Happy International Women's Day, Ladybosses! Today I am joined by Nyamal Dei, founder of Kondial Kel International, has participated in leadership development with the New Leadership Development Institute at MSUM and the Change Network. She has served as a former humanitarian deputy for the Alliance of South Sudanese in Dysphoria and was elected to the Fargo School Board of Education in 2022. She is believed to be the first black woman of color ever to be elected to any official in Fargo since 1871.
