It is the mission of the Father to Father to help low-income, non-custodial fathers overcome the barriers that are preventing them from reconnecting with and becoming involved in the lives of their children. The youngest of 4 boys, Eric found that observation and hard work were his best tools. After hopping around from college to college he finally received his BA in Economics while working on the Commodity Exchange. At the exchange, he moved up the ladder and became a partner of William J O’Reilly Inc. Here he traded Copper and Ran operations where they became one of the largest copper brokerage firms on the exchange floor.
While working on the exchange Eric began his coaching career. Learning from more experienced coaches he moved up the levels of coaching until he reached the high school level. Eric decided to leave his job in 2017 to begin his transition into full-time coaching. While in this transition his wife was diagnosed with cancer. David Higbee is the Executive Director of Bridge Lacrosse, taking over the role in 2011 after becoming involved in the organization as a volunteer coach, and serving as a member of the Board of Directors. Charles has always been enthusiastic about the pursuit of excellence, both personally and coaching others. This pursuit started early in life as an athlete. Charles had a constant drive to improve that led to him having a high level of success in baseball. Inspired by his high school coach he learned the value of committing himself to a goal and improving slowly over time. The power of trusting the process led Charles to become a division 1 baseball player at Youngstown State University where he was a 1st Team Freshman All-American, as well as a member of the first team to reach the NCAA tournament in school history.
Charles still sits in the top ten of several offensive categories in school history. Since completing his playing career he has continued to work with young up and coming athletes through training and coaching. Since 2007 Charles has trained and coached hundreds of athletes, helping many to achieve their dream of playing in college. It’s through training and coaching that Charles has discovered his true passion which is to teach and help others discover the greatness within themselves.
Charles hopes to continue to develop as a leader and inspire the next generation of athlete and coach to become excellent in every aspect of their development. Charles lives with his wife and two kids in the Columbus, OH area where he is the founder and co-owner of Alchemy Sports Performance.

Jerry grew up in the Avondale, Pennsylvania. He attended the University of Delaware, where he studied Leadership & Consumer Economics. While he was in college, Jerry was introduced to the power of entrepreneurship and got started in business for himself at the age of 21. Through the course of building his business, he became curious about why some people fail while others succeed.
Jerry began to study and master the mindset of success, leadership, team building, sales, and marketing. He has researched over a 1,000 books and resources on personal and professional development. As a result, Jerry was able to build an international consulting company. Currently Jerry owns 4 businesses and has published multiple books.
Within the community Jerry has been a devoted activist for social justice. He has serviced on the board of the MLK CommUNITY of the Greater Kennett Area and the MLK Advocates for several years. Jerry has led many forums for cultural proficiency and community policing throughout Southern Chester County.

Justin Rambo is a Personal Development Coach. In his youth, Justin had an
explosive temper which normally landed him in trouble. Dealing with self-doubt,
and an inferiority complex, graduating high school with a one-point something
GPA, having his first child and dropping out of college twice by the age of 21,
failed relationships, multiple car repossessions, and piling up over 6 figures in
debt, the odds were stacked against him.
By age 26, Justin succeeded in his third attempt in college and earned his
bachelor’s degree. By age 28, Justin opened his first business (2013). In 2014,
