Then, Roc and Manuch begin to talk about the NBA and how with top players changing teams the way that they play could change. They end out the hour talking about the infamous Disco Demolition Night from 1979 Chicago White Soxs.
Roc and Manuch are joined by Rooster for the show and they start it off by talking about their betting in Vegas. Then, the guys talk about the NBA and where free agents are going to like James Harden, CP3, and Russell Westbrook. The guys talk about the NFL and a potentially expanded game schedule. C.L. Brown, The Athletic basketball writer, joins the show to talk about college basketball, recruiting, and the summer league. They end out the hour talking about and Michael Jordan's deal with Nike.

The guys kick off the last hour discussing Justin Verlander's recent comments regarding the baseballs used in the MLB, and discuss if there is any truth to these allegations. Are the balls juiced? Major League Baseball Commissioner Rob Manfred says otherwise. They later discuss the NBA and how despite the fact that large contracts are being signed, the "I want out" factor virtually makes all of these contracts a year-by-year type of situation. The guys talk some more baseball and discuss if some of the hot first-half teams will keep up the pace after the All-Star break. What pieces do some of the top-tier teams need to acquire to make a push for October?
The guys kick off the show with a recap of last night's historical Home Run Derby and praise the display of power by the young players. They show some extra love for winner Pete Alonso who won a prize bag twice the size of his 2019 salary. They bring in MLB Writer Chris Swick to talk about the frustrating truth of the pay of young talented players in Major League Baseball, and discuss the possibility of ending the MLB Draft as a whole. We are still waiting to see where Thunder guard Russell Westbrook will end up by the start of the season, and the guys share their thoughts on where the former MVP might land. The guys close the hour discussing the SEVEN teams they believe could win the West this season.
Rock and Manuch kick off the second hour continuing their discussion about possible landing spots for Russell Westbrook. The guys later talk a little football and discuss some of the more recent Super Bowls and the defining plays in each of these games. In honor of this week's MLB All-Star Game in Cleveland, the guys discuss the city Cleveland with a guest from the city. The guys finish the last hour of the show discussing one of baseball's greatest arguments: Why is Pete Rose still not in the Hall of Fame. Rock and Manuch discuss Pete and the logos that have been lost over the years deserve their place in Cooperstown. The guys argue that there is certain history that does belong in the Hall of Fame.
The guys open up the show discussing NBA Free Agency, specifically the trade between the Clippers and Thunder that sent Paul George to Los Angeles. Roc and Manuch discuss the difference between the Lakers and Clippers building processes, and debate whether the strong culture and a deep bench will beat simply surrounding LeBron and Anthony Davis with small pieces. Where will Russell Westbrook end up? The guys close the hour discussing whether the Lakers are making the right call by letting 35-year-old LeBron James run the point. Will it be fun? Absolutely. Will it work? That is to be determined.

To kick the second hour off, the guys start with Lakers news. Roc and Manuch gives commentary on Lebron returning to number 6 and Davis taking on number 23. The guys discuss NBA contracts and discuss pro-football.
The first hour, The Lakers are a topic among the guys. The guys discuss the Raptors and their last pick for offers. The guys talk NFL and NBA updates as well as hopes for upcoming games and seasons.
Roc and Manuch kick off the hour talking about Zion Williamson and how after his draft people have purchased more of his memorabilia than the entire last season's first draft combined. Then, the guys get into talking about what possible places that Kevin Durant will end up. Yukon is withdrawing from the American Athletic Conference starting in the 2020-2021 season. Roc and Manuch end the show talking about modern NBA salaries versus older salaries and old draft picks.
Roc and Manuch talk about the the rumor mill of the NBA with so many free agents and the Rockets trying to get several draft picks. Brian Mahoney, writer for the Associated Press, calls in to talk about a possibly smaller NBA schedule and the upcoming free agents. Roc and Manuch give some news with a former substitute teacher filming an obscene video in a school and a car dealership giving a different kind of sale. Roc and Manuch end out the hour talking about minimum wage and Wall Street bonuses.
The guys talk birthday parties and being in bands. Howard Balzer joins the show to talk the latest in the NFL. Then, Around the Diamond Report and "On This Day."
The guys re-cap the NBA awards and talk California's NCAA bill. Also in this hour, Roc's Manvice and the Random Fact of the Day.

The guys talk about how the Pelicans are looking like they came out of the draft looking the furthest ahead. Then, Roc and Manuch discuss the minutia of a few golf rules and how some players can get disqualified if they run out of golf balls. The guys talk about the movies coming out soon and how some movies you can and can't go to by yourself. They end out the hour with some trivia and surveys, along with a bit of a throwback.
The guys kick off the hour talking about the NBA draft and which teams did really well with it. The Sports Professor, Rick Horrow, calls in to talk with the guys about the NBA draft and how the new contracts work. The guys then talk a bit about the NHL draft and try to pronounce some of the player's names. They end off the hour talking about the fact of the day and how much people like to work.

They get into college basketball and discuss what factors they believe are key practices in college to be successful in the pros. Roc and Manuch get into NBA draft and its many possibilities. They close out the hour with a random fact of the day relating to hygeine.
Roc and Manuch start off the second hour further diving into the NBA discussion, looking to a Twitter poll to determine which team will need to put the most effort into their off-season. The guys then discuss the potential tension between Rockets superstars Chris Paul and James Harden and how the tension could affect Houston's success next season. Rick Kamla joins the show to talk NBA rumors as the draft approaches. Later in the segment, the guys talk all things baseball, and baseball radio coverage, in the Around the Diamond report.
Roc and Manuch get the hour started talking all things NBA offseason: Which team needs to step it up the most? Jason Cole (@JasonCole62 on Twitter) hops on the program to discuss the aforementioned question; his answer? The Lakers. The guys later shift their focus to the NFL, covering the community aspect of football and how teams' training camps can garner fan attention. They finish the hour talking about former Michigan quarterback Brandon Peters switching over to Illinois.

The second hour begins with a quote from the Raptrs coach post game interview where he talks about a couple of shots that went their way that led to his team winning game 1. Chad Kelly has been suspended for two weeks in the upcoming season, Alabama and Auburn are the only two teams in the SEC who will not sale alcohol eithin their stadium and Bru McCoy will re-enter the transfer portal. The following segment is discussing the upcoming schedule of games to start the college football season that the guys are looking forward to coming in week 'zero'. Seinfeild discussion over an iconic episode with a hilarious soundbite played jose that goes with the baseball discussion going on. The last segment deals with the guys telling jose that he has to get out of the house more with the amount of movies he hasnt seen. The final segment deals with the spelling bee issue that ends in an 8-way tie and the terrible call.
The hour starts with a quick look at the finals from game 1 and the unexpected ending with the Raptors taking game 1, Siakum playing out of his mind and also quickly touching on Nevada football randomly. The next segment deals with the amount of time KD spends on social media and if that is truly an issue and how much the Warriors will need him in order to win this series. The next segment deals with the plummeting attendance across the landscape of the MLB even though this is a time where the game is the most intriguing. The final segment is a look into June with may winding down, they run through the calendar of June with everything to expect as of now.
The guys talk about how they were almost in the movie Money Ball as local announcers. Then, Roc and Manuch talk about how fans are lining up and getting excited for the NBA finals. They talk about how manager of the Patriots Bill Belichick waved the flag for the Bruins before the second game and about how he is very well liked in person. Roc and Manuch start off hour 1 of the show talking NBA finals and Drake being on the Raptors sideline.
