found some remnants of another female's things in her things. She questioned him about it. He threw her down and held her down by her neck while punching her head. She heard her daughter's scared voice and her feet slammed on the floor. She thrusted him off of her to protect her daughter. She has no idea how she had the strength to do so, jump up, grab her daughter and run out with her child in pajamas and barefoot.
She had left everything she knew, used a neighbor's phone to call the police for help. She was not going to go back home. The doctors restricted her travel due to her high-risk pregnancy. She had no friends or family where she was. Due in 47 days, she convinced the doctors to do a C-section in 37 days. She left her job voluntarily from the previous state, so she had no unemployment coming. She could not get a new job since she was so pregnant, and found herself standing in line for food stamps, emergency shelter and assistance.
She had no phone, no electricity and no gas in the car. She asked neighbors if her daughter could play with their children so she could find a way forward for them. She rented a room for her new-born, her daughter and her.
During her journey to overcome, Garcia learned that extreme independence is a trauma driven response and a natural one which can be defeated through focused, self-awareness and intentional control.
She was focused on protecting and providing. After this trauma and without family and friends, she was not able to trust anyone. Her kids were in care for 12 hours a day.
When her daughter became an adult and moved out, she told Agape that she was not emotionally available for her. Agape did not have time to get into her feelings. But going forward, she worked to show her daughter affection.
Agape's mother left her when she was two years old - which made her dedicated to stay with her children. Her father checked out - he worked a full night shift and slept all day. Her mother left a toxic relationship. Agape believes she received trauma gestionally. It took a while for Agape to develop emotional intelligence.
Agape navigated through various self-help centers, state, city, local programs, systems and assistance to create a stable foundation for her family while providing the ability to assist others. She also volunteers and collaborates with local legislators in support of bills under Public Safety. She worked with Internal Affairs reviewing complaints. She received hands-on training from the Sheriff’s department, Department of Homeland Security, and FEMA which also led to the Infrastructure Liaison Officer designation (ILO), through the local Law Enforcement Center.
She has developed programs with leadership responsible for security and emergency management. These emphasize awareness toward identifying different stages of human behavior leading towards violence mitigation.
Her commitment is to provide lifelong transformational habits. Her laser focus teachings are on aligning your mental and emotional belief system. She had a desperation to survive and established BYIS, a means of empowering others to Be Your Incredible Self.
Garcia believes in the need to feel loved, wanted, and cared for as a part of life in all of us. She learned to apply a controlled healthy mindset to break unhealthy cycles. Today, she prides herself on meeting the daily challenges of being vulnerable and safe at the same time.

Jennifer Moore came from a family who had the ability to imagine how horrible things could be. She was exhausted, overwhelmed, feeling stressed, and hurting all the time. As she learned to calm her nervous system down, she started to develop the tools for herself that she would later share with other people.
She was born an intuitive and had her first prophetic dream when she was 9 years old. She was already on the path to recovery when she went to grad school. She worked as a psychic and an artist, running ceremonies and workshops. She studied breathwork and reiki modalities, worked with intuition and tarot cards and worked with self-help groups. She considered becoming a Unitarian Universalist minister. She taught alternative healing but lacked confidence. She was on a path to a Master of Divinity degree to become a minister, but she changed her course to Master of Psychology and Religion. She realized she was not cut-out for the politics of the church – to be the parent where everyone is working out their family of origin issues, or the mean girl politics that organized religion brings.
She didn't always recognize what was hers and what was not. She felt responsible for the struggles her clients were having. She receives guidance and information well, but it substantially improved when she stopped eating sugar. What she puts in her body effects the guidance. The cleanliness of the food effects the ability to receive intuitive information. Sugar gives a boost in the short term, but long-term, it compromises your filters and shields, and contributes to depression, anxiety and despair. After giving up sugar, her filter was clean.
At 23, she quit smoking, gained 40 pounds in four months, and found herself in a raging eating disorder. After doing the personal work, she found a psychotherapist who helped Jennifer realize that the stress she was picking up was not just hers, but also others’ stress. Jennifer’s book, “Empathic Mastery” explains a five-step system: Recognize, release, protect, connect, and act.
When she learned about metaphysics and magic, she was taught to build up her filters and shields. However, she recognized that she was feeling out of sorts. She asked, "what’s not mine?" She picked up energy. She learned to take a deep breath and place her hand on her heart. Then, she would send the energy to where it belongs.
She protects herself by setting boundaries. She decides when she should get involved by determining if it is an aligned place to be. She ran into a telephone pole and totaled her car by not trusting her intuition. She's been doing readings (including Akashic records) for people for decades.
Jennifer teaches at the Empathic Mastery Academy. She developed her tools for 30 years. She came up in a time where psychics were like the red-headed stepchildren. It was usually considered weird. Now, it is common, and safer to do the work. Back then, there wasn’t the kind of information that there is now. She teaches how to get in touch with self, get calm and regulate our nervous systems. We need to self-soothe, develop tools, do breathwork, and do the Emotional Freedom Technique (tapping). This way, we won’t pick up the distressed energies in the world around us and we can start to become beacons for calm, love, and healing. Her "Even Though" tattoo on her hand reminds her to relax.
Empaths also can tune into ecstasy, beauty and joy.
Her podcast is “The Empathic Mastery Show” (Empathicmasteryshow.com).
In “The Wellness Universe Guide to Self Help - 25 Tools for Stress Relief”, Jennifer wrote about using EFT to let go of stress. In the fourth book, “The Wellness Universe Guide to Complete Self Care” – 25 Tools for Goddesses, Jennifer wrote about using tapping to eliminate cravings. Her newest contribution is in a book entitled "Co-Creating with the Divine".

Kathleen Donnelly Israel met her husband Ron at San Diego City College. They raised their children in San Diego. At one of the worldwide marriage encounters they attended in the 70's and 80's, she learned that Love is a decision. Knowing that helped her through the years to come.
In 1999, she learned about transformational breathing and expressive arts therapy. Since breathing cured her from bronchitis and pneumonia as a child, she was drawn toward learning transformational breathing. She learned the breathing technique and was never sick again.
After volunteering to be a guinea pig, she discovered she was only using 20% of her breathing.
Kathleen and Ron both became certified transformational breathing facilitators.
Kathleen is both religious and spiritual. A friend gave her some books on theta healing, and she took a class to become a theta healer. Kathleen found it to be an effective medium for healing. She has done marathons and uses breathing exercises when she walks, runs and hikes.
She spent 17 years taking care of her disabled husband who had Parkinsons disease. During that time, she studied online with many enlightened thought leaders and healers. He was taking lots of medications. In 2010, Ron developed spinal stenosis and was in great pain. She tried to encourage him to try cures but he would not. She reminded him that it was affecting her as well.
Ron agreed to go off his medications and was in so much pain. A retired doctor gave him a coffee enema and the pain stopped. The routine was to do three of these per day for six months. However, he was paralyzed. The doctor gave up and stopped coming.
Ron was fine with it. They found out about a deep brain stimulator. The one side worked, but when they did the second side of the brain, he was paralyzed again.
She did the novena in hopes of getting a miracle. She got the healing instead of Ron. She wasn't angry anymore. She would take him to the theater. One night after the play, he started singing. They joined a singing group and sang at luncheons, took singing lessons and enjoyed life.
A friend walked the Camino and Kathleen decided that when Ron is done with his disease, she would walk the Camino. Ron died in 2018. There was both grief and relief.
During the time she cared for Ron, Kathleen developed some spiritual philosophies and shared them with those she met on the Camino Frances from St. Jean Pied de Port, France to Santiago, Spain. She had great adventures and shared this all in a book, "Wisdom on the Camino." The 72-year-old walked the Camino Portugese from Lisbon to Santiago and on to Fisterra.
She was on the Camino for 66 days. She would take the weekends off so that she would be able to go to church on Sundays. It was beautiful. She enjoyed the flowers and the people she met and with whom she shared philosophies.
She had post traumatic stress since childhood. Energetically, he was bringing in more sadness. She thought everyone but her was getting the good stuff. Once walking the Camino, she learned that she does get the good stuff.
She took a coaching course and learned about Ho opono pono. Ho opono pono showed her her pain. She added “I forgive me" and "I forgive it up” and this giant refrigerator size pain went out of her and “up to God”. She released her accumulated sadness of 50 years. By the time she went on the Camino, she had gotten rid of the sadness. She was ready to have good things coming to her.
Every time thoughts would come up, she would do Ho opono pono. Her mental, emotional and physical pain left also. If it didn't leave, she would let angels do it.
Her book is on Amazon: “Wisdom on the Camino” (Wisdom on the Camino).

Timothy Stuetz (www.timothystuetz.com) spent three days in bed, crying - not eating or drinking in his early 30’s. He had graduated top of his class, got a job at an international CPA firm right out of college, got married, had a child and a house. And it all fell apart. He found himself yelling out to God: If you exist, I need to find you!
As a child, he saw angels and chariots when he sang “Swing Low Sweet Chariot”. He shared it with his classmates on the playground but didn’t get the reception he expected. He felt it was not safe to share the innermost aspects of his being. He shut down.
The birth of his daughter, Melanie Dawn started his reawakening. She has been his guru. Golden energy was rising up from her to the ceiling when she was separated from her mother’s body. When she was 1½, he had a pain in his back, she walked by him and put her finger right in the most painful spot. The pain disappeared and never came back. Once she was in the back seat of the car and described where they were going. She had never been there except when she was in the womb. It made him contemplate when do we first become aware.
His daughter was on a bike and was hit by a car going 40 mph. A police helicopter was flying overhead at the time. The minister of the Huntington Beach Church of Religious Science saw the accident and started a prayer circle immediately. Melanie was healthy but had after-effects. He spent every night in the hospital with her for months. He walked around the block and heard a voice saying "Look Daddy, I’m the little girl coming toward you. I am the trees. I am the sky." He knew he had to expand his consciousness to relate to his daughter. He was divorced. His wife used the accident as a reason for not allowing him to see her again.
He heard and felt Christ saying: I will remake you in my image. A friend gave him a book that touched things deep inside him that his daughter had been sharing ever since she was born. He had an out of body experience. He called a psychologist who asked him to chant and meditate with her. She brought him a book by Ram Dass. He had powerful experiences meditating and felt much calmer and peaceful.
After a couple of years, he felt really sick. He got reiki treatments that allowed him to see the emotional and mental blockage that was creating his physical problems. He felt more connected with God. He started giving his relatives and students blessings as they left their body which opened his eyes to new dimensions and new ways of looking at life.
Writing children’s books allows him to see inner child things and expand his creativity. He discovered that children creating images in their head when they are young is the foundation for their entire life. His stories blend fantasy and reality, myth and mystery, child development, values, and exercises that parents and children use for breathing, getting calm, learning to talk to each other lovingly, and using non-violent communication principles.
Timothy created a book club. He offers a live monthly reading of the stories. Children get to submit their illustrations of what they imagine happening on the pages. It also includes two live monthly Zooms with parents. He provides a space for parents to get answers to challenges, and be in community where they can get support, and takes them to a peaceful place that they might not get to by themselves.
The mystical moment that changed his life was the beautiful light streaming up out of his daughter when she was born. He’s had many powerful experiences with Christ. He saw and experienced the total bliss we can live in, and he saw the torture and problems we can live in - if we are not loving and caring and focused on our path and in our heart.

Rev. Celeste's guests are Rev. Jacquelyn Atkins and Rev. Dr. Tim Stewart, both officers in the International New Thought Alliance (newthoughtalliance.org). The INTA 107th Annual World Congress: "One Mind As Many" is being held in person at Christ Universal Temple (CUT) in Chicago, Illinois, from Monday, July 18 through Thursday, July 21, 2022.
INTA is anumbrella organization. They collaborate, working together with different factions of New Thought organizations. INTA's goal is to be a vehicle for disseminating timeless universal Truths to spiritually awaken, empower, transform, and connect individuals globally.
Rev. Jackie is the producer of The Gold Rush Women's Conference (goldrushwomensconference.com), a motivational speaker, an ordained minister; a trainer, a spiritual counselor; an attorney and the President of ShoVal & More.
Rev. Dr. Tim Stewart is the current President of International New Thought Alliance, and Treasurer of the Divine Science Ministers Association (https://www.divinescienceministersassociation.org).
This year's INTA Congress is truly one of unity, and that is intentional. The CUT choir and band will perform. and Dale Worley is the choir director. There will be panel discussions and wonderful speakers, leaders from various organizations, like Michael Beckwith and Edward Viljoen. INTA will be making a vibrational footprint. At past congresses, there have been as many as 5,000 people. But this year, they are getting people there that haven’t been there for a while.
INTA is an event sponsor for "Celebrating Our Soul": A New Thought Conference by People of African Descent (newthoughtevents.org) because it supports and proves what INTA says. Tim has seen first hand the inequities while being with Black people. He believes in the mission of PADNTG and wants to recognize tremendous people of New Thought who are of African descent.
New Thought is not religiosity but spirituality. The premise is that Consciousness creates our reality. It responds by corresponding to our consciousness. If we understand oneness, Who we truly are, then we know the Divine Essence is all there is – in, through and as us. If you are still hung up on isms, you haven’t let this teaching get to your heart
Rev. Jackie goes to the prisons and also works to eliminate homelessness. She loves working with women who had loved ones in prison. Having been a prosecutor, she now knows that there is nothing in the prison but a piece of you.
New Thought is a faith but also a philosophy and a way of life. It is natural spirituality. That natural spirituality is inherent in everyone – if it is not taught out of them.
Dr. Tim remembers meeting Della Reese. He had been in a car wreck, spent 89 days in a wheelchair and 1½ years recuperating. He told her of his injuries. Instead of reciting a doctor’s report, Della told him: "Honey, if anybody asks me how I am. I say I’m blessed and so are you." He adopted that attitude.
Soul is the aspect we all share. It is where the Divine meets us and where we all come from.
Jackie came into clarity hearing God and trusting that she could say no when everybody said to say yes. "There was such perfection in my being – me and that spirit were dancing across the floor. She advises: "Keep up with your communion. If you follow It, there is such peace that adoration cannot give you."
Tim would be outdoors and have the thought was God is Love. Everything is Love. Suddenly it was everywhere he could see. He was there – feeling the Divine. Whenever we get into that place – in knowing – you don’t want to hope or think, you want to have knowing.

Once she started writing music, she got downloads from Spirit that compelled her. She heard every instrument and every note. She caught the calling to help heal and elevate people's consciousness through her singing. Her music is usually fun and funky.
For 10 years, Bukeka was self-employed doing training in Diversity and Customer Service. She saw how people of color are treated in terms of employment. In 1983, Michele Synegal co-founded Management Dynamics, Inc. (MDI) (www.managementdynamicsinc.com). Michele wanted to be in charge of her destiny and realize her full potential. You can only do this, she says, when you work for yourself. There are no barriers that limit your opportunities, and you don't have to break through glass ceilings.
She majored in Human Relations and Organizational Behavior in college to fulfill her desire to effect change for people of color within organizations. Being in corporate America, she built her confidence and learned the inner workings of industry and institutionalized isms. She wanted to guide them so they could realize their potential as organizations.
When the Hudson Institute Workforce 2000 Study was published, the focus of businesses shifted from Leadership Development to leading and managing a diverse workforce. Progressive, innovative companies knew they had to change their marketing and service. The priority was to manage the diversity that was unfolding.
She became an expert in the changing demographics and was cited in several publications projecting the implications of the data on every aspect of business. As a diversity and Inclusion strategist, she conducts cultural audits, designs training solutions and advises diversity councils on their Diversity and Inclusion Framework.
Working for an insurance company, she was not selected to be an underwriter. Michele asked why. The selection chair said Michele would leave when she graduated, and they would not get a return on their investment. Michele told them this was unacceptable. She is qualified, capable and desirous and they could use a little diversity. Darlene Cole called Michele after she heard about her advocating for herself. She wanted Michele to work for her because she has balls, and she is smart!
Rev. Michele is attending "Celebrating Our Soul": A New Thought Conference by People of African Descent to be with her beloved brothers and sisters who can empathize with her journey and experience. She can be encouraging, supportive and share resources with them.
She has pulled back from her involvement with the organization that ordained her. For four years, she chaired the Diversity Commission, and realized that diversity was espoused as a value but not demonstrated. She felt it. She was subject to micro behaviors, exclusions and micro aggressions. Knowing her value and strong self-efficacy, she decided to do what brings her joy.
She is presenting "Courageous Conversations" at "Celebrating Our Soul". Communication is so critical to empathy. We have to understand root causes of behavior. When someone is emotionally triggered, the offender may be clueless as to why. When they value the relationship and have the courage, they will ask questions to drill down to the issue. One must own what they evoked and be quick to ask for forgiveness. Listen, learn, go into the situation prayed up, so you move forward with wisdom. When people do this work, the relationship deepens, and a greater intimacy emerges.
Michele was called into ministry to actualize her potential and effect change. She brings her knowledge, skills and abilities to spiritual communities.
Rev. Michele finds service essential because it serves us. When she is in service to a cause that she believes in, she is blessed. If she didn't serve, she would not be living full out and she would not be in integrity with her divine Self if she did not serve.
Her book, "Inspiration in Small Doses" filled with essays to inspire you. Her book: "Widows Speak", unique stories of Black women's healing, wisdom and courage, will be out later in 2022.
Michele is pleased to say that she is a grandmother. There's nothing like it. It's just unconditional love.

