In 2019, a study done by the American Psychological Association said that 75% of adults were suffering with stress and anxiety on a daily basis. After 2020 and the global pandemic that number increased to over 80% with 89% college aged students saying they are experiencing stress or anxiety as a result of COVID-19...

In a recent study by the American Psychological Association, Gen Z adults (46%) were the most likely generation to say that their mental health has worsened compared with before the pandemic, followed by Xers (33%), Millennials (31%), Boomers (28%) and older adults (9%).
