Frequency/Vibrational Work and Healing Work, seen through the lens of Shadow Work, offer distinct approaches to healing and self-discovery.
Frequency/Vibrational Work revolves around the idea that everything in the universe vibrates at specific frequencies. Practitioners seek to harmonize these vibrations to promote balance within the body, mind, and spirit. By raising one's vibrational frequency, individuals may experience a deeper spiritual connection, emotional cleansing, and heightened intuition. However, the focus lies on attaining higher states of consciousness, and it may not directly address underlying shadow aspects of the self.
Healing Work, specifically Shadow Work, involves delving into the exploration and integration of our shadow self – the unconscious and repressed aspects of our personality. This approach acknowledges that true healing requires confronting and embracing the darker aspects of our psyche. By shining light on suppressed emotions, traumas, and negative patterns, individuals can achieve profound healing and personal growth. You were the light, and yet you are seeking the light from other people, trying to take from their light, even though it does not dim them. But it takes it takes their energy, it takes their time and it takes from them. But inside of you is the light and you either choose to turn the light on or keep it off. You choose whether to let it shine brightly or dimly. You are the one who keeps turning it off. And I asked you to question to question, why do you turn it off? For this right now is the time to shine brightly like a lion, to allow yourself to stand strong and tall. And to allow yourself to be all so you don't fall. Because you are so used to watching yourself fall, for you watch yourself in the same loop day after day, week after week wishing that things were different. But yet you do not seek to make the change, you do not seek to light your own internal flame. And yet you look at others with such a bright internal frame and go, how may I make mine the same (Without taking action or making change).
And it's time for you to seek inside and find the answers because inside of you is a plan and a key and a map. And you must allow yourself to keep looking at that map until it makes sense. Because that my dear is the blueprint, the higher timeline, the decisions that you have already made.
Because you are here to do magnificent things, to be magnificent to be truly your own light bearer for others to show them what they can do the same if they choose. But you all forget that you get to choose and decide how shiny and bright you are. You've all lost the fact that you are sentient beings. You get to choose your own destiny, your own destination, you all feel you must follow, follow and try and be heard. And if lucky stand out in a crowd but then you get seen and you want to dumb down.
So it's time to allow yourself to shine bright and know in doing that you will become who you're meant to.