John Stringer (John Stringer - Limitless Love & Light from Moment to Moment (johnstringerinc.com)) was usually singing while doing chores or at a family gathering. Music was the norm. The only thing he could take to entertain himself when going to West Point Military Academy was his guitar. But it became a portal for prayer. He would sneak away to a shed to pray, sing and emote. He developed his spiritual practice by himself. He needed this because - as he said - he was rough around the edges. He welcomed getting discipline down. He found balance in mind, body and spirit. West Point gave him tools like performance enhancement, slowing his heartrate, journaling, setting goals and having a backwards plan.
John's passion for community was ignited when he and his family joined a commune when he was three years old. His mother took the children from there when he was 4. Over time,, he came to realize that community is part of the network of the Mind of God. Like a molecule, the Divine design is that we can do more when with community than we can do on our own. John joined mastermind circles, accountability circles later in his life. He made daily commitments while gaining wisdom from the community - learning to serve and be served. We get to help each other step into fully who we are here to be. It is a re-membering, receiving the medicine from that journey.
John and Kathy reconnected after her divorce and they formed Healing Arts Management to manage events, promote artists and create healing music. They produced a successful concert called Atlantis. John toured the world with a rock band and started a label. It was clear that their attraction was more than chemical - it was spiritual. These souls were to work together. John hired Kathy to manage the band and the label. They entertained the armed forces. Kathy was a catalyst for his growth.
They did transformative and healing retreats around the world. John did songwriting retreats and enlisted Posi-award winning artists into The Alignment Method. They did licensing and writing for film.
John left his C Suite job and created Banding Together for teaching collaboration skills, how to be present, behavioral sciences, understanding your needs, communicating your needs, and measuring performance. John wanted to hear direct from Spirit to heal and release guilt and shame. Miserable and out of control emotionally, he asked show me what works, God! I can't go on this way. He learned breathing, mediation, sought direct contact with God, sought his genius and learned how to tap into his own intuition. He started receiving symbols and interpreting them in color, visuals, and audibles intertwining. Synchronicities occurred. There was kundalini rising, stream of consciousness writing. The Source that fuels creativity is the same Source with answers he'd been seeking all his life. He received the teachings and applied them to his life.
John and Kathy asked how Ester and Jerry Hicks did it. One word emerged "Align". John continues to align himself with Spirit and does important work. Discovering how genius and intition work, he asked "What's mine to know, to do. All his solo projects come from this listening. Catching the ancestral energy of many who had been oppressed, John created the pivotal work, "We Matter". He is committed to bringing a message of Love to this planet. John is on the music team with Ester Nicholson, Michelle Jordan, Lee Langston and Bukeka Blakemore along with the James Ward Band for the groundbreaking event: "Celebrating Our Soul": A New Thought Conference by People of African Descent. He will also teach songwriting to the youth there. For more information about this event, go to www.padntg.org).

Rev. Shirley Lawson is a licensed Universal Foundation for Better Living Ordained Minister (ufbl.org). Rev. Shirley graduated from Trinity International University, majoring in Organizational Leadership/Communication. She also received a Bachelor of Metaphysical Science, B. Msc. Degree, and Metaphysical Practitioners Diploma from the University of Metaphysics.
In 2003, she was invited to an open house of In the Spirit (a recovery home for women) by Pam, a woman at Christ Universal Temple (CUT) where Shirley has attended since the 70's. During the tour, she felt so moved. She heard a voice say you will be teaching spirituality classes here. When the doors opened, Shirley started. She was invited by Reverend Dr. Helen Carey. Rev Helen called her into her office and asked her if she would start to teach and she said, wow, yes.
Later, Rev. Lawson founded the Great Lakes Transformational Empowerment Ministries -which provides spiritual support classes for women and men in recovery in 2003. This ministry has been empowering people so that their lives can be transformed. Her message has helped them break free from addictions and realize their divine potential.
Once the person leading meditations at CUT stepped down, Rev. Johnnie Colemon asked Shirley to lead that ministry. She said yes. This was after Shirley's first husband died from an overdose years before. Shirley later would lead Meditators for Better Living at CUT for several years.
Shirley is the Founder and Spiritual Director of the Meditative Life Ministries, Inc. (Meditative Life Ministries | Facebook) - a not-for-profit educational organization dedicated to helping people live more mindful and meditative lives. Its vision is: “People everywhere improving their lives and communities through meditative practices.”
Rev. Shirley learned from her own personal meditative practice. She was happier. She felt less stressed. Depressing thoughts were lessoning significantly. She had better focus. I had more peace within and felt an overall sense of well- being. She knew that they would benefit greatly from learning how to meditate and how to practice the presence of God through prayer and meditation.
Shirley also studied at the Midwest Center for the Study of Oriental Medicine. For years, she studied massage therapy, shiatsu injunction, and more. She does the tapping meditations for people as well, also known as emotional freedom technique (EFT).
One of Rev. Shirley’s grandest accomplishments was to spearhead the honoring of Reverend Dr. Johnnie Colemon with a commemoration service and dedication of a plaque in honor of her work and for being the first African American to live on the grounds of Unity Village. Unity’s Mayor David Vest and the Board of Trustees honored Dr. Colemon with a Proclamation making August 24, 2016 - Reverend Dr. Johnnie Colemon Day at Unity Village.
Rev. Shirley is also the author of “Golden Spiritual Nuggets.” A compilation of inspired sayings that offer food for thought and practical advice to those on the spiritual path.
In October 2021 Reverend Shirley received an “Outstanding Servant Leader” award at the Harvest Online Convention in the Philippines presented by Rev. Reg Tan.

Rev. Celeste uses John 20: 11 to 17 as a springboard for the backdrop of Mary Magdalene's visit to the tomb where Jesus was laid to rest. She is weeping, heartbroken - because Jesus' body was absent. The angels asked why she cries. She said because I don't know where he is. No sooner than she turned around, Jesus was there. But she did not recognize him.
There are many scenarios in which we may not be able to assist our loved ones. The reasons could be that they have an addiction, or a mental challenge, a suicide or a disappearance. Our roles with each other change. We can help facilitate each other's growth or we may become transformed because of their absence.
Our expectations change about others when our relationships change, but more importantly, our expectations of ourselves change. An absence of a partner may facilitate our growth. All of life is a strengthening and evolution. Justice Jackson's confirmation hearings made her stronger. Grace allows us to be more, see more and know more about Who We Are.
We're not always able to see that which we are seeking. Perhaps we cannot recognize a loved one when they change because our perspective is limited. We must either adjust to who they have become or create a new relationship with them. We need to be okay with the change.
There is grief when a loved one dies or when our relationship changes from what it was to something we're not sure about. That does not change our love for them. Weeping indicates a longing for what was. Our relationship with our loved one does not have to end because their time on the planet has ended.
We bless everyone in Ukraine or in any war - a war with disease, a war with vitality, a war with a virus or a weapon of any kind.
Once I am without the need of a body, I'm out of here. My Spirit gets to be wherever it needs to be. I'm not gone.
Relationships are for our transformation. The positions of the angels in the sepulcher show us there is a message for our minds (head) and there is an understanding to be acquired (feet). The head represents the crown. The crown is our connection with Spirit. I get to be present with the Spirit and the understanding. Angels (messengers) remind us of our Christhood.
Beyond religiosity, the Substance of Spirit is eternal. We are eternal beings. Whatever we gather from this journey on Earth, we get to take with us, without the baggage. Releasing expectations and understanding our Christhood free us to have a direct connection with Spirit. Let's use the occasion of Easter to remember Who We Are.

In this solo episode, Rev. Celeste A. Frazier (celestefrazier.com) explores her Lenten season. There are new discoveries that can only occur in a new mindset. We learn from discomfort.
Habits tend to become mechanical and less natural. That's the point where they become unappealing. And we don’t know what the effect is of not doing them until we start to stink. When we lose our connection with the Love, the Peace, the Freedom that a spiritual practice gives us, we are left to our own devices. And that’s not good.
To be resurrected is to be raised from the dead. There are dead things that need to fall away in order for new life to come to be. Here we are in the spring season expecting new growth and thinking that new growth can come without letting go of the old.
Rev. Celeste recounted March 2nd, when the dutiful Catholics stood in front of the train station offering ashes. She saw their masks and put her mask on and moved quickly toward the train. It had been many years since she received ashes. As a child, it was her duty to get ashes. Now she thought: what's the point of that symbolism? She later thought how dare I dismiss an opportunity to connect with ritual in order to remember who I Am. As a human being, I need breadcrumbs to find my way Home.
Home is Spirit. When we are in the wilderness, we forget who we are. Jesus the Christ went through his 40 days of trials, seemingly tempted to trivialize miracles by obeying earthly demands, but instead of succumbing to this mockery of divine providence, he kept his eye on the prize. The prize of course is the Word of God that he awaited and accepted. Divine thoughts comforted him and supported him in returning to Peace.
We in the 21st century do not rely on fairy tales and morality plays as we make life choices. And given the thousands of years of historical conflicts, theological concepts and liturgical guidance, we are mightily armed with the tools to discern truth. Yet we are influenced by social media, news clips and popular mindsets that bring contagious separation vibrations with energy to untether a commitment to oneness with God.
Several bouts with ants distracted her, pulling her attention away from her intentions. She recalled her capability to focus. With the goal of divine connection, there were too many times that interrupted her commitment to Spirit. Her angels came by way of insight.
The discovery of her missing "DONATE" button was a time of reckoning. Rather than listening to the Presence of God, she had been co-dependent on social media and outer recognition. She realized that her podcast even focused on other’s gifts and knowledge and not that of her own. With the end of Unity Online Radio approaching, she chose to make the next two episodes on UOR be in her voice alone. She began to question what she can know about her own value.
In the last two months, she had been robbed, hacked and had her phone was displaced by a seeming helper. Connections were being compromised. Trust was being threatened by the confidence schemes of a hacker pretending to be her. She realized that she had not been representing herself!
In her wilderness, on the road of deception and treacherous distractions, Something was rising. The value of her unique contributions and the benefits to humankind do not lie outside, but within. She was broadcasting external attention. All the while, Spirit was transmitting what her intrinsic value is.
She remembered why she continues to facilitate A Course in Miracles (acim.org) sessions. Her upcoming book includes many principles from the Course. There can be no Love without forgiveness. It is time she forgives herself. She recommitted to connecting with her Essence and intently listening to Its Guidance.

Margaret Agard is a former executive in the high-tech industry, an author, speaker, Christian mystic and reiki healer. Margaret focuses on helping others change their lives and finding true purpose by turning their to-do lists over to God (higher power/spirit/inner voice). She cleared things out of her life that didn't matter. The more time, energy, money she was willing to give in spite of what she thought were burdens, the more God freed up her time, energy and money to give.
When she was six years old, she met God. She felt Love, Intelligence and a being that she was meeting. Since then, she has spent her life seeking that kind of connection again.
Her definition of a mystic is someone who spends their time and is committed to being in God's Presence and having God's Presence in his or her life. She spends each evening in contemplative prayer as God speaks to her. Throughout the day, she asks herself if she is feeling love toward everyone around her. If she is, she knows that God is present.
Her story appeals to many who have more to do than time to do it in and want to live their best life. At the time she started this practice, she was a single mother of eight, working full time as the sole financial support for her family. She had returned to university full time to finish the last few credits for her bachelor’s degree in mathematics. She slept less than four hours a night and often woke in a panic worrying about what wasn't getting done. Her previous practice of prioritizing and focusing on the "most important" tasks wasn't working. After turning her to-do list over to God, she "got more done, got more sleep, and had less stress."
Her story inspires others to do the same. She spends time writing, helping other people and is prompted to make herself available to do what she loves to do. Her service opportunities have included teaching in Arizona jails and visiting Alaskan native villages, by giving God all day every day.
When she met her second husband, she realized that there was some healing to do for them and their children from previous marriages. She asked God for inspiration. The thought came: All will be made whole as the result of this marriage. They committed to support each other in helping other people.
Her series of books is entitled "In His Footsteps" includes 1) "I Gave My To Do List Over to God and Got More Done, More Sleep and Less Stress", 2) We Sold All We Had and Followed as God Created Miracles and New Hearts, and coming soon: " Love: Becoming One with Parker". She nicknames them faith, hope and charity, respectively.
She is connected to Spirit, available to God and she is present. She takes her understanding and brings Love to other people. Her website is https://margaretagard.com

Reverend Sylvia E. Sumter is the Senior Minister of Unity of Washington, DC and has served in this position since 1991. Prior to her tenure there, she served as the Chairperson of Communication Studies and Skills Department for the Unity School of Religious Studies, in Unity Village, Missouri.
She was licensed as a Minister in 1986 and ordained as a Unity Minister in 1987. Rev. Sumter has a Masters of Education, a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and an Associate of Arts in Business Administration.
When Rev. Sylvia came to Unity Village, she was required to stay on the campus for her own safety as a Black woman living in Lee Summit, Missouri. After graduation, she became an instructor to maintain a representation of a person of color in leadership replacing Rev. Sally Taylor.
She is a natural and gifted spiritual teacher. She counsels through a lived experience. Rev. Sylvia continues to help others expand their spiritual consciousness and vision by living in the awareness of the Divine through prayer, meditation and practicing spiritual principles for living life fearlessly and with authenticity.
Rev. Sumter sees Unity of Washington, DC as a beacon of light and she sees her church serving by keeping the high watch in the nation's capital. She learned from Eric Butterworth to stand on principles and use them. She knows that we need audacious faith to handle uncertainty. She invites us to move with deep trust and embrace the uncertainty. She lets her congregation see her walk, so she can share her story of surrendering to what she knows. She shows them how she lets the Divine guide her because she is subject to have any experience. She demonstrates what it looks like to get back on that horse using principles. By doing so, she eliminates the thought that there is a mythical bar to reach. She shows that she too can forget the truth, but she knows how to get back to It. She wants them to know that all of this is a spiritual experience. And we can do this.
Rev. Sylvia has had many mystical moments including several time warps. She's aware that the spiritual dimension is not qualified by simply time, space and matter. We cannot put confines on how Spirit shows up. God cannot be limited.
We must shed the old paradigm of being a physical being but embrace being a spiritual being. The next evolution is a spiritual one. Everything breaks down, including the physical barriers. The veil is being lifted. The curtain has been rent. There is another dimension. Let's own these powers. Being a spiritual being is not lip service. We are to step into the Christ. Miracles are the working of higher spiritual laws. It’s an exciting time. We are showing the way, being light bearers. Here’s the way. Walk in it. Be masters of energy.
She quotes Dr. King: "For evil to prosper, good people are to do nothing." We must speak.
The meek shall inherit the earth. It's time to rise up together.

Chris Plourde is a coach, a businessman, a father, and husband. He has worked with top athletes and well-known companies, celebrities, and military special ops. He has mentored many to find their authentic self and create leadership qualities which they can bring to their families, communities and businesses.
Chris encourages his clients to speak the truth, to say what's on their mind. Heworks with people on how to let those things out that they've been holding in for so long. For him, it's not just about how we speak to others, but how we speak to ourselves, and understanding that from an emotional intelligence.
As a teenager, Chris put on masks to become this idea of what a masculine man should be, burying his emotions, not feeling. He helps kids understand their emotions, so they know that it's okay to own your feelings. One of the things Chris does is get people into a deep breathwork session that that allows the layers to get peeled off immediately. It's building trust. It's compassion. There's a non-judgment that comes with it. Everyone is going through something, and we just have to understand.
One of his main workshops is creating loving boundaries for success and happiness. He asks his clients how fulfilled are you in your life? They might have millions but not living their truth. One needs to put up this loving boundary to know it's about your goals, dreams and happiness. Then you are going to be the best version of yourself and be able to give more to your company, family, community, to loved ones, to all of the people around you so that you can be in service. He thinks that all humans crave to be in service to a greater good.
He gives people the space and opportunity to make the decisions on their own. The best form of enrolling is talking about the results that you're getting. That lights people up. It's about doing the inner work on ourselves first and foremost.
When he was growing up, he had this idea of what he should be based upon what was around him growing up. When he got into these places, he realized pretty quickly that there was something missing. He was drained, exhausted and he wasn't excited and passionate about what he was doing. The idea of working with people, serving people, training people, and coaching people made him happy. When he got his first paycheck to work with and train somebody in the fitness industry, he couldn't believe they were paying him that much money to do something he loved to do. This was happiness. This is what he wanted to do, follow his joy.
When his wife got pregnant, there was an old voice in his head that said go back to corporate America. But he quickly realized that it wasn't what he was meant to do. That wasn't in a space of his power. He made the decision to remove himself from that environment and get back into coaching. And when he did, he was tested. He chose to be deliberate with his intention. Then everything lined up beautifully. The lesson was he let fear and money be his motivators. It was the big lesson to follow his heart and do what he needs to do to contribute to the world, to humans, the earth. There's a joy he gets when he sees somebody get that light bulb or find something with their life that they're supposed to do. He believes all souls are here for a specific reason. He gets to help them see that for themselves. There's just a fulfillment that he can't explain. Our soul has a contract.
His website is chrisplourde.com. His programs, retreats and workshops are there. You can also reach him on Instagram at Coach Chris Plourde. You can get it a breathwork class on his website. If you want him to coach you one-on-one, you could set up a discovery call from the website to see if you're a fit.

Ann Hince had a childhood with plenty of trauma and dysfunction, and she had PTSD well into her 30s as a result of being a child of two alcoholic parents. She became a software engineer, and her unhealed trauma was creating a chaotic life. Years later, she became calm. Now she wants to reach those who want to make inner changes.
There was verbal abuse and emotional trauma when she was growing up. She walked on eggshells. Her Dad had anger issues. She enjoyed being an engineer because it was logical.
She felt comfortable knowing what was going to happen - unlike her life growing up.
At the age of 19, she found her mother deceased in the bathroom. She didn’t cry at the time because she was taught not to cry. She wasn't aware of all this stuff that she had suppressed.
She travelled a lot because of her dad’s job in the cable and wireless industry. When she was nine, she was sent to an all-boy boarding school where she was the first girl border. She was ridiculed and further emotionally traumatized.
Later a mother of two boys, her encounters with other parents had her head literally spinning. She sought help from a doctor who used the emotional freedom technique (EFT), also known as tapping. She finally processed the death of her mother from two decades before. She walked away from that appointment, being able to tell the story of her mother’s death without the tears. It felt amazing to actually have something that seemed to make a difference so quickly.
She realized that she’d stored all this energy in her body. She wanted to know that tapping healing wasn't a fluke. Her 17-year-old cat needed a daily shot. When she first gave him a shot, her hand was just shaking because she was so scared. She tapped about her fear of hurting her cat. Then she tapped about her history, memories and the many injections she had many because she lived around the world. The next day, she gave him another shot and her hands did not shake. And she started using tapping daily. Whenever she noticed feeling emotional, she would tap - letting that energy out by using the same points of the meridian systems.
There is a specific set of points. The first one is the karate chop point on the edge of the hand. The next point is a crown point on the top of the head. Then the beginning of the eyebrows, under the eyes, the chest and finally, about four inches under the arm. Tapping through them while talking about what we're feeling or exactly what we went through is releasing the energy stored in our body. The words just bring that energy into our bodies. And from that memory, the tapping releases the energy. Details of the story will come as we let go of those demons. All the energy around the story is going away. At that point, the energy has lost its charge.
As this was going on, she felt her mind becoming quieter and more peaceful. She felt like she was living in a different reality.
Through years of allowing her emotions/feelings to be acknowledged and pass through her body, she has developed the ability to sense inside her body. This is what she believes is the original meaning of the word insight - inside-sight.
She has had gamma rays done of her brain. Through this process, the deep release of inner tension has resulted in physical changes - her skull has changed shape and her body is more aligned. She has a sense for how the soul is tied into the body, and how we can release the soul, be more comfortable inside the body, allowing us to tune into Spirit more easily.

