One of the much later road racing meetings on the calendar, The Macau Grand Prix has attracted some of the top stars from TT and elsewhere in recent years.
And this year is no exception with household names such as Peter Hickman, Michael Rutter, Davey Todd, Rob Hodson and more heading out onto Macau's streets over the next four days.
Two Island riders will fly the Manx flag there in 2024 - Marcus Simpson is making his debut whilst it's a second year at the meeting for Michael Evans
Both spoke with Manx Radio ahead of the trip to explain what they both want to get out of it
A regular contender in recent years for a place in the top flight, it's been a period of turbulence for Michael United football club.
In the space of just two weeks or so, the Kirk Michael-based side have seemingly gone from outward stability to seeing a mass exodus of first team players.
So how - seemingly out of the blue - has the club ended up in this situation? And what's the immediate plan going forward?

On 16 September it was announced that the 2024 DPM Manx Rally Championship has been declared 'null and void' after only three of the scheduled seven rounds took place.
This isn't the first time the championship has faced disruption either - in 2023 just one championship event was completed.
So what is the reason for all the disruption again in 2024? Does this point to further trouble for the future of the event on Island?
