Wendy Lu McGill used to work in the United Nations and as she traveled around, she saw lots of malnourished people and felt that we need to do better than we already are. Now, Wendy Lu is an entomophagist (someone who eats bugs) who owns a cricket farming business to help feed more people and to prepare the world for when we start to run out of meats like beef, pork, and chicken.