Ele' de Posson is an intuitive business mentor, healer, speaker and author who helps women, entrepreneurs, leaders and wayshowers run their business and life from their feminine energy so that they can magnetize more wealth while impacting humanity in their unique way. She leads her clients to have a soul-led business and life.
Her newest book is called “The Path of Femininity: The Six Gifts of your Sovereignty”. It reveals how to lead your life and your business in a way that is fulfilling, intuitive, creative, and easier, especially for women.
An intuitive business mentor, she invites her clients to run their business from their intuition - to be connected to what feels good to their body, what feels open, what feels warm. She invites them to have a lot of down time to hear their intuition and understand the soul’s language.
She went through a dark night of the soul because she was not in alignment. She moved to Montreal to study energy healing. She heals with her hands, her mind, her words, her heart and her smile.
Money is love made visible. When you move into your body more, you are receiving energy. Feminine energy is creative, desire, and sexual energy. Sexual energy and money energy coexist in your root chakra of your spine.
Ele' has a podcast called Sacred Roots where she teaches spiritual ideas like how to be in your feminine for your business. She bridges the spiritual world and the business world.
Ele' went to Israel for spiritual travel, reconnecting with Jesus, Mother Mary, and Mary Magdalene. She went to the cathedral that is built a under cave where Jesus was born. She stood for hours in the heat waiting to touch the stone where he was born. She became dizzy. Her lower back was painful. She lost her balance and felt sick. A guard took a chair and asked her to wait there. When her friends returned, her teacher said that she was receiving.
She was reborn at the place where Jesus was born. She stayed there for a very long time. Her legs were shaking. She couldn't get up because her nervous system was completely fired up with all the energy she received in her energy channels, meridians, nadis. When you receive a lot of energy, your body is overwhelmed. She slept for two days to recover. It was profound and she energetically received an upgrade. She remembered saying to her teacher: I know that you're there. I can see you, but I'm not here. Her teacher said: I know. But you have to come back. Ele' wanted to close her eyes and faint. The teacher asked her to keep her eyes open. Your soul is asking you if you're ready for the journey. Ele' said "I choose to come back". It was scary but beautiful. She was surrendering, but also trying to ground herself. She saw roots coming down from her feet and her root chakra.
Three years later, she understands what happened. She is the embodying the feminine of receiving, and giving. She has trust in Spirit, and a willingness to allow. She thinks it's important for fulfillment and joy. We’re highly qualified to succeed in our life, and she believes it's by allowing and trusting. We can start to see our purposes, what our gifts are and how we can use them to serve humanity.
Ele' has a 21-day online course called Embody Your Divine Feminine with daily spiritual practices and exercises to embody the feminine. There are meditations, third eye activations, Reiki for abundance, video teachings about surrendering, connecting with your intuition, being in your authenticity. There are exercises and teachings to activate the six gifts of your feminine, which are authenticity, intuition, magnetism, surrender, receiving and grounding. Rev. James Trapp (JamesTrapp.com) is currently the senior minister of the Spiritual Life Center (www.slcworld.org) in Sacramento, CA. An advisor on the topic of enlightened leadership, Rev. James sees that oftentimes the ones who have the best perspective are the not the people at the top, but people who are actually on the front lines in an organization. Enlightened leadership is the idea that the answer to any challenge or difficulty or problem that an organization is going through is already in the room. Giving a voice to those who are inherently involved in the organization and recognizing that those are the people that probably have the best solutions to the challenges that you're facing is key. If you listen and allow people to share, even if you can't resolve everything they bring up, they walk away feeling better about their experience.
The founders of Spiritual Life Center ("SLC") had an emphasis on interfaith ministries in the greater Sacramento area. SLC increases a sense of understanding, cooperation, and harmony. Rev. James believes in first going in with a beginner's mind, and then you could move to some common ground for greater benefits for everybody.
As the President of Star Human Capital, James runs a consulting firm. He applies spiritual principles to what appears to be a non-spiritual environment. James came up with a way to incorporate some of the principles, like integrated decision making and the ideals of enlightened leadership in business settings to create more effective teams. If people can integrate their energies, they are far more powerful. Calling in folks that were hardcore business people, he put spiritual principle in a way that they would understand.
Because of his success at Unity in the Bay in Miami with diversity and young people, Rev. James was invited to be the CEO and President of Unity Worldwide Ministries. He served in that role for seven years before returning to the field and going to Sacramento.
He was inducted into the Morehouse Hall of Preachers in the early 2000's, and he is one of the keynote speakers at "Celebrating Our Soul". He wants to share lessons from Dr. King about our interconnectedness because we are all part of one human family.
He had a modicum of success in life, going to Princeton, going to law school, practicing law. But he was in a state of dissatisfaction because he was trying to fill a void within based on a belief that he was abandoned by his mother when he was very young. He sought to do well in the external world seeking to make himself feel better. He ended up doing drugs and alcohol and his life collapsed. He went to a rehab center to get his life together. He engaged in a lot of self forgiveness for things he thought he had done to mess up his life. He did quite a bit of self transformation. He had two mystical moments. The first one was, after going through a process of self forgiveness, he woke up one day and all that guilt disappearred. That was a miracle. Subsequently, he was heading back to his apartment and everything around him collapsed into a sea of oneness. There was no separation between him and other people, him and the trees. He was able to see the vibration coming down from the trees, and was able to see Reality for the first time. He began to see that there was only one energy, One Reality.
This informs his spiritual message. That is part of every message that he has in some way. He began to see less of the "us and them". He realizes when he's engaging in an illusion. His book is entitled "Take Back Your Future." See him August 11th at "Celebrating Our Soul": A New Thought Conference by People of African Descent (www.padntg.org).

Rev. Celeste's guest is Dr. Amit Goswami (https://www.amitgoswami.org), quantum physicist. He was featured in "What the Bleep Do We Know", "The Dalai Lama Renaissance", "Bigger Questions" and other films. Rev. Celeste studied with him as part of her training at Holmes Institute. He is a scholar in high demand.
His primary point is that consciousness is the ground of all being. The current view of many scientists is that matter makes up everything and humans are material and mechanical. Consciousness is not about the brain. The brain is an object. Consciousness means we are experiencing ourselves as separate from material. Quantum physics shows us that objects are not objects until we observe them. They are waves of possibility.
Dr. Goswami was dissatisfied with the way we did science. Science cannot be devoid of our experiences of love, beauty and justice. Life is more than what can be predicted or controlled. Science can help create technology, but we don't live in technology. Physics is the fundamental science of everything. Since consciousness is the ground of both science and religion, people from all religions say that consciousness is where we must begin. Quantum science must support this because there are unsolved paradoxes and measurement paradoxes that do not occur in the brain. Science has lost credibility because of this material dogma. We as observers have an impact on everything (the observer effect).
Consciousness exists in both the head and heart. Due to the non-locality of consciousness, people can directly connect with each other without a signal because of feelings.
Reincarnation is an important phenomenon in our development. It is important for older people to know they need not be afraid because a part of them will survive. They will be reborn. Death is not the end. Reincarnation happens because of a modification of the quantum mechanics of the person. It is not part of the brain memory. What we learn is not in the brain. Learning is non-local memory. We don't forget how to ride a bicycle because our capacity to learn is not part of the brain. The innate parts of us will survive. This reincarnation theory has been verified. Dr. Goswami and his colleague are holding an event this month to review death and reincarnation.
Death can be very peaceful and joyful. In dying, one can pray and intend to be conscious at the moment of death and peacefully participate in the quantum non-locality.
Dr. Goswami wrote many books. His more recent books include "Quantum Economics" and "Quantum Spirituality". His book: "Quantum Integrative Medicine" will change the healing profession forever. They have proven integrative medicine can be used to stay healthy. One can have an ageless body. We have to renew the software as we live. Cells die but you can be fully active until you die.
Dr. Goswami has had four moments of mystic magic. One of them was in 1973 at a conference when he was a nuclear physicist. He was a speaker and he was not happy with his speech. He became jealous of the other speakers. Others got the attention and he did not. It did him good because at 1 am he asked himself why do I live this way? I can change. I can make my life congruent. He worked many hours. He desired to find happy physics that took him years to find.
Meditation led him to samadhi. He felt oneness. His view of spirituality underwent a radical change. This led to other discoveries. You can have the experience of a quantum leap of insight, but you have to implement the insight into your life. This was the most fruitful insight he ever had.

Rev. Celeste's guest is Corbie Mitleid. Corbie brings her skills as a Certified Tarot Master, psychic medium, past life specialist and channel.
Corbie began using tarot as a teenager, influenced by a James Bond film. Corbie does not tell people what to do; she shares what options they have in the paths ahead. She intervenes if she hears they have been abused. She then counsels them to leave for their safety. Corbie draws out the allegory to help them find the meaning in the cards. Anyone can interpret the tarot in a way that is affirming and empowering.
Mitleid is a past life specialist. Past life regression should only be done by a certified hypnotherapist because if someone is reliving something violent, they know how to pull you out so you can observe it, but not feel it. Corbie does past life retrieval. She goes to the Akashic records and provides the information to client. That way, the client does not have to relive trauma.
As a theater major, writer, and history buff, she interprets through these strengths. Everyone approaches readings according to their skills. She does not use a pendulum or spirit art. Corbie suggests when talking to an intuitive counselor, don't expect the same thing from different people.
Her book, "The Psychic Yellow Brick Road" was developed due to an incident at a fair in Canada. She describes a fake gypsy who "hooks" and traumatizes a client to swindle her. The book teaches you what to ask, how to choose, how to stay safe, when you shouldn't have a reading - all for the purpose of keeping the client safe.
Corbie goes away when she does a psychic reader. She knows she is the vessel. She knows that ego will make you doubt yourself if you do not simply allow Spirit to have its full sway.
Corbie chose the last name Mitleid because it means compassion. A woman told her she sucks but returned to Corbie when her reading proved to be true. Corbie giggled and continued to give her another reading. Mitleid has had death threats. She keeps a sign-in sheet to match up handwriting to the threatening one for the police. Intuits do not always get respect.
She grew up Jewish. She looked at paths that have healing, service, love and humility. She rules out those who say they are the only ones with the right answer. She works with the Christ consciousness.
They discuss the difference between incarnations and souls. When she does medical intuitive reads, her deceased insightful father often comes. We come here to learn certain things. Corbie advises karma is healing, service, contrast, unbalanced energy and healing of beliefs. She shared how Ryan White saved Elton John and, as a result, the AIDS foundation that was inspired by Ryan raised a half billion dollars. She believes that one can do much in a short time. Even when a woman has a miscarriage, she maintains her relationship with the soul of the fetus because they have a contract with each other.
Corbie's examined life includes her bouts with breast cancer. She uses her pain as a part of her teaching. She talks about her troubles if it will help someone. Her way of life is "rollercoaster, no brakes". The soul integrates the good stuff and tosses out what is not needed.
Sledding as a 4-year-old, Corbie's head hit a concrete bench that slammed her into her third eye. Others in her profession also ascribe their talents to head traumas in their childhood. Throughout her life, she has known there is magic in the world. Until she was on her own, she kept the magic hidden. Go to her website: corbiemitleid.com or find her Facebook at Fire Through Spirit, on YouTube, Pinterest, and Twitter as Corbie Mitleid. Go to Patreon to work with her through subscription. Her books are available on Amazon.

Rev. Celeste's guest is Rev. Michael Terranova, publisher and sole owner of Wise Woman Press. Michael is an independent New Thought minister who promotes the teachings of Emma Curtis Hopkins. He has published all of her books and created Self Treatments (which is a compilation of Self-treatment and other published works). Michael has accepted Emma Curtis Hopkins as his ministry. Emma died in 1925 but is still a great influence on New Thought.
Ruth Miller, two other women and Michael formed Wise Woman Press (WWP). He studied the Kingdoms of Consciousness (http://www.sacreddays.org/) with Rev Marcia Sutton and was called to do this work. "Scientific Christian Mental Practice" is Emma's most popular book. WWP publishes a few contemporary female authors. WWP published the Path of Power series (including work by Fillmore and Holmes), which ministers use for sermons. Michael created the websites www.emmacurtishopkins.com and www.wisewomanpress.com. WWP published Emma's major works as well as 23 of her Bible Interpretation Series. There are five Bible Interpretations left to publish. Michael thinks the Bible interpretations are her best work. He won't leave here until they are published.
Michael shared history. Emma ordained Myrtle and Charles Fillmore. Emma's student, Annie Rix Militz founded the Home of Truth (which still exists in Alameda, CA). In the late 1800s, when Emma began her ministry, Theosophy came into prominence. She was influenced by Hinduism and other mystic philosophies. There are misperceptions about Emma. One is that Malinda Cramer was a student of Emma. One of Emma's students, Kate Bingham taught the Brooks sisters. A healing took place. With Melinda Cramer, the women created Divine Science.
At one time, everything was called Christian Science, but Mary Baker Eddy became owner of the name Christian Science. To Michael, New Thought teaching is that Christ is the Truth. Michael changed the name of Emma's book, "First Lessons in Christian Science". This was Emma's first book, but no one wanted to publish it by that name. It's now called "First Lessons from the Journals of Emma Curtis Hopkins".
To Michael, the most intriguing part of Emma's teaching is Christ. A lot of New Thought teachings do not include Christ. Michael stopped practicing Catholicism, but he continues his connection with the Christ Presence. Emma teaches Jesus Christ. She teaches that the Bible stories are about us. She doesn't talk about Heaven and Hell, but instead about how to let Christ be your life.
Ernest Holmes got mysticism from Emma. Mysticism is an encompassing presence. Holmes' teaching changed after that. Fenwicke Holmes said that. Fenwicke wrote The Voice Celestial. Michael interprets the poem as the Bhagavad Gita story.
Yogananda's teaching came from Babaji. Yogananda (Home | Self-Realization Fellowship (yogananda.org) was one of Michael's grandmother's teachers.
Michael created an Emma Curtis Hopkins group at https://groups.io/g/emmacurtishopkins/
Michael came into ministry because of a longing to know God. He was previously engaged in past life regression work. In his past, he found that he was a minister and a friar. He also uses the past life regression work, the tarot, the Kaballah, and numerology to keep in touch with the Presence. The Truth is always out there.
Michael's mystic moment came when he was a young man at a party who got in an argument and got stabbed. Something within him said "Life goes on within you and without you". He knew there are greater things than the life he was living. It was quite enlightening.
A house painter by trade, Michael pays attention to detail. He was ordained in the Christ Church of Co-Creation in Portland, Oregon in 2009.

