God commands that certain elements be part of a worship service. God commands that these certain elements in a worship service be done in a certain way. The Jesus statues and crucifixes of the Roman Catholics, and the Jesus pictures in children’s Bibles of the Evangelicals, are a testimony to our thinking we are wiser than God. Dawkins’ critique of typical God-proofs simply avoids the main one: the transcendental argument for the existence of God.
