Welcome to the second episode of the Hard Count with Michael Emami. This episode I had the opportunity to speak with Owasso high school’s quarterback Austin Havens. Havens stands at 6’3 and 190 pounds and is originally from North Carolina. Havens has a decorated football history dating back to his previous years in North Carolina which included him participating in the Carolina Bowl and many other elite events. Havens proves to be very comfortable out of the shotgun as he has a very strong arm and can rollout really well. Havens also has great poise and proves to be a very strong quarterback in the 2023 class. Listening to this former North Carolinian turned Oklahoman will prove how decorated his football career has been, and how true of a leader he is on his new team.

Welcome to the first episode of the Hard Count with Michael Emami. On this episode I had the opportunity to speak with New Hanover High School’s quarterback Aliam Appler. Appler currently stands at 6’4 and 185 pounds and is an impact player for the New Hanover Wildcats. His size makes him a true threat in the pocket, and he can prove to be a tough kid to bring down. Not only is he a future star, but he is also an excellent student with a high GPA and great leadership characteristics. Listening to this interview with this humble 15-year-old North Carolinian will prove that he is not only a great athlete, but an even better person and leader.