Rev. Celeste's guest is Lori Gibson-Washington, the calming communications coach. Lori G-Dub is a laid-back facilitator, a calming speaker and coach and a witty blogger. A former instructor for International Business Negotiations at University of California-Berkeley's International Diplomacy Program, she has over 20 years of experience consulting and coaching ire the differences in communication, in conflict resolution and leadership. Lori is a wife, daughter, the bonus mom of two and has two grandsons. Lori is a certified Transformational Life Coach through the Life Mastery Institute. Lori is also certified to administer Myers-Briggs, LIFO, and FIRO Element-B. Myers-Briggs looks at introverts and extroverts, and LIFO Element B looks at the inclusion, control and openness that we want and that we give. She's high inclusion but moderately wants to be included. The inquiry is about how you need to be in control.
GeeDub, as The Calming Coach, consults with groups to improve morale and to better understand cultural differences within teams for better productivity and profitability. She coaches individual professionals and leaders to get along with folk who disturb their calm.
She learns what motivates people. She finds out what's important to them, what triggers them and what makes their heart sing! She discusses communication style.
As a child, she was the mediator when fights broke out. One of the people she broke up became a major leader in the Crypts gang. She is the one who sees conflict or not at peace, who tries to help them.
She studied human connection and continued to learn about people and how to feel better when talking to each other. She's an extrovert, intuitive, feeling and is perceptive. She explored what happens when sensibilities are violated. As an extrovert, she gets fueled by people. Introverts get their energy from being alone. Lori uses the platinum rule: treat people the way they want to be treated. She encourages people to find the commonality.
Lori was brought up in a progressive Baptist church during the Civil Rights area, and it was important to give of yourself. She now identifies as spiritual, but not religious. Her parents taught her to treat people fairly. Since Kwanzaa in the 60's, she adopted the principle of leaving the world better than she found it. CSL resonated with her because it brings together the best of all practices and faiths. Lori calls herself a New Thought follower of Jesus. A spiritual reader told her once that she saw Jesus all around her. While serving her an egg salad sandwich, a woman told her that Jesus was in Lori's heart.
Due to demand, Lori took courses like becoming a certified transformational life coach with the Life Mastery Institute with Mary Morrissey. Lori looks at their life, income, creative expressions and health and realizes that priorities change depending on where you are in your life.
When she stopped singing, her energy shifted and she was unaware of how it affected her until someone brought it to her attention. It was just the nudge she needed to move back into her authentic self. Lori brings singing into workshops.
In 1997, Lori became one of the original members of the Oakland Interfaith Gospel Choir and she stayed for ten years. She became a consultant and presented calm retreats for the choir. She remains connected to the members.
Lori has done diversity work since the 90's. She helps people collaborate using the life orientations: harmony, excellence, reason and action. She also uses conflict skills.
Lori can be found on Facebook as the Calming Coach. Her website is Calmingcoach.com

Reverend SharRon E. Jamison does not believe in "plantation theology". She was taught to fear God, but she now believes that God is a God of Wisdom and Love (SharRonJamison.com).
She is an Associate Minister with her pastor, Dr. Kenneth L. Samuels in Georgia. SharRon seeks to support people of color who are women-identifying. She sought to create something that she needed in her young adult years: a place where they understand what it means to be a Black woman-identifying person in America. She needed to reconcile her Christian upbringing. She needed a place that provides support around top performance. She wanted to build a financial empire because to her, money is activism. She knew she had to create that space.
People would come for prayer who were dealing with microaggressions, being invalidated and code-switching, so she started creating coaching services to support those issues. SharRon started "I Dare to Be Me" and "You Can Depend on You" programs. She started doing relationship intensives for straight and gay people. It's hard to be in relationship when you hate yourself. She wanted people to feel that they matter.
SharRon supports people in seeking power partners. The partner has to understand who they are, what keeps them well and whole. People need to be in alignment and share the same values. A power partner is committed to their physical, emotional and financial health. Otherwise, you don't have a partner, you have a parasite. You must bring more than an appetite to the relationship table. I can love you but not want to do life with you.
SharRon seeks to empower women with education (to learn, unlearn and relearn who you are), including I-sight (learning how you are wired, how you win) and understanding the constructs (racism, sexism, etc.), that cause trauma and inform how we see ourselves. There is cleansing and clearing to understand and heal our wounds. Our private pain ends up in public places. This takes forgiveness. There is a residue, an accumulation of failure.
She referenced Bell Hooks' quote (bell hooks - Wikipedia) about facing exhaustion when seeking to answer your calling. She spoke to community and collective wisdom. As racialized people, we were taught to distrust each other, police each other and not to honor ourselves. Women need to learn how to be compassionate with ourselves and connect with each other, to disagree without disconnecting. Elevation is about rising in who you are. You are taught how to make decisions in the midst of rejection and ridicule. The courses have strategies for peace, pleasure and self-liberation and not settle for the life you learnedto live.
SharRon learned that she was playing small. She learned to find her invisible prisons. She was so scared of going to hell, she was living in hell on Earth. She was in the cage of conformity, the straight jacket of the status quo. She now lives in the AND (Another New Dimension).
A preacher's kid, SharRon learned to navigate by faking, lying and suffering. She lived in duplicity. It was anxiety-provoking. She became estranged to her family. She came to know it is better to be hated for who you are than to be loved for who you are not.
She had many mystical moments like when her father was ordained, when she's teaching, when she found God in a mosque, when her son graduated, and when she was ordained. Those pivotal times were not only mental connections or emotional connections, but in her body.

Rev. Celeste's guest is Leadership Development Coach, DEI Facilitator, Author, Workshop Presenter and Coach, Glodean Champion (GlodeanChampion.com). She helps her clients to move from where they are to where they want to be.
Glodean's book is entitled "Salmon Croquettes". It is a novel about a 12-year old girl navigating through her sexuality. Glodean holds book readings where she also cooks a salmon croquettes meal! She does this as an homage to her mother who made them weekly.
Ms. Champion became an educator after a career in mid-management corporate environments. She went where Spirit led her, and she loves teaching. After George Floyd died, she was led to do something to help. She knew she could give love, be love and teach love. She would tell people in Monterey that she loves them and paying forward in restaurants. After encouraging people to love themselves, she realized that she needs to love herself.
The personal development work came from looking inward and being able to protect and take better care of herself. She knew she wasn't alone in giving to others while forgetting who we are. She started posting on social media and people would ask how. She realized that she should do the work. The personal development work and the DEI work became her focus in the last few months. She has been building her coaching work and attracting many more clients.
Glodean grew up in the church but found that the people who were telling her to do things were hypocrites. She finally found Rev. Joan Steadman (https://www.agapebayarea.com) in the 90's at Oakland Center for Spiritual Living and had a transformational moment. It made sense to her and made a big change in the way she moved through the world.
Glodean is also a Six Sigma Black Belt. Six Sigma is a quality and process improvement methodology. It eliminates variation and therefore defects. In Lean Six Sigma, the objective is to eliminate waste. Glodean pays attention to the people and not just the process. She was chosen to do the work because she had good relationships and got things done. Glodean supports management in trusting people and empowering them. It moves people from "me" thinkers to "we" thinkers. Pete, who trained her, was truly a leader because he didn't make her feel bad for making a mistake. He helped her course correct in a way that was supportive.
Glodean found her birth family this year. Her 16-year old birth parents were in love and allowed her adoptive mother to have her because they knew she was going to love her and take care of her. Her mother was one of 36 single Black women who was able to adopt at that time. (https://www.childwelfare.gov/topics/adoption/nam/)
Glodean shares Love messages on social media platforms. It started with the George Floyd, Ahmaud Arbery, Breanna Taylor murders. She felt we give nonsense so much power. When one recognizes Love, they wouldn't act that way. She chooses to help people who are willing, to love.
Her upcoming webinar is DEI Done Differently on November 16th. Get more information about it here: DEI Done Differently | Glodean Champion
Glodean is on LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram.

Rev. Celeste's guest is recovery coach, author, renown vocalist, speaker, and recording artist, Ester Nicholson (Ester Nicholson – Recovery Coach • Author • Speaker • Recording Artist (wordpress.com). As a vocalist, she has worked with Rod Stewart, Bette Midler, Brenda Russell, Al Green, Faith Hill, Beyonce, Carol King, Barbara Streisand and many others.
Ester's story is about a girl who wanted to be accepted. She didn't feel that she was good enough, and that she didn't belong. She smoked marijuana with the kids. She got pregnant at the age of 16. She also was addicted to the attention of men. Her father died. And she wanted to feel safe. Then, she got introduced to and addicted to crack cocaine for 6 years. She had to give up her daughter for two years so she would not drag her in the streets in the middle of the night looking for crack - because she couldn't stop.
Ester became afraid of living that demeaning life. When she decided to go into recovery, she used the 12 steps to establish a relationship with God. On November 1st, she will be sober for 35 years.
Ester made a decision to turn her will and her life over to the care of a Power greater than her - God. The God of her father, the Baptist minister, of her mother and community wasn't personal to her. She knew she had to get "home" to God. Something in her soul was remembering who she was. The spiritual principles of the 12 steps (What are the Twelve Steps and Twelve Traditions of AA? (alcoholicsanonymous.com) allowed her to have a personal relationship with God. She had a spiritual experience that transformed her life. She was God.
She started to release the energy that was blocking her from that experience. She discovered that she had to keep going deeper. A lady she sponsored invited her to Agape. Ester started taking classes at Agape (Agape Live – AgapeLive). Ester came to understand God was in her and was her. That education and being around that consciousness shifted her. Ester was led to bridge the gap between metaphysical teachings and the 12 steps of recovery. She became a licensed spiritual practitioner (What is a CSL Licensed Practitioner? - Spiritual Development) and she has been now for 26 years.
One must be in alignment with God rather than rely on other people's jargon and dogma. Ester has to check in a few times a week to remain in alignment with God. She is a testimony of what is possible when you make yourself available to God.
Ester's book: "Soul Recovery: 12 Keys to Healing Addiction" follows the 12 steps. Step one says when one's life has become unmanageable, allow yourself to be divinely guided and directed. The first key is to get out of your own way. The second key is to be restored to your True Self. You can find the book and more about Ester at estermail.com and her community there. And you can also find the book on Amazon (Soul Recovery - 12 Keys to Healing Dependence: The 12 Steps for the Rest of Us—a Path to Wholeness, Serenity and Success).
Ester was terrified with the 11th step because it required her to meditate. Once she did, it was orgasmic and she was hooked. She later became mindful of her attitude outside of meditation.
Ester has written a few songs that came through divine inspiration in meditation.
Ester will be part of "Celebrating Our Soul" in August 2022.

Rev. Celeste discusses her personal beliefs about the journey of the soul, acquiring wisdom and life in this dimension. She shares what she has learned from her self-reflection about bias and how it colors her perception of the mundane activities of living. She references thoughts from Emilie Cady (H. Emilie Cady - Wikipedia), Ernest Holmes (Ernest Holmes - Wikipedia) and Emma Curtis Hopkins (Emma Curtis Hopkins - Wikipedia). She uses the imagery of running a race to achieve her soul's goals. And she invites us to pray for someone rather than reacting to their behavior. She reminds us that our triggers come from the places within us that need healing.
She reflects on her ministry as part of day-to-day living and examines whether her loyalty is to God or to ego. She invites us to recognize that if I have a problem with someone, it's me that has the problem. She tells us that prayer is not simply being a beneficial presence for another, but as a means to heal ourselves. Rev. Celeste shares that her sermons are not simply for the person in the pew, but for herself.
Celeste shares how she was startled by her own behavior by not being a blessing to someone, but being a barrier to them. She explores hypocrisy in terms of unconscious responses that diminish any creation of God. Rev. Celeste suggests examining where our allegiance is. Is your loyalty to a value or to your ego? She shares that one does not lose anxiety or become immune to challenges just because you are in ministry.
She invites us to consider whether or not we have an addiction to being upset. Celeste shares that it is important to be grateful. When you respond in a negative way to someone's behavior, you are standing in the need of prayer. She requests prayer from spiritual colleagues and friends who study A Course in Miracles (acim.org), Unity (Unity | A Positive Path for Spiritual Living), and Religious Science (Religious Science - Wikipedia) teachings.
As a result, Celeste realized that we can be more kind to ourselves. She opines that being kind to ourselves and forgiving ourselves is counterculture to the United States culture, which feels punitive. We have been conditioned to punish someone who does something we do not approve of them doing. We find many ways to separate ourselves from each other e.g., race, sexuality, gender or political parties and more. Yet, we have one Source.
Rev. Celeste reminds us that Spirit is a living energy. Gott and Elohim (Elohim - Wikipedia) are names for God, but she prefers Elohim because it means "the living one" and Spirit is a Living Energy. She sometimes calls Her Divine Mother. Rev. Celeste finds it humorous that Divine Mother created us so uniquely different - in and out of religiosity, purity, pro-life, or pro-choice.
Jesus the Christ asked God to forgive them for they know not what they do. We do not know when we are being judgmental, isolationists, or accusers who try to determine who is right, worthy or good. We deflect, minimize and judge ourselves. We can be so afraid of our Light, that we put ourselves in darkness as punishment. Other people are not the problem; fear is the problem. We have the victory because we are made out of Love. That's all Jesus was saying! Love wins. There is no opposite to love. Fear only has the power we give it. We have the victory!
Rev. Celeste's poem is entitled "The Victory".

Rev. Celeste's guest is Robert Raymond Riopel, an international best selling author, app designer, entrepreneur and a trainer who has traveled the world inspiring people to tap into their greatness. His clues open others to the possibilities that lie within them.
He was taught that working hard for a company and staying for 25 years and being loyal would lead to financial stability. He learned that wasn't really true. However, after a lot of stumbling, bumbling, making mistakes and learning, and with amazing people who wouldn't let him play small, he found a way to be happy, successful and financially prosperous.
He kept losing jobs and the only jobs left in Alberta, Canada were delivering pizzas. He soon became a manager, his wife became his assistant, and they worked from sun up to sundown daily. They qualified to be a franchisee. They got 100% financing, but they didn't know how to run a business. They were spending more than they were earning. Over $150,000 in personal debt, he was in deep financial stress. They went to a three-day training with T. Harv Eker and took ownership of their debt. As a result, they got out of debt in nine months.
Robert found that his passion was teaching. T. Harv Eker (www.harveker.com) made Robert his first protege', and Robert learned to train people. Robert has trained over a half a million people on these principles. In 2005, T. Harv Eker wrote his book "Secrets of the Millionaire Mind". If you buy the package, one would get 50 copies of the book. It's how he became a bestseller the week the book came out.
Rev. Celeste heard Robert talking on Mindvalley (www.mindvalley.com) about VITAL. VITAL is a master key that can open any door. V is for virtuoso. Being T. Harv's assistant, Robert was serving by doing menial tasks for him with a smile. Become a virtuoso (by learning) and be of service. I is for making an impression. T. Harv asked Robert if he was ready to take over at the end because he made an impression on T. Harv. T stands for tractable. You have to be teachable. A is for Attitude. He keeps a gratitude journal and writes in it daily. COVID has given him deep connections with people he hasn't talked to in years. While doing the gratitude journal, he would think of a person and leave them messages about a memory that changed his life. It didn't matter whether or not they responded. He suggests reaching out to three people a day asking people how they are. Be present in that conversation. That connection may help someone. L is for loyal. Be loyal to your own dreams. Don't give up on yourself.
Robert loves to teach. And he's forgiven himself numerous times. He suggests that we learn to be more gentle with ourselves. If you can't love yourself, you can't love others, and you become needy. Appreciate people for who they are and that is a reflection of how you view yourself. People will be attracted to you, not who they want you to be.
Robert suggests that you courageously allow life to live you. You get to decide how to respond when crap happens. He overworked and he ended up having three back surgeries. When a dog attacked him, he realized that he wouldn't have been able to use his gift if the dog had reached his jugular. He didn't get angry. He got the lesson that everything happens for a reason and that reason is there to serve me. It gives you the ability to respond favorably.
Go to robertriopel.com and download the full digital copy of "Success Left a Clue". He invites you to not let the book sit, but take the actions suggested and become successful. Your life will be elevated to a new level.

Rev. Celeste's guest is Petia Kolibova. She helps women who have been playing it small because of toxic relationships or unhealed childhood trauma. Her mission is to help women move through their limiting beliefs and internal blocks, so they can do what they want to do, and serve other women in a powerful way.
Petia grew up in the Czech Republic where her father was abusive. She later became suicidal and attempted to take her life because she believed what others told her about who she is.
Louise Hay (www.Louise Hay.com) saved her life because when Petia was 28, she was considering suicide again, but she knew something needed to change. Petia Googled learned how to overcome suicidal thoughts and her eating disorder. She found Louise Hay's information about affirmations and self-love. She started to listening to her and Joe Dispenza (www.DrJoeDispenza.com) and Tony Robbins (www.tonyrobbins.com). They gave her hope that it can get better.
Petia said the positive affirmations cannot be just words you say. Louise Hay invited her to go to the mirror and say "I love you". She guided her to say "I am willing and open to accept myself." She learned how to use believable affirmations. When one says I'm a millionaire and you can't pay rent, the subconscious mind will say, that's not true. She came to use phrases that she can believe like "I am always taken care of" or "I am always guided". Petia uses affirmations when she is focusing on something. The practice will change our feelings and those feelings will determine the thoughts we have; and that will determine the steps we take and the results we have.
Petia left the corporate world and took her life back. She had an inner feeling that there must be something more and I'm not living it. She felt suffocated and that she was not living her truth. She was always guided. When she didn't listen, she was kicked forward to something better. She believes that God will always leave the bread crumbs for you to follow. She knew she had to be radically honest with herself.
She had too many opinions people didn't like, so she was fired from her job. Her basic bills were not covered. She was at a low point. Petia was left with no money, so she helps women to plan. She started a social media marketing agency with two clients. The Universe guided her along every step of the way. She learned to listen to what feels right and true.
Petia made a shift when she started her spiritual personal development. She was on her knees crying. She knew she didn't want to live like that. She noticed different progressive nudges. She saw how she was treated. She divorced her unfaithful husband. She decided not to settle for a job where she is not appreciated.
Petia always knew she was meant for more. Petia loves doing in-person work. She is moving to Tulum, Mexico and hosting a retreat on 11-11-2021 for men and women with her husband, who coaches men. She works with women one-on-one with their transformations. She has an online mini course called "Unapologetically Worthy" (Mini course (thinkific.com)) for those who are not ready to work with a mentor one-on-one. She helps women to build a strong foundation of self-love and worthiness. She has a course about abundance for people who want to deepen their relationship with money (Manifest Money Effortlessly Freebie (thinkific.com)).

Rev. Celeste's guest is Dr. Alison Kay, a pioneer in the field of energy medicine and holistic thriving. She is a master mind-body Energy Medicine practitioner, and yoga & meditation teacher for more than 25 years. Dr. Kay founded the Vibrational UPgrade™️ System. She was the host of Voice America’s Empowerment channel, called Create Your Best Life Ever.
Dr. Kay is the author of the award-winning book What If There’s Nothing Wrong, and two international best-sellers Vibrational UPgrade: A Conspiracy For Your Bliss – Easing Humanity’s Evolutionary Transition and Reasonable Dragons: How to Activate the Field of Possibilities Where Logical Magic Is the New Normal which was an international best-seller within 48-hours of its release. Her fourth international best-seller is also on Amazon.com: The Dragon Master Creatrix: Conversations with a Female Spiritual Teacher for these New Times: 9781950075256: Kay PhD, Alison, Marks, Philip S, Marks, Ginger: Books
Dr. Alison discovered energy connection as a small child in the woods near her home. She allowed the connection to grow. As a teen, she attempted to be a psychology major, but found that the teacher was not teaching people how to become the happiest and most thriving versions of ourselves.
She took her first yoga and personal training classes soon after. She moved to San Francisco and was reading I Ching (The Complete I Ching — 10th Anniversary Edition: The Definitive Translation by Taoist Master Alfred Huang: Huang, Taoist Master Alfred: 9781594773860: Amazon.com: Books) by the age of 19 and doing Native American Medicine Wheel work soon after. She realized that to become happiest is by approaching it with spirit.
In the ancient wisdom (Maya, Celtic, etc.) work, she has learned there is resonance - one source beyond them all. She learned directions, honoring tree wisdom, honoring the tobacco plant, honoring plant medicine as representations of the divine and gained a new appreciation for the mystical and how to use it for the benefit of the community and the Earth.
She applies energy medicine in the UPgrade system to cut the mind-body automatic triggers and she extrapolates out the old patterns to develop new neurological pathways for new choices for permanent change. She then uses applied mindfulness using yoga and meditation.
Dr. Alison is affiliated with Buddhism and the Goddess. She has visited the Black Madonna. She trains the teachings of the Goddess. She brings out the power of the Divine Feminine and the Divine Masculine to remove old toxicity. She helps women empower themselves.
They discussed the Divine Feminine for a bit.
Some women go out of their body to access the Divine Feminine, but the energy is in the body. When they allow themselves to connect with the womb and solar plexus, the is an energy change in relationships and health.

