In Dr. Marocco’s powerful message, he explains that Jesus taught that we can live “Barren No More” and how we can produce good fruit.  Jesus called the fig tree to bear fruit, even out of season.  When it did not produce fruit, He cursed it and later explains that if the disciples had faith and did not doubt, they could do even more than curse a fig tree.  With this example, Jesus’ action was to teach faith to the disciples, that desire + faith - doubt = a miracle!

In this episode, Dr. Marocco preaches from Mark 10:17-31 on the story of the rich young ruler and brings up how Jesus asked him questions to find out what the ultimate value was to him.  Jesus gave an invitation to the rich young ruler to sell everything that he had, give it to the poor and "follow me".  For the rich young ruler it was a strong test for him on the ultimate value.  The problem was not that he had money but that he put it above everything else including following Jesus.
