River of Life Tabernacle
River of Life Tabernacle calls upon the Elohim of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. (The Elohim of Israel). We study and teach the Scriptures from a Hebrew language perspective, which reveals the true meaning of the stories and instructions we are being told. Gather the people together, men, and women, and children, and thy stranger that is within thy gates, that they may hear, and that they may learn, and fear YHVH your Elohim, and observe to do all the words of this law: –Deut 31:1
Pastor Mark continues to encourage us through this introspection time with messages that will help us with that. Today our proof text is from James 1:19 which says, "This you know, my beloved brethren. But everyone must be quick to hear, slow to speak and slow to anger;"
Pastor Mark continues to encourage the body of Messiah to check our hearts and love one another. The four points made from reading from the book of Ruth were:
1. Ture Love has sticking power
2. You show love by reaching beyond your comfort zone
3. You show love by adjusting to others
4. You show love by offering encouraging words
May we be like Ruth and move forward so that we don't return to that which is familiar and in the wrong direction.
Pastor Mark begins preparing us for the month of introspection which will ultimately lead to the Yom Kippur/Day of Atonement...the National Day of Repentance for Yahweh's people. He gave us the four steps to repentance. 1. Regret 2. Ceasing 3. Confession and Restitution 4. Resolution.
Pastor Mark brings a message that encourages our faith that our heavenly Father Directs and leads and provides and that we need to fulfill the call we have on our lives. We just need to move forward in that which He, not we ourselves, have been called to do.

This can often be a time of testing and trials as it was for the Children of Israel when Nebuchadnezzar breeched the walls of Jerusalem, which ultimately led to the destruction of the Temple.