Rev. Celeste discusses the Black Madonna. This Goddess has revealed Herself in a plethora of ways - including her powerful energy. Some expressions and historical data of this Divine Feminine are discussed in this episode. Her paintings and statues can be found all over the world and date back to antiquity (Black Madonna - Wikipedia). Her popular expressions are personified through Our Lady of Guadalupe (Our Lady of Guadalupe - Wikipedia) and Our Lady of Czestochowa (Black Madonna of Częstochowa - Wikipedia). Her earliest expressions are through African goddesses like Isis (The Black Madonna: Isis and The Magdalene: Book IV of The Five Books of Isis ... - Glenn Bogue - Google Books) and Oshun (Oshun - Wikipedia),
She reveals to us the many dimensions of the Divine Feminine in nature, and as vulnerability, emerging sexuality, biology and our flowering. The Divine Feminine has been reaching out to Rev. Celeste and Her Energy has her attention. The miracles have not only shown up around the world but in her life as well.
Lives have been saved through the Black Madonna as discussed in Allesandro Belloni's book ((12) Healing Journeys with the Black Madonna - YouTube) and experiences. In antiquity, we have Her expressions through Astarte, Ishtar (Ishtar | Goddess, Worship, & Facts | Britannica), the Queen Sheba (Queen of Sheba - Wikipedia) and through the daughter of Jesus, Sarah (Jesus bloodline - Wikipedia), to name a few.
After the resurrection, the story is that Mary of Magdala and Jesus, Joseph of Arithmea, the three Mary's, Jesus' brother and the children of Jesus and Mary of Magdala crossed the Mediterranean Sea to the Rome Delta. Though hidden, stories from the Cathar region of France ( Bérenger Saunière and the Treasure of Rennes-le-Château in the South of France (sacredmysterytours.com) reveal 12 female disciples as well. Little is known about the children of Jesus because people would not accept the humanity of Jesus, preferring to deify him rather than to acknowledge his Divine Power. Gods and goddesses are depicted in present day as superheroes and fiction while the Divine Energy is within us all.
It is said that when the Black Madonnas rise, they will bring back fruit to the tree of life and to Earth. We need that now. When they return, they may not be garbed in an ornate fashion or with a child on the lap, but with the energy of passion and the zest for life. Though she has been distorted in writing, she is deeply connected with the Earth.
Her primeval power will not be repressed and will continue to reincarnate until it is integrated in society. The Sacred Feminine can be seen in the violent outbursts in nature. We have the mastery and primeval power of the Black Madonna. We can wield the healing presence of her daughter, Sarah (Saint Sarah - Wikipedia) to be beneficial to life on this planet. When we recognize this Power, we can recreate the Earth because she is so intrinsically part of us.

Rev. Celeste's guest today is Rev. D. Jacquelyn Edwards, an ordained Centers for Spiritual Living (CSL) minister. Rev. D. Jacquelyn served as the senior minister/spiritual director of the First Church of Religious Science - Vallejo. She is an instructor at Holmes Institute (Home - Holmes Institute). She is on the Spiritually Motivated Socially Engaged (SMSE) council as a path to justice and peace.
SMSE is the vocal arm of the Spiritual Leader of Centers for Spiritual Living (About Us - Centers for Spiritual Living (csl.org)). Centers for Spiritual Living's vision is to create a world that works for everyone. SMSE encourages the CSL communities to treat (pray) and take action as well to serve that vision.
Rev. D. Jacquelyn is a team member of the Juneteenth Symposium, "Honoring Freedom" (https://www.honoringfreedom.website/schedule) When she arrived in California, she wasn't aware of Juneteenth (Juneteenth - Wikipedia). "Honoring Freedom" will reveal wisdom through the presenters. The event takes place on June 18th and 19th. It is a virtual celebration of Freedom and a fundraiser for "Celebrating Our Soul", an all New Thought Conference where all will come together and celebrate the African contribution to these United States. We seek to both heighten the African-American presence in New Thought and share New Thought to people of African Descent. We can bring all of who we are to this New Thought Movement.
The Celebrating Our Soul Conference by People of African Descent will be at Unity Village in Missouri, in August of 2022. Rev. Celeste is a co-chair of the Program Team for this event.
After working in the Civil Rights Movement, D. Jacquelyn knew that business acumen, strong program-based education and skills were necessary, so she studied public administration. Her mother and Rev. Ernie Forks (an early minister at East Bay Church [ebcrs.org]) taught her about Religious Science. In the book, "What Color Is Your Parachute?" (Bolles, Richard N., Brooks EdD, Katharine: 9781984857866: Amazon.com: Books), she noticed ministers, social workers and teachers were in the same corner - service. It was a natural flow for her.
While studying for ministry, D. Jacquelyn's class made an impact that resulted in the establishment of a CSL Diversity Commission. The class discussion on race was explosive. As a result, in 2011, CSL leadership reformatted the annual conference to include more African-American speakers and an educational component on diversity. D. Jacquelyn presented Shakti Butler's (About | World Trust (world-trust.org)) work and some walked out. Nine years later at a minister's conference, Shakti Butler was received as a resounding success.
Rev. Celeste shared what the visioning process is Amazon.com: Life Visioning: 9781622030507): Beckwith, Michael: Books.
D. Jacquelyn's ministry is "Platinum Butterfly". Platinum is a strong metal and butterflies travel on the wind. They move through the world with ease and grace. Her ministry includes counseling, helping communities form their vision and mission statements and organizational development. Platinum Butterfly Ministries commits to "pollinating the spiritual core of individuals, groups and corporations."

Rev. Celeste's guest is Licensed and Ordained Visionary Leader, Rev. Jerry Hobby. Rev. Jerry is a Speaker and coach, who supports many. She develops vibrant programs that are insightful and grow people. Rev. Jerry teaches life-enhancing principles. Rev. Jerry's ministry is Spiritual Enlightenment and Truth. Jerry believes that we have enlightening experiences daily. The enlightenment is to remember that we are constantly evolving. Her experience was a closure to a happy life. Sadness followed and the experience ended in a painful way. A question emerged: "What's next?"
Working with Spirit allowed her to open up to something greater, Spiritual Enlightenment and Truth Focus Ministry. Her work was to heal her mind and body. She sat with sacred healers and exercised different modalities. She grounded herself in the teachings of Religious Science. Jerry discovers Spirit by deepening her practice. Over a year and a half, she worked through the experiences in her body through chi gong.
Rev. Jerry is a dedicated member of the planning team for "Honoring Freedom" (honoringfreedom.website), coming up on June 18th and 19th, 2021. Rev. Jerry shared that she is on the team for a couple of reasons. Her ministry is about opening up to greater good. Vested in the vision of being a healing presence for people of African descent, she is on the Celebrating Our Soul planning team, a conference by People of African Descent New Thought Conference. Unity, Centers for Spiritual Living, Hillside, Agape and other New Thought entities are all represented here. "Celebrating Our Soul "takes place August 11-14, 2022. She is on the visioning team of Celebrating Our Soul. With Rev. Celeste, Rev. Jerry is among the CSL ministers and practitioners who are interested in funding the vision of Celebrating Our Soul came together to co-create "Honoring Freedom". It is a dynamic program that is supportive to anyone who attends. Attendees will receive tools to move through stressors and accumulated trauma. Rev. Jerry wants to know the children will be able to bring their light to the world.
Rev. Jerry is doing spiritual practice during "Honoring Freedom". Spiritual Enlightenment and Truth focus ministry is one of the sponsors of the event. This ministry engages people in spiritual practice. The Powering Peace group meets on a weekly basis. Powering Peace was borne out of the Season for Nonviolence (Seasons for Peace and Nonviolence | AGNT). This ministry also has an app. It is called "The Prayerful Heart" app. You can get this app on Google Play, the Apple store or at seatfm.org
You can download the app to receive prayers or send in your prayer request.
They are ready and willing to pray with you.
On Sundays, they have a program called "The Sunday Power Talk and Prayer". Members of the community are welcome to join them at 7:30 am Pacific Time. There is a quick talk and prayer. There are daily morning meditations. Currently, they are working with a 45-day Ernest Holmes gratitude journal. Everyone can have a mystical moment with Spirit. Rev. Rev. Celeste's guest is Rev. Dr. Sheila McKeithen, the president of Universal Foundation for Better Living (ufbl.org). Rev. Sheila succeeded her mentor, the Rev. Mary Tumpkin. Johnnie Colemon (Johnnie Colemon - Wikipedia) founded UFBL. Sheila is the third president of this 40+-year young organization. Dr. Sheila was invited by Les Brown to attend the Universal Truth Center for Better Living. She heard Mary preach and she knew she had to come back. Mary was studying to become a minister with Johnnie Colemon and Helen Carry (Christ Universal Temple 'living legend' Rev. Dr. Helen Ward Carry dies - ABC7 Chicago).
Sheila saw what Mary was trying to do and she thought it was so important that she had to help her. Something in Sheila took over and decided to pursue ministry. Sheila was on a different track - as an undercover cop, then a law student, then an attorney. Mary asked Rev. Sheila to go to Jamaica for six months. Sheila has started her 26th year of ministry.
Mary taught Rev. Sheila the importance of study so that you spoke from the overflow of what you had gleaned. You should be so full of the God Wisdom that it overflows. Always keep the well full with study.
Rev. Sheila is the Senior Minister of the Universal Center of Truth in Jamaica. Jamaica has more churches per capita than any place in the world, and they are not New Thought churches. She sees progression with the seeds she has planted. She is grateful. But this was not the first New Thought ministry in Jamaica. Unity of Jamaica was there. Temple of Light Religious Science, pastored by Rev. Dr. Elma Lumsden was there.
Sheila defied the odds when a doctor told her she had six days to live. Sheila knew the principles could be applied. She used her books, the lessons she learned and she did her spiritual work. She realized that the body is in the Mind and everything took care of itself. Her roommates saw the affirmations in her room and they all went home before her. She realized later that she was there to be a healing influence. She had the faith that whatever happened, she would never be afraid. If you can look death in the face and say you're nothing, everything else is nothing too.
Rev. Sheila hears God saying "Stop listening to everyone else and listen to me."
Sheila McKeithen remains a licensed attorney. Anyone can be a guardian ad litem for a child who is in the court system. The youth she has supported through the guardian ad litem program and the Big Sister program are doing well. Rev. Sheila is working with the schools helping to provide tablets and get support for the kids.
Rev. Sheila's highest vision for New Thought is that we will learn what New Thought is so that we are not apologizing for who we are and how we show up. We are not just a positive thinking movement. The nature of God is good and God is everywhere equally present as that Good! You have to have a core principle from which you work - in order to not be moved by the circumstances of life!

Rev. Celeste's guest is Rev. Marie Kirkland. Rev. Marie is a licensed minister with the Centers for Spiritual Living. She is the Founder and Spiritual Director of Living Aligned Virtual Ministry (www.livingalignedvirtualministry.org). Living with an open heart, she inspires sacred conversations that lead to self-discovery. And she facilitates classes that evoke curiosity and empowers individuals to live aligned and forward.
Living Aligned means being at home in your own life, not betraying any part of yourself. We need to live our whole life in a way that we can deepen relationships (especially with ourselves and with the God of our understanding).
The Living Aligned community has several circles. One is a Spiritual Thought and Leadership Circle - a sacred space for New Thought ministers to come together in conscious leadership to expand and grow together. Other circles are called Living Aligned, Finding Your Voice, Aligning our Body Temple and Spiritual Pathways.
Living Aligned is an online community where people can create their own experience. They have sacred conversations every Tuesday.
Marie is a contributing author to the Amazon Best Selling book, "Speaking Your Truth" (https://www.amazon.com/Speaking-Your-Truth-Courageous-Inspiring-ebook/dp/B005LIDUGW/ref=sr_1_16?). This book is a collaboration where several authors came together. Rev. Marie's contribution is a chapter entitled "Ready to Listen Now". She was working as a manager, mothering via Bluetooth, putting out fires, arranging to attend the kid's concert or game when she had a certain feeling in her chest. She left to go to an urgent care facility. They sent her to the hospital immediately. In the back of the ambulance, she said "I'm ready to listen now". It was a catalyst for change for her.
She uses mindfulness as a way of being. She has monk mode in the morning. She does the dailies and spends time in the silence. She does her spiritual practice, such as meditation or journaling, etc. She does her deep work here. In her schedule, she leaves space between appointments to breathe into it. Her health has certainly improved and she is conscious to keep it that way. This path of discovery has been her body temple.
Her next book is "Doing Less to Become More".
Marie is now working on her doctorate in Spiritual Psychology. In her research, her question is where is the gap in what we currently know? She is an advocate for spiritual communities to live aligned, eliminating burnout for first responders, ministers, social workers, teachers. She is learning the best practices to do that.
Marie has served the World Ministry of Prayer in the past and they have a ministry of prayer at Living Aligned. You can submit prayer requests at livingalignedvirtualministry.org and licensed spiritual practitioners will pray for you.
Rev. Marie has a podcast called "Living Aligned Living Forward" (Living Aligned Living Forward with Marie Kirkland on Apple Podcasts). This podcast is an intimate conversation with the guest (spiritual leaders and cultural creatives) and asking how they are living aligned. What are the lessons have they learned? Sometimes, we bump up against ourselves when we are in an intersection with Truth before us, paradox behind us and fear and faith. REv. Celeste will be on an upcoming episode on that podcast.

Rev. Celeste interviews Rev. Karen Fry, one of the Spiritual Leaders of Centers for Spiritual Living, Dallas. She's a Science of Mind minister who has a genuine love for all life. Rev. Karen is known for her prosperity consciousness and she is committed to living an abundant life!
Karen's father taught her that nothing was hers. She gets to have the energy - the current of life. Money is an expression of this current. She gets to play with this limitless expression. There cannot be a limit in the money. In the 2008 recession, she made more money than she's ever made in her life selling a medical device using spiritual principles. She had a no ceiling income and later became a salaried minister. She did not see herself as limited because she is vigilant in keeping her consciousness aware of unlimited possibilities. She has an e-course called "Money is God in Action". We have to uproot the lies of the past and place our focus on living limitless.
Rev. Celeste mentioned Edwene Gaines (https://edwenegaines.wwwhubs.com), who is a prosperity teacher who walks on fire. Karen watched her colleagues in Asheville, NC walk on fire and it was so transformative that she brought the instructor to Dallas. She realized this is for her. She went to Tolly Burkan (tollyburkan.com), who trained Tony Robbins to firewalk, and learned to firewalk from a spiritual perspective because she wants to help people break through barriers. Karen is a certified fire walking instructor.
In New Zealand, she bungee jumped off a bridge knowing that the Universe's umbilical cord has her. She saw an energy of lights and held the vision that all is well. It was very freeing. She wants us to know not to let fear stop us, knowing That which is greater than me can do anything.
Rev. Karen Fry discovered she had breast cancer seven months after accepting a position as co-spiritual leader and moving to Dallas. Karen used all of her spiritual tools and did a big universal "no" to the cancer. The cancer went away as she forgave herself and moved deeper into loving herself. She asked for the lesson, and rose above the statistics to became cancer-free. Once she fell inlove with herself, she found the love of her life, Rev. Dr. Petra Weldes.
Karen started a "Be Love - Pass It On" movement in 2014 after a meditation where she realized that she came here to be boundless love. She made wristbands and t-shirts. It went over really well with teens and others. She continues to ask the question, how can I be love in this moment?
The Science of Mind Archives in Colorado has a lot of history and information about spiritual principle. Karen became a member of the board in order for the teachings of Ernest Holmes to last (scienceofmindarchives.com).
Rev. Karen is involved with Faith Forward Dallas, an organization that started with Imam Omar Suleiman and AME pastor, Rev. Michael Waters. People come from different faiths and traditions to stand together. Starting with the muslim ban, they have stood together at Botham Jean's murder, removed confederate statues in Dallas and gone to the border to support child immigrants with Rev. William Barber. The four areas of focus are immigration, racial equity, gun sense and unsheltered housing solutions.
She finds magic in her life when she is photographing wildlife. It's the closest thing to oneness as she looks through the lens of love at nature. She also finds magic in her 11-month young granddaughter watching her be excited about life in such a pure and joyful way. Karen finds magic in traveling with Petra.

