Weymon Bennett from Unite Against Fascism discusses his organisations' role in fighting the EDL and whether the UAF are themselves disorderly on occasion. The first duty of government is to protect it's people. Now we spend little more than 2% of GDP and have less than 100,000 regular soldiers, falling to 82,000 and 30,000 reservists by 2020. A treasury consultation has just closed on the future of Payday Lending. This follows a damming report by the Office of Fair Trading which is giving lenders 12 weeks to get their house in order or risk losing their consumer credit licenses.
