The Aquarian Collective

Welcome to the Aquarian Collective, this is where you'll listen in on three Aquarians, as they go on a quest with dialogues from the heart that will empower you to flow and speak your truth, live your lives, and experience your wholeness, unabashed, unfiltered, authentically and candidly; and of course, to evolve the form of our world; one system at a time. Ish, Lex and Ry are at it again for another round of opening the collective space! We go in depth about relationships - well, mostly how we communicate our boundaries within the relational spaces we find ourselves in, be it with family, SO's or friends. Also weaved into the conversation are ways in which each of us practices self care and in relation to that, how we hold the space for ourselves by knowing what's best in the now and stating boundaries in order to avoid imposing certain thoughts and emotions onto those on the receiving end. After all, walking away instead of exchanging heated words due to triggered thoughts and emotions, standing up or freeing ourselves from the negative energy are great choices to consider.

Our most special episode to date, Ish shares a beautiful technique on mindfulness by being like a fly on the wall; Lex tackles emotional maturity and stability and Ryan briefly shares the practice of Non-Violent Communication by Marshall B. Rosenberg.