Rev, Celeste's guest is Rev. Ruth Littlejohn, a Religious Science minister, a leadership and spiritual coach, who specializes in personal development and is a diversity practitioner. Ruth presents workshops as well.
Rev. Ruth is a calming presence who helps to reduce stress and create a safe environment. Rev. Ruth grew up in a traditional church. She was born before her mother was married, so she carried herself as a sin. It wasn't until years later when she walked into a Science of Mind center (scienceofmind.com) in Philadelphia that she was set free. She took a class that told her there was nothing she could do that would have her not be whole, perfect and magnificent. She realized that if she does the work and continues to study, she can live in Heaven now.
Ruth was successful in the business arena. But after she became awakened to her magnificence, she recognized barriers to bringing her whole self to work. Around 2000, she chose to do work differently.
Known as a client whisperer, her clients feel heard and safe. The way that Ruth energizes is being quiet and alone and listening.
If graded, Ruth would give the U.S. a "C" in diversity. In inclusivity, the U.S. would receive a "D", an "F" in equity and a "D" in justice. We've put people in place, but people are not being treated appropriately. We can get better in touch with internalized racism. She works with Champion Fleming in doing racial circles. Ruth gives people the experience for them to get in touch with what's going on, and gives them practices to help them change. She is holding the space for them to get in touch with their greatness.
We've done the window dressing. Now it's time for structural change. How can we move past our supremacy roots and unravel that? Rev. Ruth thinks we need to forgive ourselves and the country. Then, we need to give reparations. There are some outstanding debts that have got to be paid, and that may include education and mental health. South Africa had significant conversations that helped their healing.
Dr. Martin Luther King, Vernon Jordan (Vernon Jordan - Wikipedia), and John Lewis (John Lewis - Wikipedia) did great work but we need to heal the wound now. That will make a difference for us.
Ruth is a personal development junkie doing things like Landmark, sweat lodges (Sweat lodge - Wikipedia), and fire walking. An adventuress, Ruth did the fire walk with Tony Robbins group (tonyrobbinsfirewalk.com) to relight the passion within her. She believes you can push yourself without measuring yourself with others. She helps people to develop and sustain a spiritual practice. We need to let something go in order to create a space for the spiritual practice.
There were no women ministers in her family, so it took her a while to accept her ministry even after graduating with a ministerial degree. As the result of visioning, Ruth moved to Virginia Beach and started the Hampton Roads Center for Spiritual Living. After five years, she was complete and resigned in 2018. Rev. Victoria Thomas came from Agape to become their minister. The center left CSL (csl.org) and became Agape East (agapeeast.org).
Ruth was taught to go to school to get a good job, and one must work harder to prevail. Now she knows she doesn't have to work hard, and that she is more than enough.

Rev. Celeste discusses Love. She begins with mentioning the song "I've Got Love on My Mind" by Natalie Cole (Natalie Cole - I've Got Love On My Mind Lyrics | AZLyrics.com). But she doesn't speak of longing or romance. She does speak of feeling confident expressing Love. The motivating factor of being loved can put us in a mindset of trading love. She is not speaking about the method of loving or the way one wants to be treated, which appear to be conditional or ego-based. Love is unconditional by nature.
She speaks about the energy of Love. She references the Dalai Lama (https://www.bing.com/images/search?q=Dalai+Lama+%2b+how+well+did+you+love&qpvt=Dalai+Lama+%2b+how+well+did+you+love&FORM=IGRE) asking how well did you love? Being in touch with Love is to be in touch with Spirit. Spirit is Love.
She explores loving unconditionally. Fear gets in the way of loving. Trust is a key ingredient in actively loving. She talks about feeling safe or unsafe. Rev. Celeste references the bible quote: "Perfect Love casts out all fear" (1 John 4:18 NIV - There is no fear in love. But perfect - Bible Gateway) and she talks about loving from a distance. You are lovable. Even betrayal cannot cause me to stop loving you. We must not rely on behavior as a condition for loving.
She references the "A Course in Miracles" quote about anger and separation: "Anger always involves projection of separation which must ultimately be accepted as one's responsibility" (A Course In Miracles - Text: Chapter 6 - Introduction (acimi.com)). No one can "make you mad". We somehow believe that we can be attacked. To separate, one must be afraid. We must have a belief that we are destructible. What you believe is what you will teach by how you live your life.
She quotes Howard Thurman on love from his poem, "The Greatest of These": "The fruit it bears sustains the nerve...breaks the chain of fear... condemns the things that shrink the soul... (For the Inward Journey: The Writings of Howard Thurman - Howard Thurman - Google Books). Love is precious, intrinsic and is in the texture of our nature.
She quotes Ernest Holmes saying: this life is "dominated by love" (The Essential Ernest Holmes - Google Books) and states that, in our interactions, we notice love. And she quotes Ernest Holmes speaking of how we have not "interpreted the Light of Love running through life" . Love allows us to see. She also quotes Ernest Holmes saying "Love is at the center of man's being". Everything about us is governed by Love.
She quotes Rumi "If the Beloved is everything, the lover is a veil". God is Love.

Rev. Celeste's guest is Rev. Brian Akers. Rev. Brian has been involved in the New Thought Movement since 1992. Born and raised in California, Rev. Brian was raised by his single father. Growing up socio-economically near the bottom of the scale, and being a white male, he found the benefit of using his confrontational nature to approach things he cares about.
When Brian moved to Baltimore, it was around the time of the murder of Freddie Gray. This radicalized Brian to get involved with racial equity issues. He got involved with BUILD (Baltimoreans United In Leadership Development)(buildiaf.org) and crashed a Finance Committee meeting to get to meet with the City Council and the Sheriff Department around this issue. Realizing that he was raised in a hotbed of White supremacy, Brian began to look at the advantages he had and became aware of his remorse of his Whiteness.
He referenced prideful White folks who don't want to feel guilt or shame for racism. Brian took the time to become anti-racist (Being Antiracist | National Museum of African American History and Culture (si.edu)) and consciously remorseful, realizing the privilege he enjoys in his life. He invites others to discover their Whiteness but not to be thrust into a shame-filled guilt-ridden experience, but to be consciously remorseful. It's irrational not to explore the natural remorse.
Rev. Brian works with PATH (PATH IAF – People Acting Together in Howard), to cultivate power and drive policy. He works with Community Resources and Services in Howard County to do coat drives and count the number of homeless people. He also works Columbia Community Care (columbiacare.live) who helps to feed children at the schools. He likes to work with people who are directly addressing the community. He lobbies to organize things like affordable housing, and to get tax breaks for people on leased land. He seeks to drive policy to address a local need.
Rev. Brian has created a denomination called Oneness New Thought (onenessnt.org)). He loves the theology of Religious Science, but he wanted to create a religion of choice - not to be the only religion or the best religion or the right religion, but to have a specific religious approach to Religious Science principles. It's both a religion and a system for spiritual living. This denomination has four pillars: core principles, divine virtues, concepts of creation and immortality and specific spiritual practices . It has a supportive structure with accountability. He wanted and needed a place that was a community for himself that is built with both accessible articulation of what they believe and allows people to practice the faith in their own way. Their spiritual practices are prayer, reflection, meditation, envisioning, study, community and generosity.
He seeks conscious collaboration has studied conscious capitalism (2020 Home - Conscious Capitalism), built on generosity and having a higher purpose. He also works with the Howard County Association of Realtors (HCAR.org) and the Laurel Multiservice Center.
They also discuss capitalism and socialism. We are being taken care of my our Creator. We see tangible evidence of this through humanity.

Rev. Celeste A. Frazier presents a solo show discussing Freedom and Justice as divine qualities juxtaposed against freedom and justice in America . "My Country Tis of Thee" (America (My Country, 'Tis of Thee) - Wikipedia) is the both the backdrop and the title of her discourse.
Rev. Celeste A. Frazier is a natural-born citizen. Having lived in the United States as her home for over 63 years, she has noticed the hesitancy of many to accept Black people. She shares her life-long exploration of the meaning of freedom. Although there is much propagation that this country supports freedom, equality and justice for all, there is an abundance of suppression, bias and inequity.
Rev. Celeste recognizes Freedom as a spiritual quality graciously given to us by our Creator. Juxtaposing this Truth, she shares the story of Keyon Harold, a 14-year old, who was accosted and wrongfully accused by a White woman of stealing her phone. (Woman accused of attacking teen in NY hotel arrested after fleeing, boy's family speaks out - ABC News (go.com). Celeste questions the young man's emotional freedom as he is now in therapy.
Celeste looks at the hateful events that occurred in Washington, D.C. this week and wonders why the perpetrators felt free to bust out the windows of the Capital and violate precious places where Congress meets. She describes fear as the motivating emotion, not Love.
We share Creativity, another attribute of God, given to us to expand our spirit and gain a greater understanding of ourselves. Celeste shares her own personal challenge with her ego and the instinct to defend or retaliate. She references "A Course in Miracles" (acim.org) which invites us to forgive; but forgiveness may not be delayed while we are on our journey of learning. She indicates that we can take the injury and create a story, presume intentions, create a case and move further into separation - which is the opposite of Freedom and Oneness. She identifies fear as the culprit because the "attack" actually occurs in our minds.
Rev. Celeste questions what she would want to reconcile at her moment of death. She shares the trauma of being a Black woman contemplating the deaths of Breonna Taylor (Shooting of Breonna Taylor - Wikipedia) and Ahmaud Arbery (What We Know About the Shooting Death of Ahmaud Arbery - The New York Times (nytimes.com) while living in a White neighborhood alone.
Exploring isolation and exile, Rev. Celeste references Nelson Mandela (Nelson Mandela - Biographical - NobelPrize.org) and the Dalai Lama (Freedom in Exile - Wikipedia) and recognizes that we can only be free in our minds.
Celeste looks at the word "united" and wonders if she will see her country truly united in her lifetime. Once, she believed it had been achieved when President Barack Obama (Racism During Barack Obama Presidency - Washington Post) was elected, but that served to only stoke the division.
Celeste is grateful for the recent discoveries of loopholes and gaps in justice so those can be resolved.
She recognizes the journey of her soul is to trust and invites us to seek God in each other - all of us!
Rev. Celeste's poem is entitled "My Country Tis of Thee".

Rev. Celeste's guest is Rev. Jeffrey Kealoha Ryan, the Senior Minister and Spiritual Director of the Riverside Center for Spiritual Living (riversidecsl.org), and a social justice advocate. He seeks to connect deeply, live consciously and live fiercely. He and his husband, Ed Ryan, met at a spiritual class in Las Vegas, NV.
Riverside CSL is diverse and wanted to be more socially active. Rev. Jeffrey's passion came from his grandmother, who taught him compassion. Observing the constant caretaking, compassion and being in service was part of his family and the way they nurtured. He's always been an advocate of making things better. He's always had a sense of wanting to give back.
Shortly after Rev. Jeffrey came to the Riverside CSL community, it was just after the children were separated from their parents at the border. The Riverside community put together a vigil for "Families Belong Together" (https://www.familiesbelongtogether.org/) with the Riverside Resistance Revival Chorus and other interfaith organizations. Out of that, he works with Interfaith Movement for Human Integrity. They go to Adelanto Detention Center (http://adelanto-immigration-inmate-info.com/), the state's largest detention center. They accompany asylum seekers to help secure freedom, helping to secure bonds and doing vigils. Riverside's Social Justice program expanded into their neighbors who are experiencing homelessness, foster care, and foster youth. The intersectionality of those things have common roots. They work with other non-profit organizations.
Rev. Celeste remembers there being a homeless issue there when she was an intern there 15 years ago. Riverside is a Housing First city. They focus on getting residents into permanent housing. Rev. Jeffrey was one of the original board members of the Riverside chapter of Family Promise who helps family experiencing homelessness. (https://www.facebook.com/FamilyPromiseRiverside/). They also work with Path of Life, the largest local shelter/agency that provides wraparound services (https://www.homelessshelterdirectory.org/cgi-bin/id/shelter.cgi?shelter=11816). Now they have the Office of Homeless Solutions working with Path of Life, with congregations and the three universities in the area that have social work programs. The social work interns are being imbedded in the communities and providing outreach from within the communities themselves.
Riverside CSL has a social work intern from one of the universities. The intern is helping to create programs, find solutions and provide services. Riverside CSL sits in a neighborhood and is also right next to Fairmont Park (the largest park in the city). The intern is modifying the Riverside CSL campus to make it safer for their neighbors as well as for the neighbors experiencing homelessness.
They have been doing conscious conversations at Riverside CSL, a diverse and inclusive community. They work with Inland Congregations United for Change (https://icucpico.com/) and Time Done (https://timedone.org/) to support our brothers and sisters and siblings who have been impacted by the system and who have been released back into society, helping to support them with providing services, working on expungement issues and working to change policy and at the state and local level as well.
Rev. Celeste appreciates Rev. Jeffrey being an ally to her. Diversity and Inclusion was a part of his life growing up in Hawaii. He started his racial awareness work while teaching in a Japanese high school where there was overt and covert racism. He used the PBS documentary series, "Eyes on the Prize" with Japanese subtitles and using Jane Elliott's experiment giving them different colored arm bands to educate them on racial issues.
Rev. Celeste shares her poem entitled "We Belong to Each Other".

Rev. Derrick B, Wells, Senior Minister of Christ Universal Temple ("CUT") (cutemple.org) is our guest today on Mystic Magic. He and Rev. Celeste cover many topics including Derrick's redemption story from his journey as a young urban male. His naivety at that time that led him into a life of crime left when he started to meet the consequences of his decisions. His transformation came from changing his thinking. He so thoroughly changed himself, realigned his energy and rewired himself to follow the pull to his next greatest self.
During his time in the navy as a young man in his early 20's, he would lead Islamic prayers, and young couples would come to him for relationship advice and many shipmates came to him with their challenges. Derrick realized later in his life that his time in the military was laying the foundation for his ministry in counseling and coaching. Although leadership was natural for him, he didn't think he was gifted. He thought it was the way you were supposed to treat people.
Rev. Celeste and Rev. Derrick discussed how to guide young Black men during these times with the goal of getting home. He shared how his son challenged him. After the George Floyd murder, his son asked what if that happened to him. Rev. Derrick assured him they were covered by prayer. He forced Derrick to deal with the possibility of it happening to one of his friends. Rev. Derrick had to re-evaluate what he would do in terms of his own personal engagement of being part of the solution.
Derrick's book, "Guidelines for a Master" (https://www.amazon.com/Guidelines-Master-Dr-Derrick-Wells/dp/1544262302) pulls from "The Last Dragon" martial arts film (https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0089461/). Celeste and Derrick discussed centering, mindfulness and engaging in a major challenge. Jesus' centered awareness knows God is - regardless of the situation. We ground ourselves in Peace when entering into the storm. Derrick mentioned Gary Simmon's "I of the Storm" (https://www.amazon.com/Storm-Embracing-Conflict-Creating-Peace/dp/0871592703) book as they are studying it now at CUT.
They discussed police officers using mastery in policing in their own community versus succumbing to fear in other areas. Celeste has many police officers in her family. She calls it all part of the transformation that is leading to healing.
Rev. Derrick took the pulpit established by Rev. Johnnie Mae Colemon (https://www.chicagotribune.com/news/ct-johnnie-colemon-obituary-met-20141224-story.html). Rev. Derrick's commitment to unearth his authentic self helped him to meet the challenge of successfully navigating the pulpit of the icon Johnnie Colemon.
Find Derrick on Facebook on Wednesday evenings at 7 pm for "Temple Talks" (https://www.facebook.com/revderrickwells). He gave shouts out to his Mission Critical team members, Revs. Roderick Norton (https://www.empowerliving.org/roderick-n-norton-spiritual-director/) and Gaylon McDowell (https://www.chicagoideas.com/speakers/gaylon-mcdowell). Derrick also mentioned his upcoming e-book: "Six Keys to Design Your Life" that comes with an e-course to intentionally design your life. He does spiritual coaching. And his upcoming memoir is something to look forward to that is in the offing as well.
Rev. Celeste's poem is called Vision, Passion and Purpose.

Rev. Celeste's guest is Vaugn Taylor, the founder and Chief Purpose Officer of The Core Guide Center (www.coreguidecenter.com). The Core Guide Center offers tools for anyone to use to learn how to pause, surrender, let go, heal and mature emotionally, and begin the journey of being present, all while learning self-care, one thought at a time. Vaugn has over 30 years of experience studying energy, spirituality, and recovery.
For years, Rev. Celeste has been receiving Daily Vibrations from Vaugn every morning affirming a conscious choice to be present with herself and move toward a greater wholeness. The Daily Vibrations are affirmations that invite us to go within. Vaugn started getting these messages back in 2012.
She realized that the world doesn't guide her. The Core Guide is within her center. We all want a solid structure, but rather than look for it outside of us, we can find it inside. Vaugn thinks the impetus is to learn how to pause, in a quiet way, so she can understand. There's a different language we all speak energetically and healing wise. When she hears her next tool, it takes her inside and there's a calmer solution. Celeste said when she can't find something, she looks inside. It's the last place she looks.
Vaugn realized Spirit looks forward but the mind looks back. She tries to catch herself when she is trying to bring yesterday forward. She began unlayering the generational influences and nourishing the collection of tools.
When Celeste asked her how Ancient Wisdom has influenced her work, Vaugn replied, "It's all ancient wisdom". Vaugn realized that when she's heard enough, she becomes willing to change. Then, the ancient wisdom applies right to exactly where she is and what she's going through. If she spent a little less time in denial, pushing away the Truth and just make a little room, it lands on her.
Celeste thinks we don't push the Truth away consciously. We may think we have a better idea than God, for some reason. Vaugn says she began to realize the generational trends. She saw that her generation is doing it differently because we are forced to, and thank God for that. Everything we do gives the next generation an opportunity to get there sooner. Each generation can progressively support the next one.
Vaugn's references in her bio are to helping women, so Celeste asked if it is also applicable to men. Vaugn works with a lot of men, but she has met so many amazing, talented women who suffer from low self-esteem. Many women would like to be like them, and the very person they want to be is not enjoying her own life. Women are a strong essence of the new movement forward. A Course in Miracles says I teach someone and they teach me (acim.org). The men that have done her work have worked just as hard, if not harder - because men may be a little more vulnerable.
Celeste said the egoic mind gets us in trouble and it's the Wisdom - the Sofia Mind, that pulls us forward.
Vaugn didn't trust herself. Vaugn went to her emotion coach and realized the glory of growing and getting closer to her heart. Celeste asked what an emotions coach is. Vaugn finds value in therapy, but sometimes just needs help with spot emotions. When she began this, she wanted to be in the ballpark of having appropriate emotions. She sought to build her relationship with Truth.
She is the author of "Go Vertical, A Guide to Letting Go workbook" that provides a framework for individuals to Let Go, Love, and Expand their lives. In addition, her program “Level Up Self-Care,” offers a 4 step guide for women to discover their power, light, and Highest good, one thought at a time.
Where Vaugn once lived a life of chaos with moments of Peace, she now lives a life of Peace with moments of chaos.
Celeste's poem is called "Level Up".

