DISPLAY EN MASSE: All about displaying you. Your treasures, your life.
In this episode Nikki discusses how you can showcase your treasures, even memories around your home. Bringing back conversations in the home. If you have kids, showcasing their artworks (or yours), picking up your spirits and theirs.
En masse is a term of styling the French use to showcase their treasures in a way that creates conversation and stories throughout the home. It may be opposite to decluttering, however in fact it is quite in similar tunes. Both en masse and decluttering is about reflection.
en masse: showcasing memories in perfect form of display through colour, height, size.
declutter: clearing the space and mind, allowing for new ideas, plans, and inspirations.
The Home Creators is all about the home, and we never forget those who live in the home too, especially during our current climate, so it is also about looking after ourselves too.

Nikki from The Home Creators is finally back and chatting to you about creating an office space at home.
In this podcast Nikki provides a couple of tips and ideas to get those idea juices flowing to help you think outside the square and hopefully help you find that little area that you can work in. Areas that you may not have thought of.
A reminder too, how to ensure you keep work separate from home. Having that mind set to separate both, so they don't become one constant in your home life during this time where many of us are working from home or home schooling.
Ideas too on keeping areas decluttered by all the extra stationary, equipment and tools, out of site and out of mind when the work day has ended.

Your host Nikki Cali is a qualified colour and textiles and space planning expert. She has worked in the interiors industry for over 20 years from boutique architectural firms, to producing textile ranges for the largest wholesaler in Australia and then onto beginning her successful Luxury Home Linen business, wholesaling and retail online. From 2014 Nikki expanded her services to include not only made to order for clients, but to consult in interiors. This took Nikki nationally and internationally, helping her team and clients create homes. Nikki soon discovered her passion had an extension to actually teach and offer advice to other decorating enthusiasts by helping them discover their design style. This is where The Home Creators began.
