He wanted to be a surgeon for as long as he can remember. After high school, 6 years of college & med school, and another 7 years of training, he fulfilled his lifelong dream.
And the entire time he was preparing for a career in healthcare, he was getting fatter and fatter. At age 32, Dr. Philip Ovadia was an obese heart surgeon.
In all his years of fixing people with bad hearts, no one in the medical world took him aside and said, "Hey Phil. You're obese."
When he finally woke up, he realized he'd been lied to for a long, long time.

The name alone sounds like an American institution, doesn't it?
Johnny Appleseed. Johnny Football, Johnny Unitas, Johnny Cupcakes.Why not Johnny Noble? I was intrigued by the name because - frankly - it's kinda brilliant.
And - as it turns out - it's the real name of the genius behind the Noble Body brand. I had to find out more.
His skin care products have made a believer out of me. (No, he's not paying to be on the show. His stuff is just that good.)
I figured if anyone could Hack My Brain, it would be this guy.
Today's guest is Noble Body founder and CEO Johnny Noble.
