Been conscious of the authority given to you by Christ isn't pride. You are just been yourself. Jesus commanded is to go into all the world and preach the Gospel to all nations in his name I e his Authority Matthew 28:18-20 [18]He told his disciples, “I have been given all authority in heaven and earth. [19]Therefore go and make disciples in all the nations,baptizing them into the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, [20]and then teach these new disciples to obey all the commands I have given you; and be sure of this—that I am with you always, even to the end of the world.” Hence we are concious of this power and we walk in it. Glory to God.
Acts 1:8 But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes upon you. And you will be my witnesses, telling people about me everywhere—in Jerusalem, throughout Judea, in Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.” The Holy Ghost is God's Power in you. Stop looking for power if you have the Holy Ghost rather act in the consciousness of that power and take authority. You can act on God's behalf, God has placed you in Charge. Glory to God!