Rev. Celeste's guest is Sky Nelson-Isaacs, theoretical physician, composer, author, speaker, composer and musician (https://skynelson.com/). Sky's take on physics is a means to understand the world, the laws of nature and our own lives. His upcoming book is "Leap to Wholeness - How to World is Programmed to Help Us Grow, Heal, and Adapt" (https://www.penguinrandomhouse.com/books/659308/leap-to-wholeness-by-sky-nelson-isaacs/). Sky has observed us seeing what is dividible into smaller parts while missing the entirety of life and wholeness.
Sky yearns for us to be at peace by choosing the lives we want to live and deciding who we want to be. Sky thinks we need to be choosers rather than actors or doers. He sees the need for us integrating rather than separating from each other.
Sky says we have an opportunity to sit with grief - either about our unfulfilled parts, injustice or death of a loved one. And we can feel the hole then use grief as a transformational tool so that when we see others suffering, we can step outside of our comfort zone.
Celeste spoke to the abundant number of lives lost during this time and job losses. Sky thinks we can be curious and courageous. He tends to look to the natural world for answers. We have problems, frustrations and sadness. But we can use a relational view - as quantum mechanics informs us. While Sky defined the questioner as the witness, Celeste queried further and Sky knew that she was speaking of the Authentic Source of Power.
Sky wants us to make a difference, be engaged and embrace the synergy. He seeks more empathy and less attachment to form. And he may grieve the loss of white men holding the power but is he wants us to integrate with people of color for the sake of equity. He could grieve from the shift of the United States losing its perceived leadership in economics and culture, but he would prefer to welcome something better.
They discussed loss and expansion and how we can move from mental perceptions to grief where images are shattered. Conversations can break down when people are constructing questions in order to get a certain answer. Another option is to have gratitude for each other and be open to each other's views. Vulnerability gives us an opportunity to look for what many of us are unwilling to reveal. Sky wants to know how are you hurt, not how defensive you can be. He wants to be present with all of your layers of personality and be with your core self. He is not interested in the layers of programming and protection.
Celeste inquired about Sky's Zen philosophy that he studied from a very young age. Sky sees the two (physics and Zen) as very similar. Both are abut the ephemeral nature of the world, that which is unspoken. We do a lot of probing of nature.
Music helps Sky feel whole. The piano is like a pen for him. It's familiar and he uses it to express. It brings a synchronicity to him, where he is in flow. Music is a practice for him that is healing and allows for an understanding of himself.
Quantum mechanics helps us understand the nature of our relationships and interpret the world. Running experiments with possible answers, we are experimenters.
Flow happens when we lose track of self-consciousness. This is a fuller self expression that brings empathy, helps us heal and align with our inner drive. We can believe in a world that we want. Rev. Celeste said what Sky calls flow, she calls oneness.
Look for Sky's new book, "Leap to Wholeness". Find pre-sales on Amazon, get the e-book or go to the book's website (above). Rev. Gaylon McDowell is the Senior Assistant Minister and Executive Minister at the Christ Universal Temple ("CUT") (http://cutemple.org/). There are several ministers on the staff, but Gaylon is the right arm of the Senior Minister, Rev. Derrick B. Wells. Gaylon handles whatever needs to be done when Rev. Wells is not available, and runs the staff and ministries, such as Men Expressing Christ and the Ambassadors of Love (among many other ministries). Rev. McDowell is also the Director of the Johnnie Coleman Institute, the educational department of CUT.
Gaylon is the host of "Truth Transforms", on Unity Online Radio (https://www.unityonlineradio.org/), a position he has held for 8 1/2 years. He started out as a guest on Rev. Jamie Sanders show (unityofpensacola.org/jamie-sanders). When Denise Blake (who was the Network Manager of Unity Online Radio at the time) heard him, she thought he would be a good host. Gaylon presented his concepts and had a show days after he was a guest. He is grateful that he has the opportunity to share the New Thought message. Gaylon teaches New Thought books chapter by chapter. Because some people don't have access to the pure teachings, countries around the world send contributions to CUT in gratitude for how he changed people's lives.
Gaylon came into to this teaching listening to Les Brown when he mother had it on while cooking. He later heard Dennis Kimbro and Rev. Johnnie Colemon (http://thepmshow.tv/channel/spirtual-development/the-first-lady-of-new-thought-metaphysics-the-reverend-doctor-johnnie-colemon/). Once he heard Johnnie, he started going to the church. He was thirsty to understand the teachings. Gaylon had a life-threatening bout with asthma at the age of 20 and while the doctor insisted on inhalers and medicine, Gaylon was determined to be sure the healing teachings work. He threw away the medicine and told his mother that he was going to prove these teachings or be out of here. His mother transitioned in 2010, but he often wonders now how she felt when he said that. Gaylon would be disturbed if his now adult daughter said such a thing to him!
Gaylon admittedly had a chip on his shoulder as a young adult who was teaching and preaching before he had even gone to ministerial school. He found himself on the preaching roster while he was customer service manager at Dominics, managing 80 or so people. While thousands attended CUT, he was the age of most of the people's children and grandchildren and he wanted to be taken seriously. He refused to allow anyone to disrespect his knowledge base. And to quote him, "No one is ever going to outprepare him". He was one of the young lions (together with Derrick Wells and Roderick Norton). The young men were speaking at major venues like the Panorama of Truth (panoramaoftruth.org) while they were in their mid 20's. He now knows that he can be excellent without the edge and is more relaxed because he is respected for his ministry.
Revs. Celeste and Gaylon discuss Rev. Johnnie Mae Colemon, the lady with the big purse, her dream series, her prosperity principles and her influence on him. They also discuss Universal Foundation for Better Living (https://ufbl.org/), which Johnnie founded in 1974. UFBL is in the United States, Canada, several Carribean countries and in South America.
Rev. McDowell also shares some of the principles of New Thought, his new book, "Truth Transforms", his seat on the UFBL Board for nine years and his perspective on martial arts. Gaylon loves the discipline of the martial arts where you understand your being in order to execute the technique.
Gaylon is on "Truth Transforms" on Wednesdays from 10 am to 11 am Central. Find him also by visiting the CUT website and Facebook page. He teaches on Facebook Wednesdays and Fridays at noon Central Time.

Rev. Celeste's guest is Grammy award winner, songwriter, singer, choir director, sound healer, music teacher, Darlene Koldenhoven. They discuss some of Darlene's adventures and experiences as well as share some of her expertise in the healing field of music.
Darlene was a studio singer and the music supervisor at Disney knew her rep for conducting choirs and ask her to make girl group songs into hymns and hymns into girl group tunes (such as "I Will Follow Him" and "My God"). Later, Disney wanted to add ringers into the choir of actresses and called her in on the spot to audition. Her resume and look impressed them. Two weeks later, Casting called and said the Director would like to see you now. Emilio said he heard she was really good at wrangling people and teaching them how to sing and they wanted to hire her on the spot, but she wanted to think about it. She had to give up six months of studio singing but she did both Sister Act and the sequel, Sister Act 2. She knew it would be a hit when an extra said "If church was like this, I'd go back to church." 26 years later, the films are classics.
How is Darlene is able to create such beautiful music? Darlene gets herself into a beautiful vibration, prays and asks God: let me be your vessel. And What do people need to hear? She says "Work through me. Let me be Your Voice. She creates calming music.
She's never had an agent or a manager. She says God is her manager.
When writing music, singing and recording music, the creativity is very spiritual. She doesn't think of it being a hit song. For her this is her gift. This is her blessing. She's responsible for bringing in calmness, nurturing the spiritual aspect before she records. Mystic Magic!
Through her international travel, Darlene noticed glaciers were disapppearing and the high tides came in and water is on all the streets. Darlene decided to do environmental justice work and took Former Vice President Al Gore's Climate Reality leadership training (www.climaterealityproject.org). She's done workshops and spoke regarding saving the planet. Rev. Celeste brought her to Oakland last year to do so. Her albums "Color Me Home" and Chromotones" are based on the planet and what it means to us. We have to get on this climate thing quickly - pronto. We need people who are concerned in leadership to guide us. We may have five years left to do something - we must get busy.
Although Darlene has made ten albums, works in film, television and online, she does sound healing work. She likes to help people. She just did a Sound Healing Summit for the Shift Network a few weeks ago. She really likes to turn people onto that. She has a quartz crystal tuning fork and 12 various sizes of singing bowls. They tested laboratory cancer cells and playing the piano, placing a dissonant interval space between two notes, they found in 21 minutes, the cancer dissolved. If you have a group of people singing, that only takes nine minutes and the cells start to fall apart. People who have atrial fibrilation and the heart rate is crazy, start singing in long tones. Take another breath and it helps if it's an F note. In less than five minutes, the heart rate will come down.
Darlene created a music education program to share her knowledge because singing is so great and energizes you. She wrote her book with seven CD (and MP3 downloads), called "Tune Your Voice - Singing in Your Mind's Musical Ear". It's a self-help program for people who want to sing. You become a better listener and communicator. It makes a grid for your brain of how music is organized.
There are many illnesses that can be healed through different vibrations (from dyslexia to ADD and Autism to memory loss and depression). Check out Darlene's website at https://www.darlenekoldenhoven.com/ for more information.

Rev. Celeste interviews Rev. Dr. Raymont Anderson, spiritual leader of the Center for Spiritual Living Greater Baltimore. He's got a passion for self-development, for personal transformation and for self-awakening. His bliss is to be a teacher, a mentor, a speaker, a minister and more! His mission is to educate, elucidate, emancipate and empower people. He teaches workshops and classes and is an author!
Growing up with a fundamental Christian background, he was taught that LGBTQIA people were sinners and abominations. But he is clear that it is just the opposite. He read many books, including "Gay is a Gift" by Salvatore Sapienza (https://www.amazon.com/Gay-Gift-Salvatore-Sapienzabook/dp/B0030ZRZDM/ref=sr_1_1dchild=1&keywords=Gay+Is+A+Gift&qid=1598377726&sr=8-1) so he now knows that being LGBTQIA is miraculous, marvelous and fantastic and he wants to support people in being bold, unapologetic and magnificent in their gayness. For those who are depressed due to spiritual or religious oppression, he wants to encourage them to shine brightly. Rev. Celeste gave him kudos for facing it head on and she shared her spiritual breakthrough and how she released her self-inflicted racism, sexism and homophobia. Rev. Anderson reminded us of the Audre Lorde quote: “There is no such thing as a single-issue struggle because we do not live single-issue lives.” We are grateful for ministries that support people unconditionally.
Rev. Dr. Raymont Anderson has had an eclectic spiritual path. While being a licensed CSL minister, there is also an intersection where shamanistic training, magic and reiki are some of the tools that assist him in being a better person. After a tumultous series of life challenges (including a death and breakup), he discovered that reiki is a cousin to chi and he studied to become a reiki master to keep his channel clear, keep his chakras open, his consciousness open and his thoughts pristine and life affirming. He intends to keep his cup full.
The discovery of a distant relative who is Native opened up his exploration into shamanism andd to learning about being a medicine person. He was advised to tread gently upon the Earth and do what you are here to do.
Raymont is a retired interpretor for the members of the deaf community. He bridges the gaps to meaningful living by giving access through interpreting for them.
Rev. Celeste complimented him on how he handles racially insensitive colleagues. He learned patience from clueless high school teachers and administrators who thought they could engage Black students by giving them music to dance.
Raymont was the creator of S.T.A.R.S. (Sticking Together Always Results in Success) to support non-hearing people performing in plays. He also created B.E.L.I.E.V.E. (Being Empowered Living Inspired Exemplifying Victory Everyday) bringing the theatrical opportunities to the non-hearing performers.
Rev. Raymont got into martial arts because he was bullied as a child. He saw his first Bruce Lee films (double feature) and he immediately started studying it. He saw martial arts as a spiritual path first and as a way to support his well-being. Fighting was never his intention.
Comic books were his escape from an abusive home. He started using the comic books as modern day mythology, the study of the human journey. We can use the gifts and power for good.
Ray is a visual artist and is ready to re-invent himself, explore creativity from his dreams and share it.
Find him at www.raymontanderson.com or on Facebook and at cslgreaterbaltimore.org

Rev. Celeste's guest is Kat Kim, RScP, Founder of the School of Divine Confidence (https://katkim.com/school-of-divine-confidence), an online school. Kat was given diet pills at the early age of six. This led to a long struggle of low self-worth and horrible body image. She was doing hard core drugs by 16 and selling drugs by 18. She was arrested and faced prison time. She was forced to get sober but she continued to devalue herself. One day, she saw her image and set an intention to be powerful and beautiful with an impactful presence who transforms lives.
She learned about how to enhance and transform the body and change her mindset. A quest for inner transformation led her to study quantum physics, metaphysics and spirituality. She realized that divine confidence is in knowing who you are.
Kat likes to focus on spiritual non-conformists. She found that Dr. Martin Luther King (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Martin_Luther_King_Jr.) said that we have a mandate to be non-conformists. Kat found this to be opposite of consumer spirituality (https://katkim.com/blog/consumer-spirituality), the mainstream pop culture spirituality of today. It perpetuates blind conformity to the dominating and oppressive structures of consumer capitalism. She realized there was no mention of social issues.
Even as an Asian-American, she realized that she still has privilege. Her privilege was that she didn't have to look at those issues. She realized something was missing. She began to study Matthew Fox (https://www.matthewfox.org/matthew-fox) and Dr. King. Studying King made her question the systems that create racism and other isms. King said a complete life must be three-dimensional with length, breadth and height. Kat used these to establish three pillars of divine confidence. The first pillar is self-actualization (length). The second pillar is social responsibility (breadth). The third pillar is your relationship with God (height): Kat feels that all three are required.
Kat acknowledges anti-Blackness exists within communities of color. She was born in South Korea and taught to be like White people (not even to be like other Asians). She was discouraged from being like Black people. She knew it was wrong, but she internalized it. She now needs to make an impact on the Asian community. She got her mother to realize her disadvantage of not speaking English and how easy it is for White women. Kat used that as a bridge to get her to understand how it is with Black people. The color of their skin causes them to be disadvantaged. And her mother got it!
Koreans are homogenous and do not see nuances. Kat is translating into Korean the differences. She knows a) it's not right and b) Asians are now being targeted. Due to Covid-19, Kat is feeling fear for the first time. She is concerned about her mother being attacked. She connected that to how Black people feel. She realized that this is a fight for all of us.
There is separation within Asian communities. It shows up as classism in Korea with regard to money and education. East-Asians are thought to be better than Southeast Asians. Rev. Celeste stated racism is part of the historical feudalism based on economics. This is fear-based. She is grateful that Kat is on the side of Love.
Kat is offering free five-day master classes in divine confidence to help people get clarity . She is hosting the classes in the Facebook community: The Confident Leadership Community. She wants to provide as much value and transformation as she can.
Celeste's poem, "Hues and Highs" is about race.

Rev. Celeste's guest is Maureen Muldoon, spiritual leader, author, actress, teacher, speaker, life coach and master storyteller. She works out the "thorns in her paw" through art and vulnerability. She noticed how helping other people tell their stories is healing for her. She learned from hearing other people's stories and through the 12-step program - sharing experience, strength and hope.
Frustrated by the idea that she had the wrong body parts to be a minister, after practicing the Prayer of Jabez, she got signs to move into ministry. While community building and leading a Youth and Family ministry, she learned how to build a church. She used A Course in Miracles (ACIM) to move into speaking in a pulpit. Before then, her resistance, based on old stereotypes kept her from ministry.
Maureen created Miracles Live 365 with two lessons 6:45 am and 8:20 am CT seven days a week with eight other teachers. In order to build content, she offered an ACIM sampler. She was asked to go the distance. She said yes, and has been doing it for several years. If someone comes to her with a problem, it's her problem. She sees a way to work on the issue and be loving instead of shutting down. While giving advice, she often thinks that she needs to follow her own advice.
Maureen is the Spiritual Leader of the Speakeasy Spiritual Community, where the Sunday
service includes a dialogue around the message delivered. She was sick of the triangle where one guy on top gets to say something and others have to accept it. She is one of six children who didn't always get a word in, so at Speakeasy, she gives people an opportunity to talk.
While sobriety is no longer an issue, Maureen uses the principles and techniques of the 12-step program in almost everything she does. Practicing the lessons and applying the theory makes all the difference.
Speakeasy has a Culture Club where racism, White fragility and solutions for eliminating racial discord are explored and discussed. She listens to the story and is willing to be wrong. From there, she gets an opportunity to heal. She sees herself on the spectrum of racism. She's not afraid to look at her biases. She recounts her first husband leaving her for Miss Universe, an Asian woman. She began to notice her hatred toward Asian people as a result of her journey toward forgiveness.
Maureen also acknowledged her reaction to a Black woman. After reading "White Fragility", she realized that she was harming the person by not allowing the woman her anger. Maureen mentioned how White women's tears have been destructive over the years. She acknowledges White privilege includes not allowing other people to have their emotions while willing to have all of hers.
Maureen founded Miracles Live 365, the study and application of A Course in Miracles lessons. She would love to have the legacy of seeing people continuing it for years to come. The class meets at 6:45 am CT seven days a week. There is also another class at 8:20 am CT. There are also noon and evening sessions on Wednesdays. Register and listen to as many lessons and participate. Go to miracleslive365.com to subscribe.
Maureen invites people to tell their stories and listen to the stories you haven't been listening to before now. She feels every story needs to be heard. She invites people to Voice Box Stories (https://wgnradio.com/after-hours-with-rick-kogan/maureen-muldoon-cathy-richardsons-voicebox-where-a-song-becomes-a-story-and-a-story-becomes-a-song/), a monthly event where real people's stories are told and great music is played by Jefferson Starship's Cathy Richardson.

Tracy Brown's site: reclaimjoy.com is filled with ways to find your inner joy and inner peace every day. There are images and videos and other inspirational material (quotes), classes, e-books and talks to assist you in remembering your spiritual center.
Tracy also has a book called "I Turn to Prayer" (http://www.iturntoprayer.com/) which is a collection of prayers and prayer poems.
Tracy has been working on building a practical strategy for inclusion for most of her life. She did a TedX talk called "What Is Mine to Do". https://video.search.yahoo.com/search/video?fr=mcafee&p=tedx+%2B+Tracy+Brown#id=1&vid=cc00274a0e5b59482146bd0bf1589daf&action=click). The day after the massacre of the Charleston Nine, Tracy reported for jury duty and contemplated whether or not she could be a fair juror if she were on that jury. As she further contemplate other racial makeups with the same set of circumstances, she found herself being comforted by another potential juror who asked if there was anything he could do. She responded yes. "As a White man, you can tell people that you believe the killing of Black people on the basis of the color of their skin must stop." A couple of days later, she created a Facebook group with the same name to stimulate answers to that question. That group now has over 6,000 members and is active daily with solutions.
Rev. C shared how nervous she was to be in the pulpit the following Sunday with a predominantly White congregation and how she became keenly aware that Love was the only solution.
Tracy has been on the Leadership Council of the Centers for Spiritual Living (csl.org) for several years where she was also the Chairperson for three years. Stepping into leadership was natural for her. Being on this governing body for CSL caused her to be even more spiritually grounded because being a leader in a spiritual organization was challenging. She feels blessed to be in leadership when the organization was just becoming (a merger between two Religious Science organizations). The question: "Do I believe this teaching or not?" came up frequently during this faith walk.
Tracy is human and her commitment to "Go high" and live a spiritually grounded life keeps her above the fray. Rev. Celeste mentioned a lesson from A Course in Miracles (acim.org): God is in everything I see as she shared that there's more to people than what we see when they are in their pain and fear.
Tracy's Facebook groups Stained Glass Spirit, "Reclaim Joy" and "What Is Mine to Do" are good places to find her events. But you can find all things Tracy Brown at tracybrown.com

Rev. Celeste hosts Rev. Vionela Vaugn-Austin, a Religious Science minister and teacher of consciousness raising practices. In this episode, they discuss quantum consciousness. Vionela is licensed by Agape (agapelive.com) as a practitioner, and is a student of the Circles of Light Institute of Ancient Mysteries (https://www.circlesoflight.net/). Rev. Vionela was ordained by the Khepra Institute (http://khepra-institute.org/). They briefly discuss "A Course in Miracles" (acim.org) and find they share the same favorite lesson: "I Am as God Created Me".
Rev. Vionela shares that the teachings of Khemet provided us information and is energetically still available as an activation point. We can see that science and spirituality are the same. Egyptian teaching has anchored us. For example, pyramids on the Giza plateau are aligned with the Orion constellation. Those people traveled in consciousness and were informed by the heavens. We get our medical symbol with the snakes right off of the temple walls. We get the scales of justice symbol from the symbol of Ma'at. Alexander built the Library of Alexander there in Egypt writing down what the high priests shared to hand down this wisdom for the unfolding of mankind.
Rev. Vionela shared that each temple has the story of man's ascension on it. The temple has served as an initiation and sits on a crystal grid - an energetic vortex. The archetypes represent aspects of God/us. One can walk through the temple and discover an aspect of his/her own being.
Vionela's workshop, Multidimensional You, illustrates how our energy goes far beyond our physical bodies. The Heart Math Institute (www.heartmath.org) has done studies that around our torsion field (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Torsion_field_(pseudoscience)) and why we are sensitive to being in close proximity with others because our bodies are anchored in a much larger field.
Rev. Celeste mentioned her ability to tap into the field of her ancestors. Rev. Vionela shares how we never die but go back to pure quantum energy. Rev. Vionela invites us into the "What if?" She may ask: What if there are multiple dimensions of frequency of existence? Rev. Vionela and Dr. Maisha shared a concept of the A-Team (ancestors and avatars, archangels, ascended masters and archaea (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Archaea). We all exist in some type of frequency (not unlike a radio station).
Revs. Celeste and Vionela discussed Dr. Maisha Hazzard and how she championed the magnificence of everyone and changed people's lives. Dr. Maisha was the guest on Mystic Magic in Season 1, Episode 4.
Other than private mystery schools, there is nothing comparable to the Kemetic school today. We find different aspects of it, such as New Thought and consciousness of the mind, Buddhism and mindfulness, or understanding the power of sound vibration through chanting. Tapping into the multi-dimensional aspects is possible. Natives have traditions of stepping physically into their spirit. We could focus on our chakras to integrate our true selves through these levels of awareness and energy fields.
We can use the Kemetic principles of Thoth. For example, the law of mentalism - what you think about manifests. The Law of Vibration says what you focus on, you will get the energetic match in your experience. These two major laws are always at work.
Rev. Vionela has a diversity program coming up called "I See You" for corporations and organizations. She is also offering "A Time for Forgiveness" to release the power of judgments to unbind the fear. Find out about and enroll in Rev. Vionela's offerings at consciousconversationz.com or consciousconversationz.org

Rev. Celeste hosts Rev Abigail Schairer as her guest. They discuss Freedom as a divine birthright whether or not we experience it in our minds or bodies. We remain spiritually free regardless of conditions during this pandemic. Abigail is grateful that she lives outside of Seattle where it is not densely populated. However, as an extrovert, she’s been feeling stir crazy!
Rev. Abigail has always had an awareness that she can accept Freedom. Her mother was born on the 4th of July and encouraged Abigail to express herself freely. Her parents encouraged her to be authentic.
The reverends discussed how Stanford University supports advanced degrees. Abigail worked at Stanford in Development and Marketing. And Stanford paid for her ministerial school education to support her in doing her work at Stanford.
Abigail knew she wanted to be a minister ever since the first time she walked into Center for Spiritual Living San Jose (cslsj.org), but she thought it would be a second career. However, she went quickly into the pulpit at CSL Peninsula (https://www.cslpeninsula.org/) shortly after graduating from the Holmes Institute (http://holmesinstitute.edu/).
Rev. Abigail discusses the intrinsic qualities that get taught out of people.
Rev. Celeste asked Rev. Abigail if the United States is living upon to its promise of freedom. They agreed it is not. Abigail revisited the Declaration of Independence in advance of the show and noted that women, Black people and others were not part of this equation. And after reading through it, she realized that our nation is treating people the same way the framers complained about as the basis for their claim of independence from Britain. And even though gains have been made (e.g., Civil Rights, Gay Rights and Women’s Rights), it’s not the dream.
Rev. Celeste told Rev. Abigail about the Women’s Declaration of Independence (https://g.co/kgs/g6kdfi) where the pronouns are balanced out for gender equity. This document was signed by 68 women and 32 men in 1848.
Rev. Celeste states the reason we have any liberties is because, as a democracy, the people insisted on them.
Rev. Abigail founded the NextGen Retreat (nextgenretreat..org) for an age group (18-35) that needs to be nurtured for those between high school and college or those who are becoming new parents. The retreat is set up to be taught by leaders in the same age range teaching people how to become leaders. There are also social justice and social engagement activities for this group. They work on healing the planet and living in a way that benefits everyone.
Rev. Abigail is the Associate Minister at CSL Seattle (spiritualliving.org).

Rev. Celeste is with her friend Rev. Mary Beth Speer discussing a lot! Rev. Mary Beth and her husband Michael Speer pastored a Religious Science Center in Southern California and a Religious Science center in the Chicago suburbs.
Celeste asked Mary Beth about what drove her into the human potential movement. Mary Beth found her journey to be quite organic. Starting out with a compative religions class (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Comparative_religion#:~:text=Comparativereligionisthebranch,migration)oftheworld'sreligions), then becoming a Methodist (https://www.dictionary.com/browse/methodist), going clear in Scientology (https://www.scientology.org/what-is-scientology/), and looking at organized religion (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Organized_religion), but her real awakening came from reading "Out on a Limb" (https://www.amazon.com/Out-Limb-Shirley-Maclaine/dp/0553273701) by Shirley Maclaine.
MaryBeth landed in New Thought at Unity La Crescenta (https://www.lacrescentaunity.com/). MaryBeth's passion for New Thought came in understanding quantum physics (https://www.newscientist.com/term/quantum-physics/), waves and particles (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wave%E2%80%93particle_duality). Gary Zukav's "The Dancing Wu Li Masters" (https://www.amazon.com/Dancing-Wu-Li-Masters-Overview/dp/0060959681) really helped MaryBeth go deeper.
The aspect of Law was the draw for Mary Beth to Science of Mind, so she was most influenced by Thomas Troward (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Thomas_Troward). Mary Beth likes a law is neutral (be it spiritual law or physical law). Prior to discovering metaphysics, her God was a "ticked-off", capricious god.
MaryBeth enjoys doing study groups. She has done A Course in Miracles (acim.org) and the Book of Revelations (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Book_of_Revelation) in the past. She began doing study groups in the early 1980s where the group would ingest and embody a book. Her current groups both take their time exploring the books and have been meeting for several years.
After being a Regional Support Coordinator for the Midwest for CSL (csl.org), MaryBeth realized she just wants to move the Movement forward. She currently serves on the board for the Affiliated New Thought Network (ANTN), an organization founded in 1992 (antn.org) that has Religious Science, Unity and Divine Science centers. Find ANTN happenings here: https://www.facebook.com/Affiliated-New-Thought-Network-220933930309
Angelo Pizelo and his wife Dr. Stella Pizelo founded the Emerson Theological Institute (https://emersontheologicalinstitute.wordpress.com/) and Angelo, leads ANTN, where all are welcome. Emerson is the teaching arm of ANTN, but they are separate organizations.

Rev. Celeste's guest for this episode is the Rev. Alex Escudero, Founding Spiritual Director of the Center for Spiritual Living DC. Rev. Alex takes to heart that we are all one. Alex worked for the United Nations and the Organization of American States (OAS.org). Her grandmother gave her the idea to be a citizen of the world. To get Alex going, she gave her a subscription to National Geographic (nationalgeographic.org).
Rev. Alex, like Buddha, was sheltered growing up, but she got involved in human rights in graduate school (John Hopkins University). Alex studied Amnesty International (https://www.amnesty.org/en/) and later became the Chief Operating Officer or immigration rights at Casa of Maryland (wearecasa.org). They serve immigrants from all over the world, including ex-offenders. Immigrants get help with jobs, housing and more. Alex felt like she couldn't sit still and do nothing. She was comfortable with both English and Spanish, so she had a way to help people who were not being understood.
Alex feels DC is an amazing place. She loves the diversity of DC. She particularly loves the King memorial (www.kingmemorialpark.com) and the King monument.
Rev. Alex mentioned that although Centers for Spiritual Living (csl.org) seeks to create a world that works for everyone, the world is not working for everyone. Alex became a diversity commissioner and brought her enthusiasm for celebrating diversity and her desire to build inclusivity. She currently manages the CSL Spanish ministries worldwide.
Rev. Celeste asked about the appeal Religious Science has to Spanish-speaking peoples. Rev. Alex explained that most feel deeply spiritual but want a new teaching and feel a yearning for the universal truth principles. Those who have found New Thought philosophies have come together as communities and then come together with people in other parts of the world who are already doing this great work.
Rev. Alex started a center in DC because she found New Thought philosophy (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/New_Thought) at a low point in her life when she was struggling with a one-year old child. Her husband drank so she found Al-anon (Al-anon.org) She enjoyed a book by Louise Hay and wrote to Ms. Hay. Louise Hay directed Alex to a center 30 or 40 miles away. Alex started taking classes and letting go of her victim mentality. She went to graduate from ministerial school. She filed the paperwork in 2009 to begin the process to create the Center for Spiritual Living in DC (csldc.org). Celeste said she's grateful Alex did so because we need high vibrations in our nation's capital!
Alex was the daughter of a feminist who escaped from an orthodox Catholic family. Alex's mother took her children to the Unitarian Church where she learned about a lot of religions. The church she attended is now the home for a Buddhist mediation group run by Tara Brach (tarabrach.org).
During the pandemic, Rev. Alex compels herself to walk daily. She feels nurtured by the trees during the day and the stars at night where she feels the connection to God. She feels renewed and restored in infinite space and infinite time. Whenever she can connect with nature, she feels confidence and bliss. And she has an idea of what it feels like to be enlightened.
Rev. Alex encouraged us to support Doctors Without Borders (www.doctorswithoutborders.org). She donated her stipend to this organization because when she finds a place to give to, she feels better about herself. She also encouraged seekers to go to csl.org and find a Center for Spiritual Living near you and connect.
Celeste's poem "You and I" is in her book, "In Spirit In Love" and is available on Amazon.com.

In homage to fathers, Rev. Celeste references the scripture "the light of the world" (https://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=Matthew+5:14&version=NIV) as a starting point. She offers that we humans are the candles as expressions of the Light. We need to keep our wicks trimmed by going to Truth. We make God look Good by being the best we can be. The best way to show appreciation to God is to reveal Its nature. She uses her own father (https://legacy.suntimes.com/obituaries/chicagosuntimes/obituary.aspx?n=freddie-frazier&pid=16072872) as an example of him being proud of himself, by being proud of her.
In order to recognize how we reveal our spiritual heritage, Celeste refers to the bible verse: "Who is my mother?" (https://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=Matthew+12:48&version=NIV) as an explanation of how to recognize those who do the will of God. And she goes on to discuss recognizing those who know God. When we recognize our True Self, we are being in harmony with Truth.
The contrast to this is when we get caught up in worldly things we may not be able to see the eternal goodness.
Rev. Celeste also references the Prodigal Son from Matthew's Parable of the Lost Son (https://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=Luke+15&version=NIV). The Prodigal Son had a sense of home. And so do we. We remember Love is, that Love is reliable. We know that the Father is always available. Jehovah jireh! (https://www.biblestudytools.com/bible-study/topical-studies/jehovah-jireh-the-lord-will-provide.html)
Celeste references Dr. Zach Bush (https://zachbushmd.com/bio/) and his position on how our neglect of the Earth has caused the biodiversity to be off. Dr. Bush predicted that Wuhan, China would be the starting point of the next pandemic one year before it was. He posits that viruses are always around and we may have them in our bodies, but we may not get sick from them. Rev. Celeste uses this as an illustration that we are one with all of Life.
Our inactivity during the quarantine produced cleaner air and is evidence that we have been messing up the biodiversity with our chemicals and obsessive interference with nature's processes. Our own bodies reject artificial foods and embrace and welcome the natural.
The Prodigal Son shows that we neglect Love's grace. This is when we stop taking care of ourselves.
When we see ourselves as victims and think God has left us, God is busy setting us up for our Good. We may perceive that jobs have been lost, but God is rescuing us all the time. Healing is being called for now. Faith is reconnecting with Source. It is everywhere we are. (https://www.thedailybeast.com/trump-goes-to-golf-club-not-church-after-demanding-houses-of-worship-open) Whither shall I go from thy spirit? (Psalm 139:7).
Celeste gives thanks to David Ault for reminding her of the Law of Polarity. The healing can be found in the midst of the pain. This blessing is awaiting our recognition of it.
A new age is imminent. Daddy's got this! That's eternal love. Real talk.

Celeste shares her journey into becoming a mystic and moving into ministry. She starts out by defining First Cause as the Cause of all Things and the Uncreated, from which all things spring. She pulls the defintions from the Science of Mind textbook (https://www.amazon.com/Science-Mind-Complete-Ernest-Holmes/dp/1585428426) and Rev. Celeste asks us to look beyond the words, "God said" in Genesis to know the intention was the voice and not necessarily an audible voice. (https://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=Genesis+1&version=TLB)
Rev. Celeste uses this creation story as a reference to our human creative processes that we use in order to become, acquire, attract what we want in and for our lives. We take the steps necessary to become what we seek to have, but it starts with an intention to create.
She references her writings and her bodies of work as being inspired from this First Cause.
She recalls her aspirations in the entertainment industry and the steps she took to fulfill that intention. And Rev. Celeste explains that she let the call to ministry be suppressed after thinking about the assassination of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. (https://thekingcenter.org/about-dr-king/) and the crucifixion of Jesus Christ.
Rev. Celeste shares her "dream" where she got in touch with her soul while she was studying at the Agape International Spiritual Center (agapelive.com) when she discovered she was using the Mind of God.
She mentions those who held the light for her spiritual journey including Joan Steadman (www.linkedin.com/in/joan-steadman-37466697), Michael Bernard Beckwith (https://michaelbeckwith.com/), and Nirvana Gayle (https://www.patheos.com/blogs/theprinciplesofspiritualliving/author/nirvanagayle/), and studying New Thought pioneers such as Ernest Holmes (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ernest_Holmes) and Ralph Waldo Emerson (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ralph_Waldo_Emerson).
Preparing a tribute to her grandmother, she was exposed to multiple dimensions that heightened her intuition. There was no denying it - she is a minister.
Rev. Celeste founded the Power of Oneness Spiritual Center (https://www.pr.com/press-release/437597), was the senior minister at the DuPage Center for Spiritual Living (https://www.yelp.com/biz/dupage-center-for-spiritual-living-lisle) and while promoting her book, Divine Work Play (https://www.amazon.com/Divine-Work-Play-Practicing-Presence/dp/1547197358), her journey led her to the East Bay Church of Religious Science (ebcrs.org) where she became the pastor until Spring 2020.
Spending more time in the being, she is balanced and enjoying being present.
She gives thanks to her mother, Hallie A. Frazier, who is 89 years old today and her father, Freddie Frazier, Jr. who is now in the invisible. She appreciates their support of her ministry.
Celeste discusses First Cause, the law and cause and effect. The First Cause is beyond gender and it is both masculine and feminine. Cause is the driving force. Receptivity (Law) allows for effect to come into being. The Law of Cause and Effect is happening all the time!

· Adam (the male/female being) as the living being extracted from the womb of Mother Earth (Adama)
· The difference between the English translation and the Hebrew language and how information intrinsic to a deeper understanding is lost by translations of the context and the male-centered interpretation that diminishes the power of the Divine Feminine.
· The planet is rejuvenating now during this Corona virus due to our lack of busyness - cleaner air, other living beings are more present, foliage looks better during this time
· This virus rising during the season of Lent (letting go, sacrifice and anticipating the new, adapt, adjust and transform).
